Our Son and Daughter-in-Love married at Bohemia Overlook in October of 2024 and the day was the epitome of love, laughter, and happily ever after! From the intial tour until the sparkler exit, I cannot say enough about the remarkable staff at Bohemia Overlook! Communication was top notch & the property team had the Manor venue looking stunning. The wedding day was just magical! Having the Manor house for the ladies and the Barracks for the gentleman to prepare for the wedding day was just the best! The bridesmaids were all commenting on how this was the most relaxing wedding day they had been in as you have the house the morning through the start of the ceremony to enjoy and prepare. The ceremony on the Bluff overlooking the river was stunning! When Grant turned from the river to see his beautiful bride Katie enter the ceremony, the pure emotion he exhibited is what every Mama wants for her baby. Priceless! Cocktail hour at the fountains was gorgeous! T&M catering provided the best food and service, they were just wonderful. The reception tent is so beautiful and our guests danced the night away. I would give Bohemia Overlook a million stars as it truly was just the most amazing experience and will live in our minds and hearts forever. We reminisce about Grant and Katie's wedding at every family gathering and are beyond grateful they selected Bohemia Overlook as the venue to start their forever together!
We recently got married at the Beach venue on the Bohemia Overlook property and had nothing short of an amazing experience. We toured the property back in January 2025 with Kimberly, who was so nice and helped answer our questions. We booked for October 2026. The entire process was easy, clear, and effective. The staff at Bohemia respond quick and always willing to help. Bohemia provided a list of vendors they work with often, which was extremely helpful since we are not from this area, we ended up booking almost all from those recommendations.
The day of our wedding was perfect thanks to the help of Bohemia staff, our vendors, and my amazing coordinator (Bridal Bestie). Our bridal party got ready in the cottage with early entry. The cottage was clean, amazing lighting, and the cutest place to get ready in a coastal scene with breathtaking views of the water and dock. It was so peaceful.
It had rained the morning of, and I noticed Bohemia staff wiping down chairs and constantly checking on ceremony setup to ensure it was safe and ready to go.
This venue is gorgeous. The water, watching the sailboats go by, the birds... we got so many compliments from our guests about this venue, and it made us so happy that we made the right choice. The tent was a huge highlight because it has padded concrete flooring making it more comfortable than grass. Nice clean bathrooms as well. Bohemia staff came over by luxury (literally lol) golf cart to pick me and my husband up to different areas around the property to take sunset photos. There are so many photo spots: dock, beachfront, swing, cottage porch, vineyards.
Picking up our cars the next day was easy, they communicate in advance the time slot to come when the gate will be open.
Overall, we had a wonderful wedding day and wish we could stay on the property just to relive it again!! I highly recommend the Beach venue for future brides with a coastal romantic aesthetic. Sky and her team are AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for a day to remember forever.
