After getting engaged in 2024, I had the perfect fall wedding vision on my Pinterest & in my mind. I toured only 2 venues, and immediately after leaving Bortner Valley, meeting Molly & her team - I knew right away that’s where I was going to get married. You could truly feel the love from her team on making my day special and everything I wanted. I got married 3 weeks ago, and woke up the next morning and wanted to do it again. That wouldn’t be possible without the Bortner Valley team. Although a Nor’easter disturbed my outdoor ceremony, everyone involved made sure the indoor set up and seamless flip made for the best day. Bortner Valley was great for our wedding! Molly was super easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and very accommodating (with all of the rentals/ideas we had). The bridal and grooms suite was a huge bonus and really enjoyed getting ready on site for the big day. We cannot recommend this venue enough. We are so happy we picked them for our fall wedding.

Kathleen's Overlook is ideal for hosting your event, or you can opt for a cozier, more intimate setting inside the house. There is a three-acre pond that beautifully captures the hues of the setting sun, crafting an enchanting ambiance for your gathering. Say "I do" under the ceremony arch in front of your loved ones in this elevated rustic setting. There is a stunning get-ready suite filled with bright light and a warm, inviting feel. The space is equipped with a hair and makeup station, providing everything you need to prepare for the day. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind before you make your big entrance. There is also a second suite with a deep fireplace, a TV, and a lounge area. The property has a beautiful white porch featuring timeless pillars. It offers stunning views of the surrounding rolling green fields and is perfect for catching a breath of fresh air. There is also a red brick fireplace with wood paneling, which is another ideal spot for taking those wedding photos.
Bortner Valley LLC is family-run and operated. Their team works to ensure that your special day is everything you have dreamed. Wedding packages at Bortner Valley LLC include tables and 300 white ceremony chairs, as well as outdoor A/C. Their buildings are wheelchair accessible. Plenty of on-site parking also makes it convenient for your arriving guests.

Despite having to move our entire ceremony indoors due to rain, the barn was more than spacious enough to comfortably host our 150 guests, and the views were still breathtaking. The setting created such a beautiful atmosphere, rain or shine.
The house on the property was perfect for the bridal party to get ready, it’s roomy, comfortable, and so convenient. Plus, the entire venue is incredibly vendor-friendly, which made the day run smoothly for everyone involved.

The girls getting ready room was amazing for our big wedding party to not feel crammed, and it was also beautiful for detail and getting ready photos. The guys were happy to have their own space too. It was super windy on our wedding day so it was great to have the option to have the screens in the venue closed until later in the night. Molly was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process and answered all of our questions with ease. It was the most beautiful space and we were so happy we chose it for our wedding venue.

The venue is stunning. There is a beautiful pond, gorgeous house, and the most perfect pavillion/barn for the reception. My husband and I were trying to find a local-to-us venue with an outdoor spot for a ceremony and reception, and Bortner Valley was truly perfect. The sides of the pavillion open and give an amazing evening atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for and then some!
Inside the house, there is so much space to get ready, a perfect hair and makeup room, access to a kitchen, and gorgeous spaces for photography. We had four bridesmaids, four groomsmen, both sets of parents, flower girls, and a little extra family with us for the day, and we had so much room.
If you are looking to get married, check out Bortner Valley. I promise you won't be disappointed. Beautiful venue, and the most kind venue-owners you will meet. I would highly recommend to anyone.

e venue was both rustic and elegant and it worked out perfectly. The barn speaks for itself! The groom and bridal suite were set up with everything that we needed for the day and we spent the entire day there getting ready. One thing that stuck out to me was their attention to details. The venue even drove my 90 year old grandma from the ceremony set up location at the pond to the barn for the reception. I would 100% recommend this venue for any event, but especially weddings.

Molly was extremely helpful during the wedding planning process when I had any questions or if I forgot anything. For just starting out as a venue coordinator, she did great! The fact we could get ready at the venue was so helpful as well. This family owned business is one to support especially since they are all so sweet. I highly recommend to any future brides!!😊🩷
