I can't begin to describe how great Mandy was as our wedding coordinator. From the first in-person meeting with her we knew that she was so professional, honest, funny, detailed oriented and understanding. She's the perfect balance of getting stuff done while also being kind and patient. The planning before the day was so thorough and went so smoothly with the schedule & packet she created. Then when the big day came she helped everything run along so well and was so conscientious of taking as little time as possible from us. We didn't care we loved having her there and seeing her! Haha. We also had a very large bridal party and she ran everything so seamless, the practice was clear and easy! Long story short we thought we could maybe DIY it at the start, but I don't know how we could have pulled it off without her, her details, and her ability to take workload off of us. We can't thank you enough Mandy for such an unforgettable day and I'm sad it's over haha! I would recommend to her to anyone and everyone that's looking for a coordinator/day-of coordinator. She is AMAZING. Thank you Mandy! 

When my now husband and I were looking into booking a coordinator or planner it was a little scary because it’s a big investment and a big part of the budget. I’ll be the first to say, Breathe Easy Events was worth it. Planning a wedding at a completely DIY venue isn’t easy but Mandy helped us through everything and our day was perfect. She is quite the perfectionist down to all the details and when a champagne pour should be, which again, hard to do at a DIY venue but she made sure we were completely comfortable with our timeline and day of action items as well as checking in to make sure you’re on track without being overbearing or too much. She responded fast to all of our emails and texts. She was the go to person the day of the wedding which made it so easy for us to have a fun and carefree day and not stress about the behind the scenes things of it all. We got married the weekend a massive nor’easter was supposed to hit so she gave me some advice as to what we should do and at the last second we pivoted the ceremony outside after prepping for a week to be indoors, because I was demanding still doing it outdoors. Mandy jumped right into action and spoke with me on the phone with little to no warning as to my plan to move forward with an outdoor ceremony, she thought of all the things I didn’t, like slippers for cold wet feet, umbrellas, coverups, etc etc etc and within a few hours all of our vendors knew and understood the ask of them and I was so glad she understood the vision I had.  Mandy’s communication with our vendor team was perfect and her vast experience and expertise put others on our vendor team at ease when I told them we had Breathe Easy Events as our coordinator. A stand out comment made to me by our DJ was that we were in good hands and I truly felt that way. Throughout the entire process, she was a delight. If you’re second guessing hiring her, take this as a sign to book with her. She truly will make your day the most special one.
