I was in the throes of wedding planning, freaking out because I was trying to book a photographer when it seemed like every bride/groom/partner was scheduling/rescheduling their we...

Enter: Bob Durling (or rather Bob DARLING). Bob was immediately calming. He's hysterical, welcoming, and has a wonderful spirit about him.
PRE-WEDDING
I saw some examples of Bob's photography and I decided to book him. I am so glad we did. Bob's communication leading up to the wedding was wonderful - the pre-wedding check in is clutch! With so many moving parts in a wedding, you don't have to worry about photography if you book Bob.
DAY OF
Bob came a bit early, he made my mom and I laugh when we were charged with last-minute cake decorating (that's a whole other story), and he made sure my now-husband didn't see me when he inadvertently wandered by the bridal suite. Bob did all of this with a signature flourish that made the day seem less stressful.
We just loved Bob's attitude. So much so that we want to co-opt him to become our friend. He's just amazing!
POST-WEDDING
Bob delivered a handful of photographs immediately post-wedding, and then the entire album of photos a little while after. Personally, I wanted beautiful candids, and that's what I got, but if you're looking for a certain style or look, Bob is 100% amenable.
I work in marketing and I book professional photographers as part of my job - Bob is one of the best that I've worked with, and he was such a joy to be around! By the end of your event, you'll wish that he was part of the guest list!
I'm so grateful we were fortunate enough to have Bob as the photographer for our wedding. Not only is he flexible (we had to reschedule our date three times due to COVID) but he's...
incredibly organized, responsive, talented, and so creative. When we finally did get married, Bob captured the loveliest photos of the ceremony and celebration - they were all beautiful! I would highly recommend Bob as a photographer for any event. He's wonderful!
Bob was absolutely outstanding in every way. His communication throughout the wedding planning process was exemplary; he initiated meetings to go over our vision for the wedding an...
d was extremely prepared on the day of. His ideas for photo locations were outstanding and the pictures could not be more beautiful. My entire family and all of my friends found him extremely personable, professional, and a wonderful presence throughout the ceremony and reception. I could not recommend him more highly!
My husband and I are so thankful that we were able to have Bob capture our wedding! I was the maid of honor in my sister’s wedding, which Bob photographed, and once my husband and ...
I got engaged we called Bob up two days after our engagement to secure him for our own wedding! Leading up to the wedding, he was very responsive any time we needed him. Not only did he capture our wedding better than we could have imagined, but his presence at the wedding is what made him completely unique! All of our friends and family have been raving about him since the wedding, which was in August! Many even thought that he must have been a friend or relative because of how much fun he added to the wedding and wanted him to be invited to all future events. As the bride, he made me feel so special and beautiful. I am not one to take photos and I typically hate seeing myself in them, but Bob managed to capture photos that made me feel so beautiful. I cannot say enough about Bob or even find the words to express how pleased we are with him.
Amazing wedding photography, thank you so much!
I've known Bob for a few years (having worked together) and knowing his talent behind the camera, he was my only choice as my photographer. If you want amazing photos, a great day ...
of laughter, some of the most precious memories captured in hi-res and a rather quick turnaround of it all; call Bob. There's no on else i'd recommend. Thanks Bob, you freakin' ROCK! If I could give you a million stars I would!
5 stars isn't enough for this guy. Bob by far exceeded our expectations! We were so hesitant in finding a photographer that would meet our needs for our wedding. I knew from the fi...
rst meeting we had with him, he was going to be great. Hes such an easygoing relaxed guy. We found that to be an amazing attribute on the day of our wedding. Everybody felt tense and he was able to make us all let lose and just laugh which made our photos even better. He truly is a great guy - we had 3 different locations we needed photos taken at (air bnb where we got ready, church for our ceremony, reception location), he was so flexible about this and never once complained even though I know that was a pain to juggle between. He's also fairly priced for a photographer - if anything the quality of work he does should be valued more. He was great at getting all those special little moments, during our ceremony and reception. All of our guests loved him. I had atleast 10 people come to me asking where I found him and for his contact info. He truly made a lasting impression on everyone. Still to this day I've had friends and family who recently got engaged ask for his info. When it came to finally seeing our photos, we were in awe. He did an amazing job, truly. I hate myself in photos but these I will treasure forever. If you are looking for the best photographer, choose Bob - you won't regret it!!

mate ceremony we didn't want to have a stranger in the room. Bob was the perfect person to have with us and he fit in seamlessly with our friends and family. As an added bonus, Bob also is a talented, creative, and hard working photographer! I plan on spending the rest of my life looking at these photographs!
Bob is not just an incredible photographer, but also a genuinely kind and fun person! Right from our initial phone call when I was trying to pick our wedding photographer, he was e...
asy to talk to; even my dog who is unfriendly to strangers liked Bob! I am generally super awkward in photos and was so afraid I’d ruin our wedding pictures, but Bob made us comfortable and had us laughing. Our photographs look so happy and match our personalities so well. Bob’s talent and positive energy really contributed to my husband and I having such a fantastic day!
Bob did such an amazing job with our photos! He was super easy to work with, had some awesome suggestions, and made sure to get all of the specific photos that I requested. He ma...
de sure to get every angle, even if that meant he had to climb out a window or run across the lawn to get more of the venue in the shot. His photos were so great that our venue even included us on their website and in their upcoming brochure! I also had a lot of jealous classmates telling me how gorgeous my wedding was when I saw them at my high school reunion. I give Bob two big bridal thumbs up!
