Brent L. Miller Jewelers

nowledgeable and caters to your needs. Danell stands out as she has been with us along our entire wedding journey. From the engagement ring process to our wedding bands, she was there offering advice, comparing styles/designs and made sure we were making the best pick all the way down to the last detail. We couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to working with the BLM team again in the future!

rked very hard to design exactly what he asked for, and went back to the drawing board until he was satisfied. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result as he was able to design an absolutely beautiful ring with a company that clearly cares about quality and service!

d in their direction to create my engagement ring! Jo, as always, was a joy to work with and helped us find our bands very easily. I definitely was a walking advertisement for Brent L. Miller the day of my wedding- only one piece of jewelry was not from the store!!!

per gram for 14k scrap gold and lied to us by saying that 14k scrap gold is $14.00 per gram, So what does that mean that 24k scrap gold is worth $24.00 per gram??? LOL if this is not legal robber than I do not know what is. If you want to get robbed or ripped off this is the place to bring your jewelry. will never go back to this place for anything, we wasted 1 hour to get a low ball offer of half its scrap worth. TWO THUMBS DOWN!

yond the call of duty to care for me. I had a special case where I brought two rings in from my wife's parents and asked if they could help merge these two rings into one. They did an absolutely phenomenal job with the ring and they cared for me so well, even though they were not making a huge profit off of me since I was bringing a ring to work on. I was blown away with how personal and kind their service was. Since then, I bought my wife's wedding band there, and additionally have brought a good friend in to purchase an engagement ring. I asked a series of questions for my friend, took notes on it, and brought those notes into Brent L Miller. They immediately, they found what my friend was looking for, with yet again another personal touch. They have amazing service, and have found themselves a life-long customer who will always recommend friends to check them out! Shout to Tiffany Kemmler and Eliel (L) Garcia who are the driving forces behind this review. They are so good at what they do! They should get a raise (: Thank Brent L Miller for helping to usher in the beginning of Mary Beth and I's life together.

e my wedding band and I will continue to go to Brent L Miller. Their customer service can't be beat! The quality of their jewelry is fantastic also.

he helped him finally find “the one” diamond he had been looking for and then together they designed my ring which is more beautiful and perfect for me than I could have ever dreamed up myself. His experience was so great that of course we went back and Emerald helped us find our perfect wedding bands. Even when the store didn’t stock quite what we were looking for, she found us just what we wanted. Emerald also helped me reset my grandmother’s engagement diamond into a necklace that I will cherish forever. We live in Baltimore and have no problem making the drive to Lancaster for the quality of service, personal touch, and consistent communication. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brent L Miller, we have a jeweler for life!

the store so I could see it in person. Everything was done in a timely manner and the communication was excellent!

diamonds! So beautiful!

e from all of their staff. I love my engagement diamond, engagement band, and diamond eternity wedding band! Their staff helped us find the perfect match - I couldn't be happier! They helped us with sizing and made sure everything was just right. We felt that their pricing was very fair and competitive with online retailers (that was not the case with other brick and mortar stores in the area). I look forward to working with BLM in the future!

ith Jo about his vision for the perfect diamond and setting. Mitch wanted more prongs on the setting than what the band originally had. Brent L. Miller had no problem making that happen. We went back in to shop for our wedding bands. Their selection is large, but not overwhelming. My engagement band was unique, so we had to do some work to find something that fit just right. Mitch had a good selection of bands to chose from, too. We had to order Mitch's band and size mine and both services were prompt (less than 2 weeks??). After the bands, my in-laws went to Brent L. Miller to buy me a pearl necklace and pearl earrings. I later exchanged the necklace for a different style that matched my dress a little better. The exchange was easy to do because Brent L. Miller has accounts to track your purchases. I also bought a pearl bracelet to wear on our wedding day. We used Brent L. Miller for most of our jewelry needs and were extremely pleased with their selection, prices, and customer service.

ly figured out his style and found a few rings that we really liked. They were having a big wedding band sale a week later so we told her that we would come to that and get our rings. Once there we looked at the original ring that we had liked but not loved. She pulled more similar to it and within minuets we had his ring. Then it was off to find mine. I knew I wanted something very simple that would go with my engagement ring. Again she found my style very quickly and sooner than later we had my ring too. I highly recommend them.

ervice! We would highly recommend Brent L. Miller!

axed!! She is our jewelry salesperson for life!!

ir jewelry!

gs and I ended up finding an estate ring that looked PERFECT with my engagement ring! They clean my ring any time for free and have resized my rings for me for free as well. Great service, great product, great price!

Denell helped us use the diamonds from my grandma's ring in a setting that would work well with my engagement ring so that we could use both special pieces of jewelry in our wedding. The prices were also very reasonable. This is now our go-to jewelry store - I recommend that anyone looking for wedding bands goes here first!

t during a sale to pick out the bands & were suprised at the huge selection!

ke it so much I went back to purchase my wedding band here. They were able to take my budget, my engagement ring, and my idea of a wedding band into consideration and get something created quickly that I could try. I really wanted it to match my engagement ring, and it worked out perfectly, all within my budget.

his upfront and they took time to locate a used ring for me that was in my price range and fit my description perfectly! They buffed the ring and even engraved it for me. When I buy jewelery again I am going back to Brent L. Millers, there staff and service is the best.

my ring back to me in no time at all!

y that I would recommend Brent L. Miller jewelers to all brides and grooms and really anyone who is looking for a unique and exquisite piece of jewelry. I will continue to recommend only them and look forward to purchasing more pieces in the future. When my now husband and I went in for the first time we were greeted by several people and ended up picking out our final pieces with Ryan. He was very friendly and personable. When my now husband went in to pick up our wedding bands, Ryan had noticed that it did not have the engraving on my husband's wedding band. He indicated it was an over site, but knew this was something that I had done as a surprise. Ryan reassured that he would immediately send the band to the company for it to be laser engraved as this is not an in store service. I was so happy and thankful that he immediately made this happen as he knew how important it was to me to have this be a surprise for my husband at the wedding. My husband absolutely loved his ring and the personalized message that I had engraved. I also cannot write this review without expressing my deepest gratitude to Jo who is the owner of the store. She made my wedding day memorable beyond words and gave me the opportunity to feel like a princess on my wedding day and ensured that it was the fairytale that every bride dreams of. I also really felt like a celebrity on my wedding day. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the gift of the pieces of jewelry that we picked out together and I will always remember what she especially did for me. Thank you!!!!!

some bling! So, I wanted to find a thicker band that had diamonds all over it. Jo looked for rings all over for me and got them shipped to her store (about 20 all together I'd say) and then my husband and I got to pick out the ring together. No where else was willing to do this for me - or even offered! My husband's band is a plain gold band which he is equally as happy with. It is a ring that will last a lifetime!

elpful and extremely kind when you are in there. They remember everyone and we recommend them to everyone.

ontinued that search on our own... we went to Brent L Miller as one of our first stops & felt comfortable with the staff's knowledge & nonpushy demeanor, my husband purchased my ring at a mens nt they had where he felt even more comfortable with looking and asking his 100 questions after his repeat visits! He selected center stone first, then the setting. We went to several reputible jewelers in and out of the area. he chose to go to Brent L. b/c of their reputation, selection, pricing, built in lifetime warranty with purchase.

y earrings there for the wedding and they were a hit. The quality of their jewelry is excellent and they are a very trustworthy company. I'd fully recommend checking them out.

rings and always works with the customer to make her items more attainable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Anytime we walk in, they know us right away as if we are family!

owner Jo Miller- then Jo shipped my engagement ring to Ireland for us, and it was perfect. We then went back for our wedding bands and Jo was so kind and helpful- she even held my fiance's shaking hand while he was trying on the rings!
