The BRCC staff and venue are absolutely wonderful. Our initial tour of the clubhouse with Sara Gilmore was both thorough and stunning. Sara was even kind enough to provide an additional tour so our families could see the facility. We received a detailed packet outlining everything BRCC offers, along with answers to all of our questions.
My fiancé and I, along with our families, are truly thrilled to have our wedding there. The clubhouse and grounds are breathtaking, and Sara and her team could not have been more knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive. After our meeting, I canceled all of my other venue tours—BRCC exceeded every expectation and checked every box.
I have complete confidence that our wedding day will be as stress-free as possible, thanks to the outstanding preparation and care of the BRCC staff.

The venue only hosts one wedding per day, so you and your guests can celebrate in peace and privacy, roaming the grounds and celebrating the love and romance of the day.
The Bride and Groom rooms are both ready for all your preparation needs. With comfortable furnishings and no shortage of mirrors, you and your wedding party can relax and rejuvenate before the festivities. Your ceremony can be held at a number of outdoor sites so you can exchange vows under the sun, or there are also indoor spaces available for those days when the weather doesn’t cooperate. The Ballroom is a large and flexible space that can host up to 300 guests for a traditional wedding reception. Decorate the Ballroom in your own vision, displaying your style and personality while also telling the story of your relationship. The Veranda offers an ideal location to host a drinks reception or cocktail hour; it also gives guests the opportunity to take in the scenery and grab a breath of fresh air during the celebration.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning -- both inside and out. We held our reception in the Terrace Room, with two bars, easy access to the restroom and access to a beautiful private outdoor terrace. It provided the perfect mix of elegance and charm for our celebration.
The food was incredible (apps and dinner), and the drinks were expertly poured -- guests are still raving about it! Sadly, they ran out of some of the apps almost immediately but for the ones we tried, they were delicious. The live floral arrangement and candle centerpieces created by Bree Burke were breathtaking and added a magical touch to the entire evening.
A very special shout-out to Bree Burke, who was instrumental in helping plan and coordinate everything. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're considering Boulder Ridge, Bree is the person you want by your side! She was on point throughout the wedding and reception ensuring every little detail was completed.
While we absolutely loved our day, we do want to note that the dance floor in the Terrace Room was a bit small, and sadly, the lighting around the sweet table and after-hours snacks and ice cream bar was quite dim -- just something to keep in mind when planning your layout. Some of the the guests missed out because they didn't know these were available.
Overall, Boulder Ridge Country Club is a phenomenal wedding venue. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful setting, outstanding food and service, and a team that truly cares about your special day.

I felt so comfortable the day of our wedding thanks to their help in planning and their keen eye for detail. Not to mention, there were various things that were thrown in at no cost to us that many other venues in my search would nickel and dime us for.
The grounds, food, and service were also great at Boulder Ridge and really contributed to the making of our perfect day! The beautiful ivy and scenic greens in the backdrop made our wedding photos pop with color. The outdoor patio was also a hit and the perfect place for guests to grab some fresh air and relax! I also got ready in the bridal 'ready' room where we were served lunch and mimosas. From start to finish, all of our needs were met and exceeded all our expectations! We highly recommend getting married here if you want a seamless wedding! The only complaint I have is the day went way too fast!

The cocktail hour and reception were in the ballroom, but there is a great patio/balcony space outside that our guests were able to enjoy as well. It was nice for guests to be able to step out for some fresh air without feeling like they were missing anything. We primarily worked with Gianna for the planning of our big day and she was delightful! She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and really made us feel supported throughout the whole planning process. Since our big day we have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests. The food was delicious, bar lines were fast, and all of the staff working were kind and attentive. We can’t thank Boulder Ridge enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

She is incredible at her job and it's obvious how much she cares about the events she is helping coordinate. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.
I used the bridal suite to get ready before our ceremony and the staff made sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we could need. They were even able to provide items we had forgotten (i.e. extension cords).
We are incredibly happy that we found Boulder Ridge Country Club and would HIGHLY recommend having your event there!! I had never planned an event for 160 people before and Gianna made it so easy. There is not a single complaint to be made about the venue, packages, or planning process at Boulder Ridge.

Our drinks were never empty, the service team was astounding!!! The food was delicious, I wish I had more of an appetite! My hubby and I both had the gorgonzola chicken with herb linguine and carrots, but we also offered our guests the 12oz pork chop, which was also a hit!! We received so many compliments from guests about the food, as well as the CAKE! Let’s talk about the cake! BRCC works with a local bakery to include the wedding cake in the all-inclusive cost!!! This saved us so much money, and the cake was the best I’ve ever had! So many guests complimented the cake and said they wished they had more! Boulder Ridge is a BEAUTIFUL venue, and they made every effort for us on our big day. Definitely recommend!

I had always dreamed of an outdoor wedding ceremony, which is what drew my husband and I to Boulder Ridge. Once we walked in we were sold..the views and photo ops are absolutely breathtaking and it had everything we wanted, especially that we could have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all right there.
My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Sara and Gianna. Unfortunately it rained and we were unable to have an outdoor ceremony. They both knew how disappointing it was for me and quickly turned around the ballroom to accommodate an indoor ceremony and dealt with moving all our guests so seamlessly and also allowed us to take pictures outside until the very last minute before the skies opened up!
I decided to opt for the bridal suite for my girls and I to get ready and it was the best decision! Both my hairstylist and makeup artist had plenty of room to take care of us all, plus we had food and drinks the entire time. It’s an amazing service they offer, plus the pictures turned out beautiful in that room.
My guests are still talking about our wedding…the food, the cake, the venue, everything! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day.

The food was also amazing. We had a few appetizers during cocktail hour that all of our guests loved. The guests also couldn’t stop raving about the meal. We had them choose between chicken, beef, & a vegan option and all three were delicious! The bar set up made it easy to get drinks and avoid long lines.
The reception area was definitely spacious enough for everyone (we had about 180 people). The deck was perfect for getting fresh air or enjoying a cigar during the night. It’s very large and we had lots of people going between it and the dance floor.
Overall we loved this venue and definitely recommend it!

Once we decided to go with Boulder Ridge, Gianna and Sara always answered our (many) questions and let us come to the venue when I wanted to see things in person to visualize our big day. While the prices looked a little expensive upfront, the package included everything that we needed with no add-ons that seem to get really expensive really fast at a lot of other places we looked at. We brought both parents of groom and parents of bride to the tasting and it was only an extra $100 when we did it.
It was nice to get everyone's opinion on the food and get to see the place again.
The food was good and the drinks were poured strong, just a warning on that!
There were also some beautiful places to take photos with fall colors.

rfect. From the special requests, to the details about our tables, to every detail I am sure I would have forgotten had it not been for her, it was perfect. The staff did so well with everything that happened. Their venue is beautiful for rain or shine and for our wedding it did rain just one hour prior to our start. They moved it all inside the ballroom and set it up as if we had it planned in there. I had many guests tell me they actually though it was meant to be in there for how beautiful it looked. In no time it all they changed over the room and the cocktail hour was set in what seemed like 5 minutes. I was still able to capture beautiful pictures because there grounds are stunning! If you want a stress free amazing time on your wedding day look no further. I would do another event at boulder ridge hands down. The staff are incredibly professional, our bartenders and servers were so nice and had our food covered for us during our dinner time (yes we did eat our wedding WOW! food WAS AWESOME!) Sweets table was endless and so tasty! I can't say enough wonderful things! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! What a day!

Our wedding was perfectly incredible thanks to Janet and her team. Absolutely nothing went wrong and she was in constant communication every step along the way. We were so concerned in planning our wedding from out of state but Janet and her team assisted in every decision and process.

The other staff that assisted the day of was beyond helpful. They made sure that all of the guests were satisfied throughout the reception and cocktail hour when it came to food and drinks. The guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was! The venue itself its just beautiful, I hardly had to bring in extra decorations. There is nothing else that I could have asked for in order for our wedding day to turn out better than it did. I would recommend Boulder Ridge to anyone! y complaint was that I was occasionally surprised by Janet's approach. For example, I brought my parents to a meeting and she seemed surprised (they were paying after all) they were there. She made me feel as though they were a burden during the meeting, I even had to suggest bringing in chairs for them at the meeting rather than have them stand.

rovided wedding service for many years and answered questions we didn't even know to ask. Their packages include many things that others charge extra for, so made our budgeting much easier. The food is FANTASTIC and many of our guests have commented since then about how good it was. The staff was very attentive and friendly, which made the evening extra special.
The outside venue made for beautiful pictures, since my daughters wedding was in May and all of the trees were in bloom. Golf carts were provided for the wedding party for pictures and there was valet service for parking of cars.
We would definitely use them again! They made the day perfect!
