Do NOT waste your money! My travel agent (Amy Bressler) booked the wrong room even though I only told her I wanted a 2 bedroom family room. I found out 2 weeks before we are suppos...
ed to leave that she booked the wrong room! I contacted her right away and she blamed me for not noticing earlier! How is that even my fault? We went with a travel agent for a reason. To add I nsult to injury Ken Fronk the branch manager called me and also told me it was my fault! I am not an agent and do not know the lingo so how the heck was I supposed to know the wrong room was booked. Even after sending them screenshots of all this, I have to pay $154 more than what the room should have cost us! Horrible customer service and Amy even said “you should feel lucky I even got the room you wanted”. I brought them over $50,000 in business but that doesn’t matter!
Amy was very nice when asking for my information to get a package all worked up for me to attend my brothers wedding. After receiving her quote, I kindly declined as I found a chea...
per rate. She then got upset and said I wouldn’t have full access to my brothers wedding because I did not book with her. She was very unprofessional and had an attitude. Turns out I can attend my brothers wedding, and booking with her wasn’t mandatory. Not sure if she said that so she can get the commission off of my purchase with her. Won’t be returning.
Amy was amazing to work with to book our honeymoon! Our wedding planning experience culminated with the best trip my husband and I have ever been on and it is all thanks to Amy's e...
xperience and attention to detail.
We were not sure exactly where we wanted to go but gave Amy a few parameters to go with while helping us choose and she helped us chose a great honeymoon to Breathless Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
Amy worked with us and the resort to give us so many special details when we arrived and during our trip, as well as working with the resort to help us celebrate my husband turning 30 while we were on our honeymoon!
Amy's professionalism and knowledge allowed us to have a perfect trip and we can't wait to work with her again to plan another trip - hopefully soon! Thank you Amy!
Amy has always worked super hard to arrange my family vacations (including 2 honeymoons for me) for the past 16 years. She has always been patient and helpful answering every ques...
tion and concern I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable about every location that I have ever wanted to go and can arrange everything down to the finest detail. You can tell she really loves her job and loves to make families happy.
I met Amy many years ago when she worked at Boscov's Travel in Selinsgrove. We found her through a freind. Since we first met her we have gone to Florida several times through o...
ut the years. Each time she found us great places, tickets, food, travel (air, shuttle service) everything was laid out and easy to find and follow. Later when I remarried she helped us plan our honeymoon with the most amazing cruise to Bermuda. We did not touch a bag or lift a finger she had everything set for us. When we arrived to our cabin she had champagne and chocolates waiting for us. We have since continue to cruise with Amy. She honestly enjoys making dreams come true. I recommend her all the time!!
Amy Bressler, of Boscov's Travel in Camp Hill, is an awesome travel agent. She helped my husband arrange our surprise honeymoon and also helped us plan a family vacation to Disney...
world for my 9 immediate family members, which included 3 families in 2 different states. She made sure every little detail was taken care of and made many great suggestions for both trips. She even participated in planning meetings via Skype so we could accommodate the out-of-state family when planning our Disneyworld trip. We would all highly recommend her to anyone needing help planning a trip and have already done so. She's the best! Give her a call.
In April 2014, my husband and I took a beautiful honeymoon to Curacao. Our room was upgraded to the highest level possible upon arrival, all thanks to Amy. During our booking proce...
ss, Amy was so patient and kind as we sifted through books and books of destinations, asking question after question. We wanted our honeymoon to memerable and thanks to Amy we will always look back and smile!
