Brasa

ings I hadn’t realized yet. I was so impressed with their events team and how organized and professional they were. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly and everyone raved about how good the food was. The on-site staff worked like a well-oiled machine, and their service made everything feel effortless. I’m so glad we chose Brasa as our caterer.

ve had" from a few guests. Not only was the food delicious, but the crew was extremely kind and went above and beyond for us. Thank you again for everything, we'll keep you in mind for future events!

entive, and detailed throughout the entire process, and always answered our questions thoroughly and quickly. Heather, Sarah, and Naomi specifically were a pleasure to work with and made the planning process a breeze! The food itself was amazing; our guests raved about it on the wedding day, and continue to tell us how it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Brasa took care of so many details that we might have otherwise missed, and the service staff were fantastic and so kind! We are so happy and grateful we chose Brasa, and we cannot imagine going with any other vendor than them for our catering needs on our big day.

left full and happy. They also did an amazing job accommodating dietary restrictions, which made the whole experience seamless. On top of the delicious food, the Brasa team went above and beyond with their thoughtfulness. They boxed up meals for us to take home, paired them with champagne, and even signed one of our printed menus with the sweetest congratulations message. The next day, being able to enjoy their food again while opening our wedding cards was such a special touch. Working with them was easy from start to finish and I would give them 10,000 stars if I could. Brasa made our day unforgettable.

he planning process. On the wedding day, they went above and beyond by packaging up meals for us and even gifting us a bottle of champagne. Their service was outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone!

litated everything with my vendors. With a unique timeline split between two venues, I wanted to ensure that my guests had a substantial meal and that my loved ones with kosher and GF requirements had options to choose from. My reception site did not have a kitchen, but their team walked me through what would be necessary to keep everything hot and food-safe. They did not serve the buffet for the evening, but they did a wonderful job setting up. I can't recommend them enough because any time I had hesitations about anything, they answered all my questions. Every time someone mentions my reception to me, they tell me how fun it was and how fantastic the food was! Definitely recommend!

that we wanted Brasa to cater. Sara, Kelsey and Heather were incredibly responsive, clear, organized, and kind over email with the ordering & planning process - never made me feel bad for asking about a guest’s specific dietary issue - and helped us make sure we had all the details accounted for in advance. The food was SO GOOD on our wedding day, it met everyone’s unique dietary needs, and we got so many compliments from family & friends! Just book them. But do it early!!! They book out well in advance.

could feed a crowd without breaking the budget. From the start, they were easy to work with. The team was kind and made the whole process smooth. The staff on our wedding day was wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and added thoughtful touches like printed menus at each table. Brasa is also a great option for dietary needs. As a gluten-free bride, I felt completely at ease knowing I had safe and delicious food. If you’re considering them, just go for it. You won’t regret it!

ur wedding food was! Too many people to count have asked us where we catered the food from, and we are always so happy to share with them that Brasa has a standing restaurant where they can enjoy their food whenever they want! From beginning to end, the Brasa team was wonderful to work with. They were so professional on our wedding day and the event staff did an incredible job. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding day, I couldn't recommend Brasa more!

to tour the space and ensure it was a good fit for their setup. The tasting experience was fantastic, helping us confidently finalize our menu. The team went above and beyond, especially in accommodating guests with allergies or dietary restrictions, which we truly appreciated. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food—we honestly lost count of all the compliments we received! They even packed up leftovers for us and surprised us with a bottle of champagne at the end of the night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Brasa combines amazing food with outstanding service, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. They were a joy to work with and a highlight of our big day!

Their staff is also wonderful and made me feel so special and even gave us the sweetest card at the end of the night! t during the set up/tear down and kept our buffet clean and full. The catering team also packaged up all the leftovers that they could, which was a real treat to enjoy the following days! A month later and we are still getting compliments from our guests on how incredible the food at our wedding was. Highly recommend them for any wedding or event you need catering for - the quality is just as great as it is when you dine in their restaurants!

nd Brasa as a caterer.

. They were extremely communicative and always willing to help answer our questions throughout the planning process. The night of our wedding, their staff were professional, friendly, and made sure our guests were fed (we had family style which we loved)! If you are considering Brasa for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend them!

st" -every single time, high praise to Brasa from our other vendors and our friends and family who have enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The catering menu was fantastic, we ended up selecting appetizers, dinner buffet, and desserts! It was so easy to make choices and we were well-guided by the staff during our consultation phone calls and emails. We got a hand written thank-you note from the staff the evening of our wedding, and a complimentary bottle of bubbly which was just so kind of them to go the extra step in making our day so special. We have enjoyed eating all of the leftovers and look forward to future meals at the restaurant to try all of the other exciting food options that we didn't have at our wedding!!

customer service is top notch and they very clearly know what they are doing. Turned what could have been a standard part of the night into a favorite part of the night for many guests!

arian guest count and every one of them made sure to tell us how GOOD the food was. Professional, Kind, And Absolutely an Amazing Group of People!!

RIOUSLY DO IT.

rasa's food was phenomenal and they were also a breeze to work with. They packaged up food for the bride and groom to take home with them on the wedding night. They treated us amazingly well. Would recommend 10 / 10 to ANYONE! WE LOVE BRASA!

go with Brasa. Selections for the gluten free and vegetarians among us, which was appreciated greatly by guests. The food stayed hot and fresh, which can be a major downfall to plated meals for those of you still searching! Staff was hardworking, consistent, and personable. Everyone who attended was blown away - and we are so fortunate we decided to go with Brasa. Wouldn't change a thing. Book early (we booked a year and a half in advance) - you won't be disappointed!

rasa's food is incredible and they have so many good options to choose from. I'm really glad we went with the buffet option because it allowed people to pick and choose what they most wanted. I have a severe nut allergy and Brasa was amazingly patient working through that with me. They assured me there would be no nuts in any of the items and made me feel comfortable on the wedding day. They truly went above and beyond and even worked directly with Linen Effects on our linen rentals. Additionally, we received SO MANY compliments on the food from wedding guests. Some people mentioned it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommend Brasa to anyone!

e team at Brasa really went above and beyond with their service - they made menus for each table including all the dietary restrictions for each menu item, they packed a meal for us to take at the end of the night, and even surprised us with champagne and a card signed by the whole team at the end of the night! We wouldn't have wanted any other caterer at our wedding!

th all your family, friends, co-workers, etc. why not feed them something amazing, right? Brasa was an absolute no-brainer. For anyone who hasn’t eaten at Brasa, we absolutely recommend that you get there soon. The food is and always has been fantastic. And that’s exactly what we got from them for our wedding, but on a much grander scale. We received so many delighted comments from our guests about the food being so much better than anything they’ve experienced at other weddings. We chose the buffet, which worked extremely well. The portions provided through the buffet setup were beyond generous. And the service was terrific. Heather and her team were amazing. Efficient, friendly, and hard working. Backing up just a bit, the initial tasting that Brasa offered blew us away, even having eaten in their restaurants so many times over the last 10+ years. The planning with Heather was easy, and they were able to answer all our questions about everything we threw at them. We knew we wouldn’t regret our catering choice, and we were so right! Thank you Brasa!

d in and handled everything with ease. We received countless compliments on the food and overall dining experience. Thank you Heather and team!

work with ahead of our day and had all of our details locked down. The staff day-of was nothing short of incredible. They were on-time, constantly helping out with clearing food & pouring waters and even packed my husband & I a meal and some wine to take back to the hotel with us along with a signed card!! Such a nice touch and a great way to end the night. Everyone said the food was the best wedding food they had ever had!! I also appreciated that they printed menus for us since it was one less thing for me to have to deal with week-of. We love Brasa and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

our dreams, the service was incredibly professional and kind, and most importantly the food was outstanding! Folks still talk about how good the food was, and I was especially impressed at the wonderful gluten free and vegetarian options available for guests with specific dietary needs. They were also very understanding and flexible as we navigated planning a wedding during the most uncertain times of the pandemic. We would absolutely recommend their services!

dd to our order short-notice. Would 100% work with them again!!

at we had ever had! On top of that though, as the couple, the service was outstanding! They were timely and professional, incredibly helpful, thoughtful and very safe given the current state of the world. When they left for the evening they gave us a wonderful card signed by all our staff from the night and packed us up two separate small to-go containers to take back with us to our hotel room at the end of the night which was just about the most perfect way to end the evening when we were tired and starving!

r a better experience! Thank you Brasa!

ons, too!). Even during the pandemic, Brasa was able to accommodate a tasting event through take-out. The portions were generous and the food was hot for everyone. Additionally, they were flexible in being able to accommodate the venue and the group size, and were responsive to last-minute guest-count changes. Brasa was an excellent decision.

at everything was set up properly, were on top of serving and refilling the family-style meal, and quick with clean up. They even gifted us a special bottle of bubbles that we will enjoy on our anniversary!

e extra time. They also sent us to the hotel with 2 meals which we enjoyed that night reminiscing about how much fun we had! We can't recommend them enough!

uests are still raving about the food!

ns changed over and over. Heather was so easy to work with and her entire staff was super helpful on the wedding day. I think the only topic that might have been discussed more than the fact that we got married was how great the food was! The meal was SO delicious. Brasa went above and beyond by having some take-home meals ready for us as well as giving us a nice note and a bottle of champagne to congratulate us. Super classy. We’d recommend them to anyone for any event!

o problem. Brasa came right on time on the wedding day and set everything up. If you don’t have any fried dishes everything transports and holds beautifully.

wedding and in the weeks after. Brasa was very easy to work with before the wedding, and were very flexible in providing options for allergies/diet needs despite us choosing a buffet style. The team that worked our event was incredibly kind and attentive. The sweetest part was that they packed my husband and I meals for the next day! How thoughtful?! Couldn't have asked for a better caterer and team!

important, Daria and here team were so great to work with! From timely communication to ensuring we had all of the details in order so that everything worked best with what we were looking for, Daria was on top of it all. They day-of team was equally as amazing and we would be more than happy to get to work with any of them again, and would recommend them all for ANY event that needs good food!

and clear communication. We had so many compliments from our guests on the food, which I already knew was going to be awesome. :-) The staff was very attentive during the whole event. At the end of the wedding day, they went the extra mile and packaged up our food really nice and even made boxes for me and Sean, which was a sweet gesture since we didn't get to eat much that day! 10/10
