From the beginning, Emily (the venue coordinator) was absolutely amazing. She was endlessly communicative, patient, accommodating, and supportive through every question, vision, change, and stress spiral I had throughout planning. Somehow she made all of my ideas come to life while still respecting our budget, which felt impossible at times. She truly became one of the people I trusted most throughout this process and was genuinely my hero. Kenzie and Melanie were our event leads the day of, and they completely ran the show flawlessly. They didn’t just decorate the space beautifully (which they absolutely did - it looked PERFECT), they made sure Tyler and I were taken care of every second of the night. They got us food and drinks so we could actually eat without constantly being stopped, checked on us throughout the evening, handled problems before we even knew they existed, and made sure we were happy, relaxed, and able to actually enjoy our wedding. They made the entire night feel effortless, and I truly cannot imagine the day without them. We also specifically requested Darren as our bartender because we already loved him so much, and even though it was his normal day off, he still came in for our wedding. That meant the world to us. Anthony and Declan were also incredible support staff and helped keep everything running seamlessly all night long. Every single person at Brass Bear went above and beyond for us in ways I’ll never fully be able to express. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was, and truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing this venue and this team.

From start to finish, the team (especially Emily!) went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The space itself is welcoming and full of character, while also feeling elevated and thoughtfully designed. We actually saved a lot on decor because the venue was already so beautiful on its own. The top things that really set Brass Bear apart (aside from the space itself) were the staff and the food/drinks. The staff — Every single person we worked with was kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly and that it was truly the party of our dreams. They were incredibly accommodating, handled logistics seamlessly, and anticipated needs before we even had to ask. It honestly felt like they cared about our wedding just as much as we did. Also throughout the evening, on their own, the amazing staff checked in on me and the groom, seeing if we wanted a drink refill or a cup of water. The food— Hands down the best menu we sampled while choosing a reception venue. We wanted a place that would have a spread guests would talk about long after the event, and for months afterward our friends and family were still bringing up the tri-tip and how good everything tasted. Not only was the main food insanely delicious, the welcome charcuterie table was put together beautifully with so many options. The drinks — The open bar was fantastic! Brass Bear offered a great variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as part of their open bar, the flow of guests being served at multiple bar stations stayed steady all evening with no bottlenecks, and they even helped me create a custom cocktail to match my purple hair. I also probably emailed (literally) a thousand questions throughout the planning process, and every single one was met with a kind, thoroughly explained answer, or a “let’s see if we can make that work!” response, which made the planning feel like a breeze and really fun. If you’re considering Brass Bear Brewery for a wedding, celebration, or any special event, do not hesitate. They helped create memories we’ll treasure forever, and we are SO grateful we chose them. ur reception. We met with several places but after meeting with the Brass Bear team it was no question. From our very first meeting with Emily we were met with genuine kindness and warmth. It felt like talking to a friend. The private dining space was perfect to host our 60 family and friends. After touring the space they gave us a sample of the dinner and we were SOLD! We left feeling elated! What is wonderful about Brass Bear was how accommodating and attentive they were. It truly was a stress free experience. Food, drinks, tables, and chairs were all included. They worked with our vendors and day coordinators. We want to take a moment and highlight Emily, she responded to every email and made us feel reassured every step of the way, On our wedding day our guests raved about the food and drinks. Everyone left well fed! They loved the wall paper in the dining room and restrooms. We’re still so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with this team!
