Bosc and Brie were a dream to work with for our wedding! They were one of the catering options provided by our venue. We’d tasted their food before, and from our very first meeting...
their enthusiasm and flexibility won us over. We worked mainly with Sue, who was incredibly knowledgeable about our venue (Darby House). She was happy to accommodate even our slightly unorthodox requests, and was patient and affirming as we planned our Ohio wedding from California. She scheduled a private tasting for when we were in town, as we couldn’t make their normal scheduled event. We had great communication leading up to our big day, and she made sure to clarify everything her staff needed to know. They could accommodate our special menu requests for gluten-free, veggie/vegan, allergens, and kids. On our wedding day, she checked in with my now-husband and I make sure everything was on track. They set aside appetizers for us in the bridal suite so we could enjoy after pictures. The staff was friendly and courteous. All the guests loved the food! We had short ribs with mushroom onion demi-glaze, chicken supreme with lemon oregano sauce, green beans, and mac +cheese. The short ribs were probably my favorite, though the chicken was also great. All the food was hot and served very quickly all 150 guests. By default, plated meals are a duet plate with both entree selections, which made collecting RSVPs and making place cards very easy (no specific menu selections to mark). These were full size entrees, so it’s a generous portion of food! Surprisingly, I think the appetizers were an even bigger hit! We had a large selection, and Sue was helpful in deciding the correct quantity. Shrimp shooters and cocktail meatballs are a MUST (the pork belly canapé with also popular). Plates and cutlery and champagne glassware were included. Linens could also have been ordered, but our venue requires special linens so we opted to order through them. When we had to postpone from 2020 to 2021, the process was easy with no additional fees. Highly recommend Bosc and Brie!
We heard great things about the food, but had a terrible experience with the staff. We chose this vendor because it was recommended/required to choose one from their list of catere...
rs to book the venue. They were hard to get ahold of throughout the process and their staff was very unprofessional - asking for our cupcakes and taking them so we didn’t even get to try them at the wedding. They also went into and through our things at the venue in the bridal and grooms suites. I would look into and ask about their staff before making a final decision to book this vendor.
Bosc and Brie catered our daughter’s wedding reception at Jorgensen Farms a few weeks ago. We could not have been more pleased. Leah Diehm was invaluable in helping us plan our e...
vent. She responded almost immediately to all questions and after each interaction, I felt completely reassured that everything was under control. We had a cocktail hour with appetizers and open bar followed by a plated dinner. The food was delicious with more than adequate serving sizes. We have had so many compliments on the food! The Bosc and Brie staff worked cooperatively with the Jorgensen Farms staff to create a beautiful event.
Our wedding was in August, and I cannot recommend Bosc and Brie enough! Sue (the coordinator) was tremendously personal and flexible with our schedules, and catered (pun intended) ...
to everything we asked for! The tasting was amazing (such a fun perk) and we loved the food we had at our wedding! They had so many options and were more than willing to accommodate allergies, vegetarians, and children! We cannot thank them enough!
Bosc + Brie catered our wedding reception at the Cultural Arts Center and provided top notch service. Our venue was absolutely phenomenal, but is a public art space first and forem...
ost and a venue second. With that, it has some quirks; set up after 3pm (since it’s open to the public until 4pm on Saturdays) and no on site kitchen/dumpsters make it difficult for a super diy-type wedding. We couldn’t have friends and family set up the night before, for example.
Enter Bosc+Brie. Their prices are reasonable ($25/head for simple/italian, $27 for one entre, $30 for two) and include set up, tear down, all linens and glasses, free cake-cutting services (even if you have a friend make your cake like i did), free use of decor items, a coordinator, and multiple tastings. Leah was incredible and patient and on the ball. I changed my mind often and had a lot of DIY elements and she rolled with it all, while gently offering things to think about that I hadn’t considered. She even drove to our B&B the morning of our wedding to pick things up for us...
The food was great! They made a special custom vegan dish and dairy free option for a guest w an allergy at no additional cost. All food costs something, and when you consider the value of the labor, there is no question that they’re worth it. By allowing you to buy your own alcohol, you’ll save thousands. We had short rib, salmon, brussels, and root veggie hash. It was a dream. We are still getting rave reviews, and about the catering specifically.
In sum: Bosc + Brie are attentive and kind, polished without being stuffy and inflexible. In a quiet moment, after giving his speech, and feeling overwhelmed with emotion, my dad walked by a server who gently said: “that was a really nice speech, sir.” It was a small thing, but it put him at ease in that vulnerable moment. Our day was perfect because of them.
Bosc + Brie was one of the best and easiest decisions we made while wedding planning. The food is delicious, the pricing transparent and fair, and all the staff is unbelievably kin...
d and helpful. Leah made sure our whole day ran beautifully - from tracking all the small decorations and personal touches to creating the cookie table of dreams. We received so many compliments on the food at the wedding, and the staff was thoughtful and proactive in accommodating our guests. I truly could not have imagined anyone putting in more work behind the scenes to keep our event smooth, timely, and fun. They are happy to help determine options and customize the process, which allowed us to throw the best party we ever could.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Look no further than Bosc + Brie to cater your wedding!!! From start to finish - tasting to end of the reception - Leah Diehm was by far the NICES...
T, most professional, most accommodating, most responsive person BY FAR in the process of selecting a caterer for our wedding. People are STILL talking about how good the BBQ was, and we saved so much money going with Bosc + Brie. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for being so accommodating, Leah & staff! We loved the experience with you. The chefs were phenomenal; we just can't be happier we went with these guys! :-)

high BBQ standards, and I received several complements on the food. They worked closely with my venue (social hall at my synagogue) to ensure conformance to requirements there. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly to others.
We interviewed three other catering companies in the area and Bosc & Brie was by far the easiest choice we made during our wedding planning process. We had multiple compliments fro...
m guests on the taste, quality, and freshness of the food. We also loved that they had a selection of decor that we were free to use for the wedding and reception (this also helped us cut down on decor cost and use the available money to upgrade our photography package). Leah was quick to respond to all of our questions and was wonderful when it came time to coordinate with our wedding planner as well!

on the day of, we could not have asked for better service and care for us and our guests. Leah is the ultimate professional and she made our whole experience stress-free. She is a creative problem-solver and truly enjoys her job. Run don't walk to Bosc + Brie for your wedding!

create our perfect day. We have gotten tons of compliments on how great the food was at our reception - and we agreed! The servers were extremely professional, kind, and went above and beyond for us. Besides all of this, Bosc + Brie offered the best prices of many caterers we researched! We can’t say enough good things about Bosc + Brie and will absolutely be recommending the company in the future!
I cannot day enough good things about Sue and the food she helped us select. Sue was patient with us wanting to taste a specific item before ordering and was able to suggest helpfu...
l ways to stay within our budget. Many guests complimented the quality of the food, saying the steak was much better than they would have expected at a wedding - it does not taste like your standard mass produced food. She even helped us customize an appetizer for our vegan guests. Everything was perfect.

ed them and we are glad we did! Leah was a pleasure to work with, always responsive, flexible and kind. The food was delicious and the servers were great. We got lots of compliments on the meal and it was served very attractively. There was a lot of attention to detail. The food is a big part of the wedding reception and we were so pleased with the job done by Bosc and Brie!

te. Leah helped us set up the venue, brought decor that we rented, and was a great help on the day of, she worked well with our coordinator and our band. We had a plated meal that all of our guests loved. B+B was very accommodating for any food allergies/dietary restrictions. We also used their bar service (we provided our own booze but they served it), and we got a lot of compliments about their service. We are very happy we used Bosc + Brie!

ng on top of all the little day of details so that I didn't have to, they rocked it. Tara Hayes was our event coordinator and she didn't a superb job. I wasn't worried about anything the day of. They took such good care of us, even packing up to-go boxes of food for us to take back to our hotel after the reception. We got so many compliments on the food as well. Couldn't have asked for more.
A RAY OF SUNSHINE DURING OUR SOGGY CEREMONY - We hired Bosc + Brie to cater our wedding for 100 guests on 7/21/18. The ceremony and reception were to both take place outside; unfor...
tunately, it started pouring rain just before we were supposed to start. We had to completely change our timeline and sequence of events all while moving everything inside (and later moving back outside when the rain finally cleared). Needless to say this created mild chaos. Tara and her staff efficiently and professionally rolled with the punches and made things work. My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. I was taken back by just how pleasant and hard working everyone was. Also, despite the fact that they had to serve food later than anticipated the vegetables were andante, the beef was tender and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. The food, service and professionalism at Bosc + Brie are top notch.
Our wedding could not have been any better. Our guests were blown away by the staff and even more so by the food! We highly recommend Bosc & Brie for your wedding or any other type...

Tara and everyone at Bosc + Brie were great to work with. Tara was super responsive and helpful with every question I had along the way and accommodating changes as they happened. ...
Bosc + Brie also has a great collection of table decor items they can bring (for no charge too!) which really helped make our day more special.
We had a couple minor 'issues' during the service: the filets had some inconsistent cook (some were close to well done and some were much closer to rare) and we had a miscount of kids meals brought...but no guests complained about it. Tara acted as a coordinator for her staff and set up, but left at the end of dinner service (before cake cutting) which I didn't expect and left us with some questions and confusion as we packed up at the end of the night. The waitstaff and catering team that was there were incredible and very helpful at the end of the night!
We were nervous because they were the exclusive caterer for our venue so we had no option to taste or have someone else but our nerves were calmed at our first tasting when we experienced how good everything they made was. We were able to go to as many tastings as we needed to get our menu perfect and we were also able to make changes to the menu items! We had an overall great experience with Tara and her team!
Bosc and Brie were great to work with and were very open to letting us try everything they had to offer before making our final selections. Tara was especially great to work with ...
and made the day of a breeze. We had tons of compliments on the food and also had a great experience using their bartenders as well.

tings were free (yes, some places make you pay) and Leah dealt with allllll my questions and changes with fast, friendly communication. They worked directly with our venue so I didn't have to worry about coordinating with them the day of my wedding on where they were supposed to go, how to set up, etc. All the plates, tablecloths, and even decorations were completely complimentary to rent for the day and they set it ALL up and tore it all down. They also have bartenders that are reasonably priced and come with the mixers and drinkware. Price wise, they were VERY reasonable in comparison to some other vendors. A huge thank you to Leah, the Chef and the full Bosc + Brie team!

You will be in great hands with them!

g process (over a year!) and she was extremely helpful, accessible, friendly, & knowledgeable. She is such a professional and experienced wedding planner/coordinator. Additionally, the Bosc & Brie wedding day staff were also incredible! Their service to our guests was constant, cohesive, & professional. They handle all the decorations & coordinate any third party rental deliveries. This service is so nice to have & you can truly trust in their ability to handle the wedding prep. Lastly, the food!!! Simply delicious. We had the short ribs, lemon oregano chicken supreme, potatoes augratin, seasonal medley veggies & we wouldn’t change a thing. I have had cravings for those potatoes since the wedding & our guests keep raving about them in conversation. All in all, we would recommend Bosc & Brie for any & all events!

The staff was top-notch and the food was delicious! Our guests are still commenting on how wonderful the food was and how friendly and helpful the staff was throughout the evening. At the end of the reception, the staff worked hard to tear down the tables and get the venue cleaned up. The place was immaculate when we left. I would highly recommend Patty Perkins and her team at Bosc & Brie!

ery before she was scheduled to be at the venue for setup. It was truly a class act all the way around and my husband and I couldn't have been happier we chose Bosc & Brie. The food was incredible and 4 months later our guests are still talking about it. Sue personally served our head table and made us truly feel like a king and queen for a day.

orry about a thing.
When I started the wedding planning process Bosc + Brie was one of the first things I booked. I had read wonderful reviews about Cynthia and to my surprise I was set to work with Cynthia for my wedding. They were accommodating and easy to work with. Three weeks before my wedding, I was notified that Cynthia, the Wedding Coordinator, was leaving the company and I would be working with Sue for the rest of my engagement and the evening of the wedding. Sue was super helpful and let us set up the day before and helped us decorate and everything- it was so nice of her to meet up at weird times for us to drop stuff off (like late after work). However, there were a few details that though minor had a big impact. For example, no pen at the guest book table, I had to ask for favors to be set out when I noticed they weren't way after dinner was over, and when I looked over at the cake table, I noticed people were eating the cupcakes before we were to cut the cake. Though these things seem small they were things that impacted part of the day.
Our venue was the Jessing Center where Bosc +Brie are exclusive caterers. The facilities are wonderful. Clean and nice bathrooms, great open space that was perfect for our 130 guest wedding. I love that they allow you to supply your own alcohol and the food is good. They have plenty of options for food choice and room layout. We opted to rent the dance floor and I believe it was worth the extra money to do so. We also rented Chair covers and sashes through the venue which made it easy and seamless.
I had a wonderful experience with Cynthia and the Bosc + Brie team from start to finish. Planning a wedding from across the country is not ideal, but Cynthia made everything so ea...
sy. She worked with my sisters and I to plan what ended up being the perfect party.
She was always patient and excited to bring our wedding to life. She even accommodated our strange request to fire up the Xbox Kinect for our first dance. (We played a round of Disney Fantasia, Google it, it's the BEST game).
Food excellent, service excellent, glasses filled. All in all a fantastic experience. I will definitely look to Cynthia and Bosc + Brie for my catering needs :-)
Cynthia, we would have been lost without you!

+ Brie was great! The food was amazing (we went with the lemon oregano chicken and the braised short ribs) and we are STILL getting compliments about how it was the best wedding food anyone has ever had, haha. They had a wide range of appetizers to pick from also. Their staffing was the bomb - the servers were quick and efficient and the bartenders had your drink ready before you even got to the bar. They really made our wedding a special day. If you have the option to use Bosc + Brie for any event please give them a try. We really loved working with them and would do it all over again!

big day was the most important thing on HER calendar for the next year. Lots of other catering places I met with treated me like I was just another number or some other event in their books - not Cynthia and not Bosc+Brie. She made me feel so important from the moment I emailed with her and she was never pushy which was very refreshing. Once I booked with them, I swear, Cynthia was a complete DREAM and took any appointment, email, phone call, meeting or text that I asked of her and did it with a smile on her face. She helped me think through so many big and little decisions that, as a bride, you can AGONIZE about thinking that are life or death and Cynthia let me vent and listened to me and then helped me come to a conclusion. I also really have to say how amazing the set up staff was as well as the bartenders and other waiters. I got SO many compliments about how incredible the staff was from our guests. They were professional and polite but also so FUN and you could really tell their personalities and how much they love what they do. Just wonderful! For food we did chicken Parmesan, cheese ravioli, red skin potatoes and green beans + a cesear salad and rolls. Everything really was delicious but I have to admit, I got the most compliments on the cesear salad and the ravioli! People LOVED the pasta and loved that we did a pasta as a main dish. All and all - I was BEYOND thrilled with how everything turned out for our big day and I had complete confidence in the team and Cynthia really put all of my nerves at ease. If you book with Bosc+Brie you will NOT be disappointed!!

I would highly recommend Bosc and Brie! I can't think of one thing that they could have done better to make our reception stress free for us and enjoyable for everyone! And honestly, having Cynthia there was such a stress reliever for me as the bride!
Thank you Cynthia and everyone at Bosc and Brie!
