Boston Event Divas

inute that I found Jen I was looking for a mobile portable bar and she was the first person that came across called the froth and foam from the day that I met her to the day of my wedding the entire year she made nothing short of perfection for my planning her and her team are just incredible. I ended up also choosing her to be my day of wedding coordinator because I didn’t have one and out of the kindness of her heart she offered to help me and I have to say it was the best decision I ever made to be my day we had such a vibe together her and I and I developed such a wonderful relationship with jen and when I tell you from start to finish the way that she helped me and my bridal party hold it together and Help me walk down the aisle to help coordinate all of my vendors I could not be happier Her team of bartenders that she had were phenomenal. My drinks were perfect. Everybody has been still ranting and raving even a month and a half later still talking about how good everything was. I am so thankful for her and her team and I have developed a wonderful relationship and I hope it continues for years to come I would hire Jen andBoston event divas and the froth and foam bar again and again again 20 outta 10 so worth it

othly day of. The florals especially were incredible -- I got so many compliments on my bouquet, which Jen crafted to fit my vision exactly, and the centerpieces were lovely!

was professional, creative, and attentive to every detail. Jen was communicative and prompt in responding to our questions and feedback. They took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with stunning bouquets, beautiful centerpieces, and gorgeous reception arrangements that exceeded our expectations. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly coordinated with our color palette! Everything arrived with plenty of time the day of the wedding and looked beautiful throughout the whole day. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything looked. Their attention to detail and ability to create such elegant, personalized floral designs made our wedding feel truly special. If you're looking for a florist who is talented, reliable, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Boston Event Divas. They helped make our wedding day unforgettable, and we couldn't have been happier with the results!

day of coordinator. Couldn’t recommend her more.

the-scenes detail. They asked all the right questions, anticipated needs I never would have thought of, and executed every part of the planning beautifully. Going into the wedding, I had complete confidence in their team — and they still managed to exceed every expectation. The day ran smoothly because of them. Jen even saved the day when a surprise rain shower hit, pulling out a clear umbrella she had brought just in case. She was prepared, professional, and ready to take care of business from start to finish. They took so much off my plate and allowed me to actually enjoy my day without stress. I couldn’t recommend Boston Event Divas enough — they truly went above and beyond.

finish, she ensured we were able to get everything we wanted for our day without any stress or headache. We felt so at ease working with her: we didn't worry things wouldn't get done, we didn't worry we were making bad decisions, we didn't worry it would be awkward finally meeting her in person - it was all so relaxed and everything we wanted. If you are just looking for a vendor or business relationship, then Jen probably isn't the wedding planner for you. And if you are looking for that, I would urge you to reconsider. Jen is everything you want in an organized, knowledgeable, professional wedding planner but she adds a level of care and love that is so comforting.

ery first conversation, they understood my vision so clearly - romantic, moody, and timelessly classic - and brought it to life! Every detail was thoughtfully curated - from the rich, dramatic roses to the soft candlelight that filled the space with warmth and elegance. The historic charm of the Harvard Club paired with their creative touch created an atmosphere that felt straight out of a fairytale. Guests couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning everything looked - and still continue to tell me! Beyond the aesthetic, Jennifer and Sabrina were absolute rockstars on the day of the wedding. Calm, organized, and completely in control, they handled every detail behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment, all thanks to their dedication and professionalism. Thank you so much for helping create such a magical and unforgettable day! You not only brought our vision to life - you elevated it. We feel so lucky to have had you by our side and now as lifelong friends!

ing to plan. Jen, Shannon and Sabrina made sure that every detail was perfect, the timing was on track, and that we were able to enjoy our big day without any worries. Our only regret is not hiring Jen and her team sooner! We are so pleased with the Boston Event Divas and would highly recommend to anyone with a wedding in their future!

ll away talking me through everything and making me feel less stressed out than I was. I went up to her new shop because we were the first to use her new phone audio message recorder where we worked hard on making the perfect message for my wedding. She went above and beyond in preparation of our day. From venue viewing and discussions with the venue coordinator to picking our favors and vendor communication, Jen was as diligent as she was skilled. For our first venue call, Jen had come prepared with an anticipated timeline, which when finalized was very detailed and helpful for all involved/ On the day of our big day, my fiancé and I had Jen and Tara by our sides. Jen kept us as close to timeline and Tara helped us to stay as stress-free as possible. I cannot recommend any team more than the Boston Event Divas team. Jen and Tara are both caring and oriented on doing what is best for the bride and groom, and they sure do deliver. I don't think the day would've gone as smooth as it did if they weren't there. If you need a planner or day of coordinator, Jen is the one!!

rt, Jen was super communicative and always happy to answer every question I had, no matter how big or small. She even did a venue walkthrough with us a few months before the wedding, which gave me so much peace of mind. She completely understood my vision and helped me bring it to life in the most seamless way. She connected us with excellent vendors, built a detailed timeline, and helped with our rehearsal so the ceremony would run flawlessly. On the wedding day, Jen and her team set up the entire venue space and all the décor, along with the most stunning floral arrangements and bouquets. They managed an impressive one-hour flip of our ceremony space into a reception for 150 guests, and it looked beautiful. They also handled all communication with vendors, managed the entire day behind the scenes, and at the end of the night, helped break down and pack everything up so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Tara, my personal attendant, was an absolute star! Between communicating with all vendors day-of, helping to carry my dress, or just making sure I always had a drink in my hand, she helped to make the day go by effortlessly. The entire team was warm, professional, and a joy to work with. Their attention to detail, flawless execution, and calm efficiency exceeded my expectations. They are truly some of the best in the business, and I feel so lucky to have had them by my side!

low, and was always open to my evolving floral wishes. She executed my florals with precision and I was so over the top happy. I had special requests and she was able to make them all happen. Not only are her flowers and her planning wonderful but she brings a whole other level of personability and kindness to the work.

able centerpieces, and aisle arrangements were loaded with pastel flowers and were beautiful. Our daughter's bouquet was gorgeous, as were the bridesmaid's. The smaller pieces (bud vases, corsages and boutonnières) were perfectly complimentary to the bigger arrangements. The wedding was at the Haley Mansion, and we were very glad that Boston Event Divas had no problem going to Mystic, CT. Would highly recommend Jen and her company without hesitation.

hings really easy for me and my husband by asking about all the things I didn't think about and by contacting all of my vendors for me leading up to the big day. She is really generous with her time and gave me advice on everything - from tipping to how to structure the ceremony. All I can say is...hire her for your wedding!!!

ler freaked out and got his shoes all over it. If you are planning a wedding having Jenn apart of your day is an absolute must the videos she took of us are my absolute favorite and she kept me calm during the mud takeover and every other issue that arose it was like it never happened. 10/10 stars if I could give more I would even our guests were asking us who she was because of how amazing she was.

complimented-on aspects of our wedding and we were extremely pleased with it!!

to coordinate our created schedule with our vendors. She always asked the right questions that we may have missed during meetings, thanks to her expert guidance and experience. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our special day to our fullest thanks to Jen, and everything really went more smoothly and better than I had anticipated. We essentially created the detailed outline and mostly handled communications with our vendors since we had an existing relationship with them as we worked together, but Jen did an amazing job of execution and we are super grateful to have had her partner with us for our wedding. Thank you Jen!

magined!! Thank you so much for making our wedding so beautiful!!

there was rain. They thought of all the details on the day of so we didn’t need to. Leading up to the wedding, Jennifer was helpful with making vendor recommendations, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed ready for the wedding day and reception, and was available to answer any and all questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the Divas!

bly nice and made sure we had nothing to worry about in terms of florals for the wedding day! I showed her an inspiration picture from a bridal bouquet she created, and she immediately knew who’s bouquet it was and said she would be able to create something similar! A few months before the wedding, we decided to add on having Jen decorate the mantle for the wedding, which was an easy add in. So many people commented on how beautiful the flowers in my bouquet looked! Please hire Jen for your floral needs, she is absolutely amazing!!

he build up and took so much of the work off of our plate. Seriously I can't recommend them enough. If you want a worry free wedding day, hire Jen!

us who had crafted such beautiful arrangements. Jen's impeccable sense of style and eye for detail made each flower a stunning part of the overall decor. The flowers she chose seamlessly blended into the environment, enhancing the venue's natural beauty while making every detail absolutely perfect. From the bridal bouquet to the table centerpieces, Jen's work exceeded all of our expectations. Her professionalism, creativity, and dedication to her craft shine through in every petal. If you want floral arrangements that are not just beautiful but unforgettable, Jen is your go-to florist!

ted and since it was for a micro-wedding it was so nice that there wasn’t a large minimum to meet. She was very professional and helpful throughout the process and everything was delivered on time and set up beautifully! The flower arrangements were flawless and exactly how I envisioned them! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

edding. Jen was incredible. We could not have done it without her. We went over all the details with her ahead of time. She understood the vibe we were going for and helped make sure we got the dream wedding we had envisioned. She handled everything from vendor coordination to the setup & take down of decor. It was so nice not having to worry about the little hiccups along the way. I can't stress that enough. We also used Boston Event Divas for our floral arrangements and bouquets. We received so many compliments on those. Every little detail was so perfect.

y navigating rain plans down to the last minute, and most importantly she put us at ease and really made us feel taken care of during the most hectic weeks leading up to the wedding. It's obvious Jen has tons of experience in the wedding industry and was able to give us invaluable advice when it came time to make decisions. We appreciated her ability to wrangle vendors and take charge when we needed her to. Our wedding dream came true and our guests had an awesome time - thank you so much to Jen and her team for making our event a success!

plan and delivered on the promise to relieve our day of stress. Notably they also made a mid event pickup of a dessert in town, and packed up the decor and delivered it to our hotel the next morning. We would recommend anyone looking for a coordinator to go with Jennifer and her team.

l, creative and so much fun to work with! She understands weddings and was able to help us overcome every obstacle that we faced. We hired Jen to be our month-of coordinator. She coordinated everything between all our vendors, from photography/videography to venue to catering both before and throughout the wedding day. Knowing that we had her to tie up loose ends and to make sure that everything we needed was in place gave me a huge peace of mind! We also håired Jen and her team to take care of all our floral arrangements and decor. We had a limited budget, but she worked with what we had and created a gorgeous and smooth wedding day with flowers/decor that matched our theme and fulfilled all our wishes. If you see our wedding pictures, you’d think we’d had a much higher budget! Jen truly made magic on our fairytale themed wedding, perfect right? :) Our serving company threatened to cancel on us 4 days before our wedding and we called Jen in a panic. She didn’t even break a sweat, made some phone calls and we were able to let go of that serving company and still had a fully staffed food/bar service with passed hor d’oeuvres on our wedding day and even lowered our cost! Every time I called/texted Jen with a problem, she understood how I felt and was able to calm me and provide me with solutions; and every time I told her about a crazy idea, she would get excited with me and helped me assess the situation and gave me suggestions to help achieve it. Her response to me was always “let me see what I can do” and she came through every time in the best possible way! I cannot stress how much we appreciate Jen and her team for what they’ve done for us. Because of them, me and my now husband were able to FULLY enjoy every moment on our wedding day WORRY FREE! All our guests had a wonderful time and the whole event went flawlessly. Hiring Jen and her team was the best money we’ve spent!

ed Boston Event Divas for our florals and we were blown away with how beautiful they came out. Jen was the calm to my wedding anxiety storm. I can’t recommend them enough!

ed horse trailer was such a lovely way to have a bar at the wedding. The look is incredibly charming. Would definitely recommend them and use them for future parties.

f her work. She is easy to communicate with too which was really helpful!

appreciated. She juggled all of the various moving pieces and extras that come with a wedding ceremony and reception, and helped made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the exact right time on the day. After the event, she went out of her way to ensure everything was packed up and delivered back to the hotel that night, so no one had to go to the venue early the next morning to finish clean up.

ry, working with the venue, setting up, and even providing us with some vendor recommendations, Jen went above and beyond!  We also worked with her on our floral arrangements which were one of the most complimented aspects of our wedding! Her pricing was literally unbeatable, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!  We cannot stress enough how happy we were with Jen's services!

oking back, hiring Jen was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. We also used her team for our bouquets and flowers at the venue and it all looked fabulous. Her and her assistant made sure everything went off without a hitch during the wedding day and our venues/vendors all told us how much they enjoyed working with her. Jen was there for our rehearsal the night before and helped us get organized, then was back bright and early in the morning to bring the flowers and help get me to the first look while her assistant organized everything at the venue. They helped the day go smoothly and thought of everything. We can’t thank Boston Event Divas enough for everything and HIGHLY recommend you hire them!

as the coordination between the two, and she did a great job handling that.

ough the process. We chose a few pictures from Pintrest to send to Jen and she made it happen, even down to custom ordered vases! I was stunned when we walked into our reception, everything was so beautiful and beyond what I had imagined. I also deeply appreciated how no-nonsense Jen was about what we needed and what we didn't, without her insight we could have easily been talked into a lot of things we did not need. Could not recommend Boston Event Divas more!

looked beautiful and I received so many compliments on her florals!

tonnières, and arrangements for the arbor and mantle. She also worked with us to order flowers so my husband’s mom could put together centerpieces for the tables that would be the same as the flowers she used for the other arrangements and bouquets. The only reason she isn’t getting 5 stars is that there was a little miscommunication and she was a little late arriving with the flowers to our venue. However, everything worked out and was absolutely beautiful!

with the result. Jennifer really took the time up front to understand our vision and then was able to run with it without much back and forth, which we greatly appreciated. Jen was always willing to set up a call to answer any questions we had. I was not stressed at all the day of the event-- we did not need to worry about when flowers were going to be delivered or when vendors would arrive because we were confident she would handle it. And I was right! Everything went off extremely smoothly and the flowers were gorgeous! And to top it all off, their prices are very reasonable for the Boston area. We would recommend them to anyone.

of, they left us nothing to worry about. They made sure everything/everyone was in the right place at the right time, and they even loaded our car for us at the end of the night. They made everything easy!

it us into their schedule. They did a beautiful job setting up for our wedding, it was exactly what we had wanted! Jennifer at Boston Diva was amazing to work with!

lp with the planning process. Jen did SUCH an exceptional job; it was above and beyond what I anticipated or could have asked for. Jen displayed exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and flexibility while honoring our desires and plans for the wedding. Jen asked us all the right questions through the planning process, helped keep us on track, and connected us with some awesome vendors too. The wedding went off completely without a hitch! I can admittedly be a bit of a control freak and have a tendency to get obsessive over everything going perfectly; Jen's work up-to the day helped assuage all my concerns, and most importantly, on the day-of I was able to truly relax and enjoy myself thanks to her capability in making sure everything ran seamlessly and without disruption. We enjoyed the day without any stress, anxiety, or concern. That is an amazing accomplishment and we were in awe of your ability and skill. We also did all our floral arrangements through BED and they looked phenomenal! We received so many compliments on the flowers. Thanks to Boston Event Divas, our wedding was a day that ran seamlessly, as we desired, and will be memorable for the rest of our lives!

ith us over video calls, deal will our indecisiveness, help us cut costs and was so flexible and easy to work with. We trusted her with our vision and the flowers turned out so beautiful as well as the draping they did for our ceremony and reception! My mom was back and forth about a corsage so Jen turned up with one anyways even though we hadn’t discussed it! She definitely went above and beyond and we would recommend Boston Event Divas to anyone!

lots of explanation. She made our wedding gorgeous and we knew we were in good hands the whole time. I can’t recommend her enough, she is the best!

our behalf and proactively brought us great, helpful ideas. We would wholeheartedly recommend Boston Event Divas.

above & beyond to ensure our favors and decor were at the venue when she realized the logistics would be difficult for us to manage. Jen listens. She’s creative, supportive and knows how to bring a “vision” to life.

fell in love with photos of their floral designs, so we hired them as our florist too! Jen and her team were easy going and great to work with through the whole process. In the month leading up to the wedding, they helped ensure that all vendors were on the same page and were super flexible and patient with us through a few last-minute timeline changes. On the day before the wedding, Jen went above and beyond to deliver our bouquets and boutonnieres to our hotel (so we would have them for photos the next day) and then be at our rehearsal, where she helped make sure everyone in the wedding party knew how they were going to enter and exit during the ceremony. Jen and her assistant, Shannon, truly helped our visions for the day come to life on our wedding day. On the planning side, they helped to ensure that all vendors were where they were supposed to be and that we were right on schedule. Jen's guidance during the day was invaluable to us, and the wedding would not have gone anywhere nearly as smoothly without her efforts! She even helped us navigate a small miscommunication about the wedding party's reception entrances with our DJ later in the night to make it a seamless evening. On the floral side, the flowers Jen & Shannon provided were absolutely stunning! We had given Jen rough ideas and general inspiration pictures at our consultation but were very open to the overall designs, and the Divas team took those and ran with them to create arrangements beyond our expectations! We got so many complements from guests on the arrangements that they put together and the flowers photographed beautifully. My husband and I cannot recommend Boston Event Divas enough for coordination & floral needs!
