About this vendor
Our passion is connecting with our couples, getting to know them beyond an inquiry, being their for them throughout the processes and bringing their vision to life. We take your ideas, design them into a thoughtfully created vision and bring it to life. Designing gorgeous bouquets, dreamy ceremony back drops, creative table designs, and all the small details in between.
Making sure no flowers are wasted after a wedding, all flowers are re-purposed into smaller bouquets and donated to Kalamazoo's YWCA to spread empowerment through flowers.

adjustments. Heather did a great job of helping us discover our wedding day vision and then bringing it to life. The flowers were the piece that pulled it all together and Heather knocked it out of the park. I truly could not have been happier with how it all turned out! Highly recommend!

Heather made my wedding flower dreams come true. I don't know much about flowers, but i love them. I wasn't much help when she asked me what i wanted, except i did know what i didn...
't want. She brought everything to life with the most amazing details and i couldn't have asked for anything better. She is so sweet and very professional, and she knows what she's doing. I am always recommending her to friends for their big day, and i'll never stop! 10/10!!!
Heather was a dream to work with. She understands that weddings can be very expensive and will work within you budget to still give you what you want and didn't know you wanted. I ...
did have to change things throughout the process a few times and she was very quick to respond and help make decisions. I have a little mini garden in my backyard because I LOVE flowers, so this part was important to me. She executed everything perfectly and delivered everything to my venue which was one less stressful thing to worry about.
Heather was so easy to talk to as well. I even went and grabbed my vases that she was using so that I could decorate them to match our theme and then dropped them back off before the wedding. The flowers were more beautiful then I imagined them. I had a winter wedding, so there are not a ton of choices for flowers around that time of the year, but she still kept everything in budget. I am very happy I went with Blushing Designs. The biggest reason I went with Heather is that she will donate flowers from your wedding to a woman's shelter. I think this is the greatest idea. These flowers were such a big role on your important day and then you can give these flowers a second life to someone else and make them feel loved.
Heather, this is a gift and I hope that you continue to do this, it is the sweetest. Don't just book Heather because of her amazing talent with flowers, do it because she has a big heart and gives back to others less fortunate.
Heather made all of my floral dreams come true for our wedding. Heather's designs brought our venue to life and were beyond beautiful! Everything was more amazing in person than I ...
ever envisioned. She truly listened to what I wanted, especially my pickiness over what "purple" I wanted in the flowers. She even gifted us a mantel arrangement above our head table that was stunning.
Planning a wedding during COVID and from a different state was not always a smooth process. Heather was so flexible and great at communicating. We chatted on the phone and I sent her images and sketches throughout the process. She helped me narrow down my vision and prioritize pieces to stay on budget. Heather put together a planning book unique to our wedding with flower inspiration, colors, and cost breakdowns per piece that was extremely helpful. I truly hope to hire Heather again in the future!
Heather was absolutely great to work with. Because of pandemic wedding planning, we communicated entirely through email! I sent a few inspiration pictures, including a picture of m...
y blue wedding dress, and she took it from there. She was also flexible when our first venue cancelled, and we needed an additional arch piece closer to the wedding. The arch piece and bouquet were beautiful, and the colors complimented my blue dress perfectly. She even included a boutonniere for my husband’s look. Thank you Heather for making our wedding day look complete!

flowers preserved so that I can have them forever! Heather was so willing to work me to get exactly what we wanted for personal flowers and still remain in our budget. Heather even asked if there was anything personal that I wanted in my bouquet to remember or honor any family members, which was great because I had some keepsakes from my grandparents that I wouldn't have remembered until last minute that I wanted them in my bouquet. Great quality work that we would recommend that anyone who needs flowers contacts Heather!
