About this vendor
We can't wait to work with you and your Bridal Babes!
Husband and wife founders, Ashley and Charles, turned a big problem into an even bigger brand! When Ashley was searching for bridesmaid gowns, she knew there should be a better way to shop for bridesmaid gowns for her bridesmaids of all shades, shapes and sizes. After searching the internet for the perfect dress, she realized curve-hugging attractive bridesmaid dresses (at afforable price points) just didn't exist. Thus Bridal Babes was born alongside her husband and business partner Charles.
As Seen on ABC's Shark Tank, Bridal Babes’ mission is to ensure that every bridesmaid can find a gown that suits their personal style, flatters their shape, and is available in missy and plus size.

⭐ **1 STAR – AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!**
My experience with Bridal Babes has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Planning a wedding is stressful enough without a company adding unnecessary f...
rustration and disappointment.
On September 30, I was informed that my bridesmaids’ dresses, originally expected during the first week of October, would not arrive until approximately October 17. With my November 6 wedding approaching, I requested a phone call to discuss the delay and available options. Instead, Bridal Babes stated they were unavailable for a call. On October 1, they canceled the orders, claiming our messages and requests were excessive. I never authorized the cancellation simply because I wanted to discuss the situation!
To make matters worse, I am STILL chasing my $100 refund. I paid $100 that was specifically applied toward my sister Claire’s bridesmaid dress, and Bridal Babes confirmed this arrangement in writing. After the orders were canceled, I emailed them on October 7, followed up on October 9, and contacted them AGAIN on October 12. Each time, I had to chase an answer. The other four bridesmaids reportedly received their refunds, but mine remains outstanding.
On October 12, Bridal Babes stated that all bridesmaids had received full refunds, yet they did not confirm that my separate $100 payment had been returned. As of October 15, I still have no confirmation of my refund.
**THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!** The delayed dresses, canceled orders, poor communication, and repeated follow-ups over my own money have made an already stressful wedding-planning process even worse.
I am attaching the emails, text messages, invoice, payment receipt, and cancellation documentation so prospective customers can see the actual communications for themselves.
I understand delays happen, but how a company handles problems matters. In my experience, Bridal Babes failed to resolve this situation professionally, and the outstanding refund makes it even more frustrating.
**I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRIDAL BABES.** If you're considering ordering from them, proceed with caution and keep every receipt and message. No bride should have to deal with this nightmare while preparing for her wedding. One star is more than enough for this experience!
From start to finish, Bridal Bases delivered nothing short of exceptional service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made my entire experience seamless a...
nd stress-free. What truly set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond—even helping with things outside of their responsibility, just to make sure everything went perfectly.
When I say top-tier service, I mean top-tier. They exceeded every expectation and made me feel supported every step of the way. If you're looking for a team that truly understands what it means to provide outstanding bridal service, look no further. Bridal Bases is it! Thank you!!! 🫶🏽🧡🫶🏽
I was really hoping to have a positive experience with Bridal Babes, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. Three out of the four bridesmaid dresses we ordered were the wrong size,...
and we had to pay for return shipping. The replacement dresses still weren’t the right size, but we decided to keep them and pay for alterations instead. To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful and difficult to reach. I recommend ordering months in advance if you choose to use this company, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
I ordered two sweatshirts for an engagement shoot I had scheduled. They literally never shipped it They gave me a tracking number, but it’s sitting in pre-shipment which means ship...
ping label has been created, but it hasn’t actually been shipped. No one is responding any of my communication on social media and they’re literally deleting it. I didn’t order a dress. It was only sweatshirts and I paid for express shipping. This is a clearly a scam company.
***BUYER BEWARE!*** I wanted to love this company. I am getting married February 22nd and I LOVED the idea of supporting a black owned business. I ordered a dress for my daughter- ...
close to $400 and its been almost 2 mths since the order placed. The shipping label was created but the dress was never shipped... I have sent atleast 8 email for a response back and called atleast 10 times. NO resolve or real assistance has been given and I now have to figure out a dress for my daughter in the next 2 weeks as I live in Bermuda and shipping is always a challenge. I will be demanding a full refund. ***BUYER BEWARE!***

I purchased all of my bridesmaids robes and my bridal robe from Bridal Babes and the majority of my bridesmaids wore dresses from Bridal Babes as well. Every single piece DELIVERED! Every penny was a penny well spent with this company. Each piece is great quality which will last you much longer than just the wedding day.
This team is very responsive and thoughtful and goes above and beyond to give you amazing service.
They offer various different options to brides and their wedding party in terms of one on one consultations, live Q&As and events to give a customized experience that best suits their needs.
This company has developed so much since I first came across it and continues to grow and add new colors, silhouettes and fits. The only bridal/wedding/special event wear retailer that I’ve ever seen sell such inclusive sizing and style options.
If you choose bridal babes, you’re definitely in good hands! 10/10
A whole year later and this team still keeps me interested as a customer with all their new releases and engaging team!
Special shout out to Ashley, Paris and Angela! Thank you for all that you do! #DreamTeam
I scheduled a consultation with the lead stylist, Ashley for my bridesmaid dresses and she was very responsive from the start. I had a slight idea of what I was looking for, but wa...
sn’t quite sure. I was able to tell Ashley my desired color palette and type of dress I desired for my bridal party and she immediately showed a dress option that hadn’t even been released at that point. It was exclusive to my bridal party and I was so happy and honored that she offered my bridal party that choice of a dress, because it was a HIT. Bridal parties can contain women of various sizes, so it was important for me to a find a dress that was flattering on all of my bridesmaids. My bridesmaids raved about their dress choice and everyone was so comfortable and looked absolutely stunning! I highly recommend Bridal Babes for your bridal needs! I recommend them to all of my friends/family who get engaged.

se they have a very deceptive return and exchange policy, and poor communication skills. There is no such thing as store credit with this company. Don’t waste your money on them.

VER respond to; i literally would have to email 2-3 times just to get a response that was never any help. What could have been a "1" day easy fix, turned into a 2 mon game of me constantly emailing. So annoying and not worth it.

y. They got my bridesmaids shipping wrong, and made HER pay another shipping fee.. and one bridesmaid order is lost and nowhere to be found.
Very unfortunate because they have very cute inventory and marketing. But their systems and operations are truly subpar and need some serious work.
Make sure you read cancellation policy before you buy
We received our stunning dresses from Bridal Babes! Great staff. Great prices. Most importantly, great gowns!!
I loved working with Bridal Babes! Everything was perfect for my bridal party of 9. Thank you again.
These dresses look amazing but before you order be sure to read there cancellation policy. They do not accept cancellation and from what it sounds like returning the item once’s it...
’s delivered will be an issue. You’re better off ordering from a company that has more business sense.
