Brass Key Photography

e whole day. The photo I have of my daughter before we walk down the isle is one of my favorites.

alm! They captured everything we wanted and more! It was a long day, but I'm so happy they were there so I don't forget a moment! They are able to take lifestyle photos and posed photos and both styles are perfect. I highly recommend them both!

t friend to me! Super excited to see them again!

n I discovered that they have a non-disparagement clause in their contract. This means that we can't see anyone's actual feedback from a negative experience on here or any other website, so I don't believe we can trust these reviews. I feel a non-disparagement clause is very uncommon with wedding vendors and I don't understand why they'd have to put this in their contract if they could stand by their work alone. Not everyone will be happy with how you perform, but disallowing honest reviews that negatively reflect on the business means that you can't weigh the pros and cons to make a fair decision as the customer. Edit: I’ve seen the vendor’s response. I decline to remove the review or give my real name as this vendor’s response feels very aggressive, but trust me, I’m not a competing photographer. If the information the vendor provided to The Knot was enough, my review would be taken down. I stand by what I read. There was a non-disparagement clause when the contract was provided to me, so if it’s gone now, we’re all better for it.

alities! We could not have been happier with our choice! Our engagement photos were beautiful and I was so happy to use them for our save the dates! On the day of our wedding, Ryan and Nicole were phenomenal! We had a large wedding party (20) and we also ran into some trouble with the planned photo locations. They were super flexible and creative with picture ideas and they turned out beautiful! I was so thankful for them as they handled finding different locations and I was able to enjoy the day without stressing over the issues that came up. Working with such a large group was not easy but they kept everyone on track and got so many wonderful pictures while keeping to our schedule! Fast forward three years, we now have two young children. We worked with Nicole and Ryan for a seasonal family photoshoot and once again they did a fantastic job! Even with my sassy two year old (who was not exactly cooperative) they were so patient and took their time to capture the perfect pictures! It’s obvious Nicole is great with children as she kept their attention and got lots of smiles! Ryan was awesome at being quick to catch the perfect moments! Their set-up was fabulous and everything looked so cute! We love working with Brass Key Photography and are so grateful for the memories they’ve captured for our family! They are a ton of fun and work so well together to truly deliver amazing photos! We will definitely continue to use them for future family photos and would highly recommend!!!

ct until we came across them. After meeting them it was an easy decision on who it would be and they delivered! The convenience of having them both there to catch each of our moments was priceless. Beside the amazing work they do, these two are an awesome couple and they were so much more than photographers to us. Nicole helped my wife during some stressed times on getting ready and Ryan not only took great pictures but was a huge help to me when it came to the ceremony and a lack of direction from the wedding coordinator. After a day with these two it felt like we all had been longtime friends. I didn’t think it was possible at all for my wife to get any more beautiful but, the pictures they took made her look amazing. Nicole and Ryan made our wedding day complete not only with their work but, with their amazing personalities and drive to take the best pictures and not settling for anything less. If you are looking for the best then check these two out. You definitely get what you pay for in quality and just two good hearted people that go above and beyond for their client’s.

us for our timeline, location and confirmation, as well as must-have photos. They take their time, have an eye for unique photos and truthfully make it such a personal experience! Our guests from our wedding were complimenting how professional both of them were! It was an honest joy working with them and our pictures have turned out beyond beautiful!

with and they have the best vision and creativity! They possess all great qualities every photographer should have! They are experienced, professional, and work so well together! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

lped me fully embrace my wedding day carefree. Ryan was very focused, relaxed and creative. They both made excellent use of our time. They work great as a team and worked well with our other vendors. They went above and beyond to make sure our ceremony setting looked the best it could. Any time we came up with an idea they already had a suggestion in mind, which made the entire day run so smoothly! 10/10 would highly recommend Brass Key Photography!!!

were SO helpful. They were so knowledgable about wedding and gave us a lot of great advice!! My husband and I were nervous for our engagement session, but Ryan and Nicole made it run extremely smooth. They told us exactly what to do, where to look, how to pose. It was great!! For our wedding day Nicole unfortunately couldn't shoot our wedding day, because she gave birth right before our wedding so Ryan and Nicole got a substitute photographer. Her name was Katie, and was great as well! Was super nice and talkative, much like Nicole, and captured great photos. On our wedding day Ryan and Katie made pictures SO EASY. They didn't seem forced, we had so much fun! A lot of people said they didn't even notice our photographers during the ceremony, so they liked that! We received our Sneak Peek photos and I cried they were absolutely amazing, we received 68 pictures. THEN we received over 1,000 wedding photos THAT WERE ALL AMAZING! I cannot believe how well they captured our day. Every little detail of our day was captured. They exceeded my expectations times 1000. I can't say enough how thankful I am that we chose Brass Key Photographer to capture our perfect day. I'd choose them over and over again in a heart beat. Thank you so much again!! Would give you 100 stars if i could.

Panera by their home for an initial chat and they asked us about our wedding vision, budget, colors, etc. but also fun questions like, “Where are you honeymooning?” Nicole actually said, “Well, you know about Zika, right?” Actually, no, I had no idea what Zika was at that time. Lol. I remember thinking at that moment, “I want these people to be my photographers.” Thankfully, my husband was on the same page! We really enjoyed our engagement session with Ryan and Nicole. I was glad it was included in the package because we likely would not have done engagement pictures otherwise and it really helped my husband and me become comfortable in front of the camera. We also LOVED how our pictures turned out. A short while after our session, we found out Nicole was pregnant and due literally five days after our wedding. I was devastated. In all honesty, we thought about finding another team. In conversations with Ryan, he made me and my husband feel reassured that even if Nicole was not available, he would command the day. Ryan and Nicole always responded to my consistent emails to reassure me. I am so glad we stuck with Brass Key. Although Nicole had given birth two days prior to our wedding, you would have never known because Ryan was absolute perfection on our day. Ryan and Nicole chose a second shooter who was lovely and professional too; however, you could tell Ryan was totally in his element and in control. My bridal party, my picky parents, and my guests continually commented on his composure, professional dress, direction, and skill. He had amazing ideas and we got pictures that are better than I dreamed they would be. The editing on our images is great - “there” but still natural - Ryan and Nicole obviously care a lot about the “post-production” too. We received 1,500 images in eight weeks and I would put Brass Key’s work up against many other Cleveland photographers who come at a higher price point. If they’re available for your day, you are guaranteed amazing pictures.

g my mood around right before the big moment! After recieving the pictures and our bridal party seeing them people are still praising how amzaing they are; I'm incredibly happy that we chose them for our big day! Thank you for everything!!!!

mazing photographers, but truly wonderful people. My husband and I trusted them from the very moment we met and knew we made the right decision! Nicole and Ryan made our wedding day a breeze, even when there were some hiccups along the way due to the resort’s wedding coordinator. Nicole spent the majority of the day by my side and even made sure every last detail down to my makeup was perfect! Ryan was with my husband and was able to capture those “boys only” moments! Brass Key Photography takes so much pride in their work and it truly shows in their final product! My husband and I wouldn’t have had the most perfect day if it weren’t for them! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we will forever cherish the best day of our lives through the amazing moments you captured! Ladies - if you truly want timeless photos and two amazing people behind the cameras, you won’t be disappointed! Nicole and Ryan are the best of the best and every last detail of your special day will be captured!

tures! I looked up 'Brass Key Photography' on line and loved everything I saw! I then phoned Nicole to learn more about her and Ryan. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone, I knew they were going to be great to capture our daughters wedding day. And to say we are beyond happy with the beautiful moments they captured is a true understatement!!! Ryan and Nicole are true wedding day professionals...not only with taking beautiful photos, but also because they have so many great details and advice they shared with us about our daughters wedding day. They even made us a photo book (from the engagement photos they took) for our guest sign in book! Everybody loved that!!! We received our 'sneak peek' photos within 1 week of the wedding day...and they were absolutely stunning!!!! We are so excited to see the rest of the photos! Thank you Nicole and Ryan for being you, for being so helpful and for being such amazing photographers!!!

nitely don't second think them.

ally care about their couples and will go above and beyond to make sure they have a perfect wedding day!

ntire day of our wedding! Including getting our first kiss as a married couple in the large church we were married in. If you’re looking for straight forward, hard working people who truly care please look no further! Sincerely Lauren K.

sband and I looked at each other and we both knew we had made a GREAT decision in hiring the two of them. They are so real and genuine that they make you feel so relaxed and comfortable, you forget they are right there capturing some of the most intimate moments with your significant other. They compliment each other so well and keep every moving and make it look so effortless, when behind the scenes, they're doing miracle work. Hiring a photographer for your wedding is a decision you'll live with for a lifetime, the photos you'll have for a lifetime.. and hands down, the best decision we could have made for our wedding was choosing Brass Key. Once we found them, we knew it would be more than worth it to pay them to travel to Findlay, Ohio - and we we're so right. If you're considering Brass Key to be your exclusive wedding photographer, bump them to #1 on your list, because they are truly incredible and you will not regret it.

m getting ready until the end of the night, and even stayed a little later than planned to take some more pictures after the reception. They definitely have an eye for what will look good, and I felt comfortable just relying on them to tell us what pictures to take. They even coordinated with our DJ to have a full wedding party picture and then get everyone on the dance floor. They were easy to work with, fun to be around, and our pictures were GORGEOUS. I highly recommend Brass Key!

recommended, I hired! And my day was perfect! They are so attentive and know how to run the show! If they had the time, I would’ve let them coordinate my entire day and I wouldn’t have questioned a single decision of theirs. Nicole even went as far as searching for wire to help mend my dress during the reception! Above all else, my photos were absolutely stunning. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have revceived on them since the big day. Their turn-around time is incredible as well! I got the first round of photos a day and a half after my wedding, and only about a month and a half later, I had all of my edited photos, and there were A TON. They didn’t miss a beat the entire night! I really can’t say enough amazing things about these two. They were worth every single penny and I can say they were one of the best investments I have ever made! All I can say is THANK YOU!

so beautiful. They seemed to capture the ‘soul’ of each person they photographed. Such was the case for my daughters wedding. The pictures were superb! They worked with us the entire day, from the getting ready to the final song. They we never intrusive and readily allowed guests to take their own photos as well. They were open to taking the shots we wanted and had their own fantastic ideas for really wonderful poses. I continue to receive compliments on the pictures even as recently as yesterday. I would highly recommend Nicole and Ryan for any event!!

ding experts! They give you tips, advice, and comfort on this very stressful day. They are advocates of the bride and groom. And, they are extremely professional and talented. They gave us beautiful shots and stayed up all night the night of our wedding to give us a sneak peek. We could not be happier with the final product, and they were a joy to hang out with on our wedding day, which is a huge bonus that most people do not consider. You will not regret going with Brass Key.

your big day-not just photography related! Awesome!!

n details not even related to photography. They know how stressful planning a wedding can be, and they did everything they could to make sure that we were happy and stress free on our big day. Nicole and Ryan are fun and energetic, yet professional. We were thrilled to have a 75 picture sneak peak of our wedding within 24 hours! Everyone who has seen our weddings photos just loves them! We HIGHLY recommend Brass Key Photography!

hly recommend their services!

were patient with us and made sure we got any and every picture we wanted. They helped keep everything organized and get everything done in a timely manner. They captured so many memories that we didn't even realize were happening. They were so fun and so helpful on our wedding day! We were not disappointed and SOOOO thankful to have chose them as our photographers! THANK YOU Nicole and Ryan! You guys are amazing!!

s meshed together so well to ultimately give us the best photographs I could ever imagine from our day! From when we first met them and exchanged ideas, they were so helpful and easy to like. Fast forward to our engagement pictures and they were willing to try a new space with us and let us bring our dog!! <3 Bonus! Leading up to the wedding, they were super patient with us and came up with a lot of great ideas and tips (seriously, sent a huge breakdown of just general helpful tips from things they had experienced from other weddings that was so nice and awesome service!!). Day of our wedding was a cold day in Cleveland (no snow though) and from getting ready, through the ceremony up to taking pictures with our friends and family, they were such fun professionals! My MOH had to leave the festivities early for a pregnancy related issue and they focused on getting her in a lot of shots early. We took pictures next to LAKE ERIE in January and despite everyone being freezing, they didn't complain at all!! Just kept taking pictures! We even got our "money /dream shot" !! It started snowing during dinner and we raced out with them for photos underneath the Playhouse Square Chandelier. <3 They had such a fast turn around time on the images, the quality was magical and their pricing was on point! We could not recommend Brass Key Photography enough. We are in the process of moving and redecorating our house and the only issue is that we have TOO MANY GORGEOUS images from our wedding day thanks to Ryan and Nicole!!! You will not be disappointed!

n and they truly cared about everyone! Our pictures were absolutely beautiful. We are so incredibly happy with how well our photos turned out. They took so many different photos from the day and it was it was nice to see the day again since it was hard for me to remember the day! They took so many photos and the editing must have taken forever. I would recommend this couple to anyone. Our day would not have been the same if it wasn’t for them!

e sneak peak the next day, and the rest of the photos came in a timely manner. They are beautiful and we've received endless compliments!

vadi Vineyard in Canton, OH in June 2018. We live in NC, as my husband is stationed here. Planning a wedding 11 hours away has been tricky, but I can ALWAYS count on Nicole to help me with the details. Being that they have attended hundreds of weddings, I trust that they truly know it all, and they are my first source for suggestions. They are such a genuine and relatable couple, and they are so willing to help with every aspect of your wedding. We went back to Ohio to get our "engagement" photos taken, and they were beautiful! We received them in about 3 weeks, just like we were told! Brass Key is the best of the best, and they have already added so much value to our big day! They are the kind of people who will go the extra mile, because they know how important a wedding is to a couple. I have no doubt that our wedding itself will go smoothly, just because of their presence. I don't have to worry that they are missing important moments, and I am so sure our photos will be stunning! We are so excited to have them, not only as photographers, but guests at our wedding.

ed about each and every photo as well as our taste and preferences. I was shocked to see how many photos that came back and were edited so beautifully. I would recommend to book them as soon as possible because I'm sure they get booked quickly!

day everyday!! They both are so wonderful to work with especially if you have a larger bridal party! They made sure we got all of our must-have photos and they never missed a beat!! Thank you again for helping us make our big day extra special! If you want to amazing pictures from your wedding day make sure to choose Brasskey! Their attention to detail and tentativeness is worth every penny! Thank you again Brasskey!! - The Lewandowski's

m both in the months leading up to our wedding and on the big day. Ryan and Nicole are organized and detailed oriented. They were very easy to work with in planning our wedding and offered countless ideas and suggestions to help help our big day the beautiful and fun event that it was! Their creativity and skill shows in their photos; truly, their photos speak for themselves. In fact, we liked our engagement photos so much that we had one enlarged into a life photo that was displayed at the wedding! They were there to capture all of the special moments throughout the morning of our wedding, leading up to the ceremony and reception, including a first look photo with my dad and capturing my parent's faces when they opened the journals I had written to/for them. Nicole spent the morning with myself, the bridesmaids, and my mom/dad, while Ryan spent the morning capturing my husband, the groomsmen, and his parents getting ready. They were with us from very early in the morning until well into the reception - truly incredible. In fact, Ryan actually spent the Friday morning prior to the wedding golfing and hanging out with with my husband along with some of the groomsmen and family members - even though a downpour interfered with much of their golfing plans! In the final moments leading up to the ceremony, while in the bridal room at the church, I could feel myself becoming overwhelmed with emotion. Nicole caught my eye and quietly reminded me to breathe and take it all in - that meant so much to me. All in all, Ryan and Nicole were wonderful to work with and we would recommend them to anyone in the future looking to capture their wedding day both beautifully and creatively!

heir wedding photos at Inn Walden. Both have such unique ideas and truly capture every detail in the wedding from start to finish making every event look magical. Walden will always recommend Brass Key Photography as a part of their top vendor list for newly engaged couples!

h my daughter and her future husband to learn about them and go over what they were looking for in wedding photos. The resulting photos were far beyond expectations. They perfectly captured the personalities of the wedding party and the joy of the day. The photos are beautiful. I really can not say enough about how great the photos are, as well as the patience of Ryan and Nicole on such a hectic day.

yan were easy and fun to work with, professional, and best of all our engagement and wedding photos are breathtaking. We couldn't recommend them more- you won't regret it!

bout our special day. I always said that a photographer is one of the most important vendors of your day, because they capture the memories. When years pass, you will always have the photos!

It was low pressure and we could tell they were easy to work with and knew their craft. We got married at St. Vincent in Akron and they captured some beautiful shots of us, our party, and the church as a whole. Between wedding and reception, we went to the Akron Zoo for photos. We had a giant, unorganized 23 person wedding party which Nicole and Ryan handled like pros. We got to all the places around the zoo that we wanted to shoot and ended up with awesome pictures ranging from picturesque to silly. The best part is there was pending rain that we all knew was coming and would pretty much kill our chances of photos. We did not think it was possible to get all of our shots in before the rain, but they managed to do so and literally the second we stepped back on the bus to go to the reception, it started pouring! I would recommend Ryan and Nicole to anyone for a wedding or other event that is photo worthy!

I can be a little critical. The Engagement shoot they did with us was so easy and fun and laid back which I was nervous about, but they made it easy for us. Third we had 23 in our wedding party, that is a lot of excited and drinking men and woman to gather and take photos of, and Nicole and Ryan Worked GREAT with all of us. we had so much fun and they took charge and got the photos I wanted!! To say they were patient with our party would be an understatement. Thank you Nicole and Ryan for Taking BEAUTIFUL pictures of the biggest day of our life. We just got the Sneak Peek and we are in Love. You guys are the best
