Bradley Gough was an awesome place to get our rings! We worked with the same woman, Ann, during the whole process and she was great and so helpful! They have great quality diamonds...
and are always eager to clean your ring for free whenever you come into the store!
Amazing customer service and fantastic quality. It's also wonderful to support a small business and not a chain store.
I am sure my groom will have more to say since he spent so much time with the designer, but I am absolutely impressed. I found a vintage ring on a website, it was beautiful. I just...
sort of mentioned, "this is the prettiest ring I have ever seen!" but sort of thought nothing of it. I was just being a goof and showing him some sort of impossible fairy tale ring. I never would have thought that my boyfriend would go back to the website and present it to Bradley Gough Diamonds to have it made. It turned out PERFECT! This ring is very unique. It contains a horizontal marquis and was a replica of a 1950's ring being sold at an estate auction. It was also a size 7.5 and already sold, so he couldn't just buy it. My fiance mentioned that the designer seemed glad to be able to create something that required skill, not just a simple solitaire. This proved to me that they will find a way to make EXACTLY what you want, and it doesn't have to be the same thing everyone else has.
When I went in because a couple small diamonds had fell out of my ring before even a year was up, I was told next I would have to pay $40 for each replacement. Also, I will have to...
pay $40 for each time I want it dipped. I know a lot of places that dip them for free and the price that we paid for my ring we should get that with it.
My husband got my engagement ring at Bradley Gough. He went in and told them what he was looking for and they had one custom made. It's absolutely beautiful. They remember us every...
time we go in. Customer service is top notch. We decided to get our wedding bands there as well. Marlin has always helped us when we've gone and I would recommend this jeweler to anyone in the Fort Wayne area.Beautiful rings, wonderful customer service, and decent prices. Very happy.
They did a great job helping my fiancé pick out my engagement ring. I love my ring and I know that if any problems arise in the future, (which I don't anticipate) I will be well ta...
ken care of!
Bradley Gough was fantastic! Ann spent quite a bit of time with my fiancée and I to pick out the perfect ring! She really worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted in our...
price range! We would highly recommend
My fiancé and I decided to stop in Bradley Gough Diamonds while looking for my engagement ring and it was one of the best things we have ever done! Bradley Gough was highly recomm...
ended to us by my brother-in-law and he was so right! We worked with April and she was amazing!! Be sure to ask for her!! She was so personable and took the time to really get to know us and our story. She was patient and allowed me to look at each case of rings. She was highly knowledgable regarding each designer and she truly took the time to listen to me and hear what I like and what I was looking for. She put both of us at ease and made it such a fun experience. Bradley Gough has a huge variety of rings -- every shape, size, and style. And, their store is very welcoming. I highly recommend Bradley Gough, you don't know what you are missing out on if you don't stop in!
