Madison is detailed, extremely creative and communicative, and seriously thoughtful! She was all-in from the first time we met to discuss our ideas for our big day, even brought a...
sweet gift. My goal was to not only have a beautiful weeding that matched our style / vibe as a couple, but also to not have our families and friends lift a finger; we wanted them to enjoy the day, not feel like they were working the day. The week of, Madison completely took over so I was free to handle the 10 million personal things on my list. She picked up all of the reception decorations and linens ahead of time so we didn't have to worry about them day-of, and then packed them for my family to take home after; her team took care of it all and made it so easy for everyone. When one idea of mine didn't quite work in the space, she pivoted day-of and still kept the feel I was going for. It was lovely! She was intentional to make the day not only amazing for our guests but for us as well, making sure we got those special moments we wanted to have and to soak it all in (and even sneak away!) The icing on the cake was when she had to-go boxes of our reception meal and treats in our getaway car (because you barely touch your food on your big day)! Madison also worked well with our vendors, especially our photographer, before hand to make sure every detail was taken care of and that they were all on the same page, no surprises day of. Could not have asked for a better coordinator!
Madison was a literal dream! We used her day of coordination services but she was available to us well before that answering any questions that came up.
From the time she arrived ...

take over the month of. She handled finalizing all the details from final numbers to the seating chart. She also ensured the entire day went smoothly. opinions as the bride and groom did not get lost in the mix of voices. She made herself available and treated each question with the same care, whether it was about a silly detail or a big scheduling decision.
Madison interacted with our vendors professionally and was a key resource in many of our logistical decisions, helping us process different options and think through all possible scenarios for both our ceremony and reception.
Throughout the whole process, it was extremely evident as she took interest in our wedding on a greater level than just being a hired hand. She listened as I dissected every detail on the phone with her. She encouraged me when it felt like I couldn't make another decision. She kept our day on schedule, not letting a single detail go unnoticed.
