DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. My best friend from Miami decided to send me some flowers to cheer me up. I know she had a limited budg...et and, of course, I appreciated the awesome gesture because it's the thought that counts. The flowers were pretty (daisies and small white/pink rosettes); however, the ribbon that was wrapped around the red, square vase was poorly arranged. They put absolutely no effort into it. It looks like they wrapped it around the vase and ran out of ribbon so they just tied it into a knot. There wasn't even enough ribbon for me to fix it into a simple bow. I saw the 100% guarantee on the florists website and decided to call them to tell them about my experience, and all they could say was sorry, and they'll be more mindful of those details. Grateful to my friend for the thought, but I will advise her to use another florist next time.
