We chose this company due to the owner being a friend of the family. I cannot say anything good unfortunately. It’s almost been a nightmare since booking with them. Zach is the VP ...
who shot our wedding. Leading up the wedding there was ZERO communication. I had to email over and over to get a meeting set up to get a timeline for the day of made. Once my day came he was so unprepared. Didn’t even shoot my husbands getting ready moments- I will say he felt a little inexperienced. It was alarming. After the wedding we didn’t hear from him for 60 days. Then after a few unanswered emails I called the owner. He had to call him to get him to respond to me. He conveniently had our wedding album ready. When we opened it. We were heartbroken. The whole album seemed rushed and repetitive. Not one family photo was in it and there were multiple pics where my husband or I were making the weirdest faces. We have yet to see the video but he is finishing that (according to him). He is also having to redo the entire album. This whole process has been a let down. Especially since this day was so perfect for us. We’re really hoping for the best but for couples considering using this company. I strongly suggest that you do not. There’s no organization, communication or respect. When you’re paying this kind of money for a service it’s should be done to your liking. It’s just been a mess
I hired this company because it is run by a friend. My wedding was 4 months ago and have only received a fraction of what my husband and I paid for. I have emailed and text and hav...
e not received response since August 2nd. I have reached out to the owner for assistance. Hoping he reaches back out. I am furious.
Please remove this company from the knot. They are not local to all the areas they cover and their lack of communication and professionalism is alarming.

ut to us since we hired them until we did so 2 weeks prior to our wedding. Upon doing so every single email address we had from the company came back undeliverable and every telephone number was no longer in service or went to voicemail.
I spent countless time trying to contact someone and anyone I got a hold of kept telling us Zach would reach out to us, or Zach is the only one who knows the details of our wedding.
Finally he reached out to us after countless attempts and local photographers messaging him as well asking why he wasn’t responding and why his email was no longer working.
We arranged a zoom meeting. This didn’t make us feel any more comfortable using the company. Sure he knows some basic photography talk from lenses to ISO but something was off. He offered to double the amount of pictures and kept apologizing and assuring us his communication would be better. He never once had an explanation as to why the entire company’s email addresses were undeliverable.
Following the meeting we reached out to Zach multiple times regarding questions he told us he would answer following the zoom. We didn’t hear back from him for at least 48 hours each email we sent.
We finally told him we were going to use another photographer and asked him to refund our deposit. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE, SHOCKING!
Do not even inquire, they are cheap but so are the picture quality. His portfolio he sent us was so bad I couldn’t tell if he had actually edited them or if they were RAW.
I’m so glad I chose BFC for my wedding day! They were quick to respond to any inquiry I had leading up to the big day. As a bride, nothing is worst than waiting days or weeks for a...
nswers so I’m glad I didn’t experience that with BFC. Our photographers and cinematographers were AMAZING! Besides having the highest level of professionalism, they were very easy to get along with and made my bridal party & I feel comfortable the entire day. After having a delay due to our shuttle, BFC quickly adjusted our shot list to ensure we got the absolute “must haves”. I will defiantly be recommending all my bride and groom friends to BFC! Matt, Zach, & the rest of the BFC team - you rock!!
Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Already have the sneak peeks and can’t wait to see more! Zach and his team were incredible and did an amazing job!
