I absolutely loved my dress shopping experience with Borrowing Magnolia! They have such a wide range of dresses for any budget and you also get the option to rent them, too! I was ...
so happy with my Maggie Sottero gown. It fit beautifully and was within my budget (tag was still on it and had never been worn!).
It was so nice being able to select the dresses I wanted to try on through their website before going into their Chicago location in person. Being able to try them on through the mail is also such a great option!
Everyone at Borrowing Magnolia was very attentive and made the wedding dress shopping fun and stress free. Thank you so much to Kelly and everyone at Borrowing Magnolia for helping me find my dream wedding gown!
I loved purchasing my dress from Borrowing Magnolia. I know the model has changed recently, because it happened when I was looking. I purchased my dress in October 2018 for my Augu...
st 2019 wedding. Since I live in Chicago I was able to try on dresses very easily and found one I adored! It was so affordable and made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I would have never been able to afford such a gorgeous dress at retail price. Not to mention feeling good about reducing my carbon footprint! So happy I found this company!
I sent my dress to them to sell or rent and they returned the dress to me after 6 months damaged. They claim the 'scorch' damaged was on the dress when I sent it in. I have photos ...
of the dress right before I sent it in, plus I filled out the condition sheet sent by the company. Not in the photo or on the sheet does it show a 'scorch' mark on my dress. They told me to read the contract I signed they are not responsible. My beautiful dress is ruined. I'm heart broken.
I sent my Dress to Borrowing Magnolia shortly after my wedding in 2015. I was hoping to get it rented out and recoup some of my costs. However, after a year my dress was never rent...
ed. Borrowing Magnolia recently underwent an ownership change, and under the previous owners, I experienced less than satisfactory customer service. The owners of the company reached out to me and refunded me all my costs in having my dress listed with Borrowing Magnolia. I am confident that the new owners will make this service beneficial for many brides and brides-to-be.
