We had the absolute BEST experience working with Natane as our wedding planner! From the very beginning, she made the planning process feel personal, fun, and completely manageable...
. She took the time to really get to know us as a couple and understand our vision, and it always felt like she genuinely cared about making our wedding feel like us.
One of the things I appreciated most was how personalized everything was. Natane really understood how meaningful it was to me to incorporate my mom, who is no longer with us, into our wedding. She helped us find ways to honor her that felt joyful, which is exactly what my mom would have wanted. That meant so much to me and is something I’ll always be grateful for.
She was also just so much fun to work with! Our meetings were genuinely something I looked forward to, and she brought such a warm, upbeat energy while keeping us organized and on top of all the countless details. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and willing to jump in whenever we needed help. The way she and Bridal Bliss organize things makes wedding planning feel much less overwhelming.
By the time our wedding weekend arrived, we felt totally calm and prepared. Having Natane manage the logistics and vendors meant we could actually be present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and everything felt so seamless.
We truly cannot recommend Natane enough. She is incredibly talented, but what makes her so special is the genuine care, thoughtfulness, and joy she brings to the entire experience. We feel so lucky that we got to work with her!
We had the best possible experience working with Liz Neary and day of assistant Noelle. Liz truly took my million of tiny details and brought them to life to give us the wedding da...
y of our dreams. She was so kind and always on top of it, working with me in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure our day of timeline reflected exactly what we wanted our day to be. She navigated my 80 page wedding binder and labeled bins to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I constantly saw her advocating for us with our other vendors to ensure everything went to plan. They really worked so hard to keep our day running smoothly. She truly handled everything with such care and attention and I cannot thank her and Noelle enough. As someone who has a hard time not jumping in and doing things, she tackled our day so perfectly that I could shut off my brain and just enjoy my wedding day, which is the greatest gift I could have received. We cannot recommend them enough!
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Bridal Bliss. I worked with Liz Neary and I cannot imagine how stressful my wedding would have been without her an...
d her assistant Leigh. Throughout the planning process, Liz was so incredibly reassuring each time we met and really helped to alleviate any nerves around hosting such a large event. She had many wonderful vendor recommendations and was so knowledgeable about our venue. Day of was where her and Leigh really shone! I don't think I was able to fully appreciate how much work day of coordinating is until I saw Liz in action. She allowed me to truly enjoy my day and be fully present by taking care of all of the behind the scenes items. We even had a medical emergency take place for one of our guests during dinner and Liz went above and beyond to make sure our guest was taken care of and that the reception proceeded as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend her enough and all future brides who get to work with Liz are very lucky!
We were recommended Bridal Bliss by multiple sources, and they lived up to the hype. Our planner Candida was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful throughout the process, e...
specially in the final few weeks leading up to the wedding. We did “partial planning”, which still required work on our end interviewing and selecting vendors, but Candida was there to help when we needed it and provided tons of recommendations. On the day itself, Candida and her assistant Shelly handled a rainy outdoor venue and dozens of staff perfectly, and we didn’t have to lift a finger
Working with Bridal Bliss -- specifically Natane -- was one of the best decisions we’ve made in our whole relationship. From the minute we began to work with her, she was professio...
nal, organized, and so kind. We had the wedding of our dreams, and it is completely the result of Natane.
By the time we made it to our wedding day, I had no worries, because I knew if any problem came up, Natane would be on top of it. I know often people say that something will inevitably go wrong in coordination or among vendors, but with Natane and the vendors she helped us find, there's not a single thing that was at all out of place. Literally not one thing went wrong on our wedding day.
Above all else, Natane’s biggest asset is her industry knowledge and relationships. Working with her saved WAY more money rather than not hiring a planner in terms of organization and connections across the Seattle wedding scene.
Natane and the Bridal Bliss team came armed with resources for everything wedding related that you could imagine. As the first of our friends to get married, we had only vague ideas of what we were looking for, but even as our vision and criteria evolved, Natane did a phenomenal job of taking our budget, guest count, and every single thing we even mentioned in passing into consideration. Just to name a few things, we had a budget tracker (including projected vendor tips), easy guest list managing, assistance in setting up our Zola page, and even a system that made seating charts a breeze.
Natane did such a fantastic job providing us with vendor options, helping us identify pros and cons, and even bring up elements to consider that we hadn’t thought about. Our monthly and later weekly meetings got to a point where it was almost like catching up with a friend, and she was able to take control of little details that we did not feel the need to oversee, but worked with us in the trenches finalizing every detail of our day.
Our wedding also incorporated a few unique challenges- 90%+ of our guests came from out of town, so she went above and beyond in finding and setting up multiple hotel blocks, and also considering this element from the first conversations about what we wanted to have for our wedding. Additionally, for the entire month prior to the wedding, the bride was out of town, meaning Natane had to make executive decisions and did a phenomenal job of coordinating to get all the final walk throughs, fittings, and meetings set ahead of that.
Thank you so much to Natane and the entire Bridal Bliss team for the wedding of our dreams. Words truly cannot do it justice.
Working with Candida Bell at Bridal Bliss was the single best choice I made as I began planning my wedding.

She knows how to work with vendors and brides and family members so well; she gave me the ability to relax and actually enjoy the day.
She gets my highest praise. I would hire her again without hesitation (except this is the last time I’m getting married LMAO)

switch due to an emergency and I was then placed with Tara. Tara did an amazing job jumping right in to help me organize my planning and letting me know the ways in which she could offer support for the day of. I was able to enjoy my wedding day with very minimal effort focused on the execution of the little details, with the help of Tara and her assistant. She gave me peace of mind that everything was going to be done well! Thank you to Tara and Bridal Bliss.

h some of my mother’s friends, and it could not have been more worth it. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and took the time to truly understand our wedding vision - classic and timeless - and what mattered most to us. She was thoughtful and prompt in her communication throughout the planning process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free leading up to the big day
On the wedding day itself, Catherine went above and beyond—stepping in to help when we needed it most (especially with our cake!)—all while maintaining such calm professionalism. She was always present without ever feeling intrusive, bringing a sense of ease to the entire day. Her eye for detail and artistry are remarkable, and she carries herself with such warmth, grace, and care that made Julian and I feel supported from start to finish.
We are beyond grateful to have had Catherine by our side. She not only helped make our wedding day run smoothly but truly enhanced the experience with her compassion and dedication. I cannot recommend her enough to any couple looking for a wedding planner who combines exceptional talent with genuine compassion and an unwavering commitment to making their wedding day unforgettable. Thank you for everything Bridal Bliss and Catherine! 🤍
Initially I thought I could plan a wedding without a wedding planning, and boy, was I wrong. We made the decision to purchase Bridal Bliss's partial wedding planning package, which...
was the best decision we ever made.
Our wedding planner, Saira Bhatti, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond in every way! From day one, she was a joy to work with. Not only was she extremely communicative but also proactive, always making sure we stayed on track with our planning tasks. Saira's organization and guidance kept us accountable throughout the whole planning process, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she worked tirelessly to ensure that every part of our wedding day was seamlessly executed. On the big day, Saira made sure the timeline flowed perfectly and was aligned with all of our vendors, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She also helped us create a cohesive event design that truly reflected our vision. Thanks to her, everything came together beautifully.
We’re so thankful for her hard work, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. We love you Saira and will miss you!!!
We are so grateful to have had Teagan as our day of planner for our wedding at Suncadia last weekend! While planning our wedding I didn't think we would need a day of person but am...
sooo glad that we did work with Bridal Bliss. The day would not have gone as smoothly or have been as relaxing for the two of us if Teagan was not there!
Teagan is very organized, great communicator and thought of all the little details! We met virtually a couple times before the wedding to get to know each other, talk through the details and finalize a day of schedule. The day of I felt like I did not have much to worry about, everything and everyone was exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be.
Thank you for all your help in making our day so special and fun!

Ari connected us with wonderful vendors for all of our specialized details for the beautiful wedding.
We appreciated all the meetings we had with her and her quick responsiveness to our emails.
We truly enjoyed the memorable wedding day and because of Ari as I felt relaxed and well supported.
Thank you Ari for making it a magical day!!

was incredibly excited for our event upon meeting us and her sincerity and happiness helped throughout the more challenging planning moments. Upon meeting her, she instantly felt like a friend who was going to simply handle all the coordination. I loved feeling like she had my best interest in mind and genuinely cared about how I would feel about this memory for the rest of my life. Bridal Bliss seems to have the best vendor connections, across multiple price ranges, which really helps you determine what will matter most to you. Your venue, and other vendors alike, will smile a giant smile of relief when you tell them Bridal Bliss is your wedding planning team- they are well known, respected and great at what they do. If you want the best access to vendors, a sincere planning team, and an unforgettable wedding your guests will rave about long after traveling back home, get on Bridal Bliss's books!! XOXO
What impressed me most was our representative's sincere dedication to my wedding daughter's day. The day after the wedding my daughter said "the day was perfect Mom". That says it ...

throughout our planning process. She always had a smile on her face and helped bring our vision to reality. She made us feel calm and in-control in what can be a very overwhelming process. My wedding weekend was truly perfect and I attribute that to Natane! At the brunch the morning after our wedding, even our family and friends praised our planner! She made sure our day went smoothly and made the whole day stress-free for my husband, me, and our families. We highly recommend Natane and Bridal Bliss – they’re seriously the best!

s. Ari was my wedding planner and to say I wouldn't have been able to plan this wedding without her help is an understatement. She answered every one of my questions promptly and with ease. She made my fiancé and I feel great throughout the entire process of planning the wedding, which anyone who has planned a wedding knows can seem like a daunting task. After each one of our meetings, I immediately felt less anxious and more excited as the big day approached. On our actual wedding day, Ari and her Bridal Bliss assistant made our wedding run like a well oiled machine. Every one of our guests told us how beautiful the wedding was and my husband and I were able to enjoy our special day together. We can't thank Ari and Bridal Bliss enough for their help and making our wedding the perfect day that we will remember forever!
Easy to work with, communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process, made our day day go so much smoother, could not recommend more!
I could not imagine planning a wedding without a professional. My husband was previously married and did not have a planner during the first go around. He expressed how much of a d...
ifference it made for the entire experience, not only as the couple but for the family members as well. As two working professionals, the amount of time and energy we needed to put into planning was limited and it was all thanks to our planner, Katy Haley. She made the process task oriented with due dates and kept us informed on the essentials as this was my first (and hopefully only!!) wedding to plan. We would recommend Bridal Bliss to anyone getting married as they were able to provide fantastic vendor options, provided guidance and recommendations, and handled all of the logistics! I do not think the day of the wedding would have gone so well without a full planner. Well worth the expense for the peace of mind and for the full enjoyment of the day as the married couple.
I really enjoyed our day of coordinator and the assistants. Mollie was supportive and encouraging of all our non-traditional ideas. Having the day of support made it very relaxing ...
for me as the bride!
It seemed so surprising that you sign up so early for the services of a wedding planner plus you pay for the whole services $10K
almost 8 months ahead of the wedding. Bridal Bliss...
(Katy) was very helpful with recommendations for a DJ, photographers, videographers, Hair and Makeup, Party Rentals, Floral, caterers, and the easiest decision for us was choosing the venue as we knew we wanted Lake Oswego. She really was knowledgeable about the constraints that Lewis and Clark had as well and other places outside of Portland (winery and such). Initially (early on) communications were not heavy but it picked up as decisions were being made. We of course have a budget and did a fairly decent job of trying to stick with it. But the Bridal Bliss contract then added 3% above the initial contract price when it went over costs. Service was just top notch the day of the event. As the mother of the bride, I did not have to worry one bit over ANYTHING. Of course I was most worried about the sit down dinner and it was truly amazing. I felt the total cost of the wedding planner was high but so was the photographer and the videographer and the caterer so bottom line everything is expensive nowadays!!
I recently had the opportunity to work with Mollie at Bridal Bliss - Portland. Mollie was great at recommending vendors as needed and helped us find our wedding transportation. On ...
the day of my wedding, I was able to fully let Mollie lead the day. My venue was setup beautifully and Mollie helped let me and the groom know where and when we had to be for the flow of the timeline. My day was perfect with no hiccups and Mollie was a huge part of that.

The attention to detail and general flow to the day exceeded every expectation that I had. Our guests had a fabulous time and I know that much of that was due to all of the work behind the scenes. Very thankful!
I cannot rave enough about Charlotte Bell!!! We hired her to help us put together our vision for a fabulously well planned out wedding (like one that would take at least a year to ...
plan) in a very short amount of time (six months) - SHE NAILED IT!!! She was there for us every step of the way and guided us through it all!!! I would absolutely recommend Bridal Bliss and Charlotte Bell for your upcoming wedding!!!

ed to work with her for our wedding and she was available! From start to finish, every step fo the planning process was well-organized and well thought out. She was extremely professional and organized, and very flexible with my busy work schedule when it came to planning meetings. We loved her so much and we were truly in awe of how the wedding day turned out. It was absolutely stunning and everything from the ceremony to the reception to the dance floor looked flawless and spectacular. The flow was perfect and we could not stop receiving compliments from guests about it! We've heard multiple times that it was the best wedding they've been to! I strongly recommend working with bridal bliss to help plan your special day - well worth it!

re planning a destination wedding it was especially important to us to have a planner who was responsive and easy to communicate with. Throughout our two year planning process Kelly was extremely attentive and always quick to respond to my many questions!

Thank you Kelly and Bridal Bliss for helping us make our wedding dreams come true!

y, professionalism, and overall fantastic personality.
Despite several day-of challenges (completely out of her control), Miranda dove in and tackled each one flawlessly, and pulled together a beautiful wedding for her couple. It's not only her experience and perseverence that made this wedding a success, but her love for what she does is so evident and the care she has for the wedding couple in her charge is absolutely top-notch!
There are many quality wedding planners in the greater Seattle area, and I've worked with some of the best. That being said, if you're newly engaged, definitely include Bridal Bliss on your list of wedding planners to meet. You'll not only receive the support and care of an outstanding team for you, the couple, but your vendors will also be lock step with your vision...Miranda and the team at Bridal Bliss will ensure you have the wedding you've dreamed about!

s much needed. She made herself available to us at every step of the way and made sure that my wife and I stayed on track throughout the wedding planning process. She offered suggestions and asked lots of questions to help us mold our vision for how we wanted the day to be. She was clearly focused on helping us create a magical day through our lens. She was always a step ahead and was instrumental in making sure we were prepared for the big day. On the wedding day itself, she and her assistant were prepared and executed the wedding to perfection despite the 100+ degree weather, taking care of last minute adjustments and communicating with all the vendors which took the stress off of us. I would highly recommend Candida to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

ng we were at the venue and I noticed we were missing one of the table signs, I was stressed about it but at that point had to leave it alone. The next day, on the wedding day, Kelly had printed the new sign (which was a unique design) and had it all ready on the table. It is little details like that, that really make a difference and I appreciated SO much. Not only did we have a great vendor-client relationship but we built a friendship to where at the end of the night I was so sad we wouldn't be working together anymore!! Thank you thank you thank you Kelly and the rest of the Bridal Bliss team for all of your help - I will definitely recommend you to every bride I know!! They were worth every penny :)

of the evening moved so naturally and how Stacy & team were all over it. It wasn't just our actual wedding though where I saw the value of BB. Stacy provided the gut checks I needed throughout the entire process and I'm so grateful for her guidance and support!

ut of state and didn’t have context on the local wedding scene. Our venue also provided very little - we had to bring in generators, tents, furniture, etc.
We are the type of clients that wanted to explore all options and vendors in the ecosystem. Our only regret is that we didn’t trust Katy’s guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible.
Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy.
We simply could not have done it without Katy and Bridal Bliss. They are worth every penny and more. We would be happy to be a reference for any prospective clients.

quickly figured out I was in over my head and how thankful I am I decided to go with Bridal Bliss to help me plan the most amazing day of my life.
I was fortunate enough to have Mackenzie Shoemaker as my wedding coordinator, and she went above and beyond in every way. She did a fantastic job making me feel like I was her one and only client (heaven knows that was not the case for the busy 2021 wedding season) from our very first conversation, which at that point my wedding was still AGES away. She was so warm, easy to talk to, organized and gave wonderful advice. She has an exceptional aptitude for balancing the vision of the bride with peppering in recommendations/changes to accommodate for the larger logistical picture.
I constantly would send her one-off emails with details that randomly popped into my head or questions I needed answers to and she was always SO responsive, even reaching out when she wouldn’t hear from me to make sure I was knocking out big important to-dos and staying true to the timeline.
When I say she went above and beyond, I mean it. She drove all the way out to my house to pick-up my items for the wedding day, returned rented items to vendors the day after my wedding, and even took home presents/ leftover items after the big day for me to pick up later.
The day-of was a continuation of the work she put in all year long. I went into the day feeling so at ease, mainly because of her positive, stress-free energy that made the day that much better and how organized, communicative, and on top of everything she was. I can’t even tell you the number of compliments I received from friends/family about ‘my AMAZING wedding coordinator.
Being a covid bride is STRESSFUL. Mackenzie made it a wonderful, stress-free experience - absolutely worth every penny.

ng (let alone during COVID), without her guidance and expertise. She did an awesome job up front providing us with a monthly checklist to keep us on track and made herself available throughout the entire process to answer questions, attend vendor meetings, and ensure our vision came to life. Our vendors all adored working with her, and her day of orchestration was flawless! We never realized how much went into that – literally hour by hour, minute by minute. It was unbelievable – and her efforts allowed us to be present on one of the most important days of our lives without worrying about the logistics. We had a picture-perfect wedding and know we have her to thank for it! Highly recommend both Bridal Bliss and Mackenzie. Thank you!

and we hit the total jackpot with her. You can tell how much she truly cares about you, as well as her work. 2020 was not the easiest year to be in the wedding business, and Catherine handled every curve ball we / COVID threw at her with deep compassion and professionalism. She always went above and beyond for us. She made our wedding day completely smooth, stress free and magical (shout out to her assistant, Ari too!). We had the absolute dream team of vendors because Bridal Bliss recommends the best of the best for each wedding vendor. I still can’t believe it was real life thanks to Catherine/Bridal Bliss! We genuinely feel that we gained Catherine as a forever friend, and look forward to recommending Bridal Bliss to everyone.

As the bride, I was not worried about anything! Neither was my Mom. We let Katy run the show. Despite the smoke which changed some plans, Katy came through and made sure everything was perfect. She is friendly and organized and can pretty much work miracles! I highly recommend Katy and Bridal Bliss for any wedding.
Hiring Elizabeth at Bridal Bliss as a full service wedding planner started out as a nice luxury my daughter and I decided was worth the expense. We just wanted to have fun plannin...
g her dream wedding and not deal with the stress. Then the pandemic hit. Elizabeth put on her super hero wedding planner cape and came to our rescue. She planned THREE weddings: the original one for 200 at the Cathedral followed by a reception at a large venue, a different parish wedding followed by a garden reception for 70 and finally a beautiful, intimate church wedding for 12 followed by an amazing dinner and reception in our home. Elizabeth was a champ. Always professional, flexible and upbeat. She negotiated with our vendors to secure refunds and or credits and insulated us from most of the stress caused by planning a wedding during a pandemic. We were so impressed by her can do attitude that we ended up hiring her to plan a FABULOUS rehearsal dinner at a winery and a sojourn to the beach the day after the wedding. We are so grateful to Elizabeth and Bridal Bliss. They were a joy to work with and we look forward to hiring them again when my youngest daughter walks down the aisle.
