My BEST experience at any wedding dress store in Toledo or Cleveland! I went to so many stores before I found my dress here. The lady who runs the store is MARVELOUS! I had very sp...
ecific wants and a short engagement and she was able make it happen. She also has GORGEOUS bridesmaid dresses, (unlike so many of the cookie-cutter dresses at most stores.) She is excellent at helping you make your budget work (whether it's generous or almost non-existant), and she's super creative!
Absolutely loved this place, the new owner Patty is by far the sweetest lady ever! I was not looking forward to dress shopping at all. I went to one place before Blush and then sch...
eduled a fitting with Patty. She called me the next day asking if I could reschedule due to her being BRAND NEW. I told her she would be great no matter what so I met with her the next day with my mom and one of my bridesmaids. She did EVERYTHING she could beyond her power to make me feel extremely great about EVERY dress that I tried on. She made sure the fireplace was on so we were all warm went out of her way with everything and I ended up saying yes to my dress that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH PATTY from the bottom of my heart to make me feel the way that I did that day! You were amazing!!!
Beautiful dresses in all sizes priced to sell!
Just a horrible experience
I wouldn’t recommend this shop. Our first impression was our appointment to pick out bridesmaid dresses. We weren’t given much time or attention from staff. When we found the dress...
we liked we were given little direction from staff as to what to do next. We reluctantly ordered the dresses. The dresses came in the beginning of July and we were notified that they had come in and they were beautiful. However, when one of my bridesmaid called to make their final payment on August 10th she was told the dress never came in and she had to reorder it. It would ship on September 7th and wedding day is October 6th. My question would be if you were truly a well oiled business you would’ve taken inventory when you received the shipment and discovered in July the dress was missing! Lee is also one of the most unorganized and unprofessional business owners I have met. Countless occasions we would call to make payments or receive information on our order and she would have to call us back because she couldn’t find our dress order information. My sister was at her shop to pick up her dress and she asked her to answer her business phone that was ringing. The night before his I had arrived to pick up her dress and I arrived at 4:36P and she was closed even though her business hours state she should be open until 5P. She informed my sister the next day she was out golfing and does this every Wednesday, but hasn’t changed her business hours. Overall our experience has not been positive and like I said I will not be recommending this business to anyone.
The staff is wonderful... all except Lee. If you truly want to feel bad about yourself, then this is the place for you! She wants nothing to do with you unless you have a high budg...
et (even though they pride on being budget friendly) beware of Lee and her snobby attitude!
I wanted a David Tutera dress, and Blush Bridal delivered! All I did was show Lee a picture of a dress of his I liked the most but didn't feel like it was "the one," and she pulled...
a similar dress with a dropped waist and more bling. That was it! She really knows her stuff. I ended up going back two more times (one for jewelry and another for a hair piece), and each time she knew exactly what to pull. She also offered the most amazing wedding advice, was super kind, and always willing to help in any way she can. I've been recommending her to everyone!
Definitely check this salon out if you're looking for a bridesmaid dress, flower girl dress, or especially a wedding dress. Everything in the store is so beautiful and Lee is such an amazing person to work with. Plus the store dog Harry is ADORABLE!
Thank you so much in helping me have a magical, perfect day. I didn't want to take my dress of after the wedding!
Lee at Blush Bridal was very helpful in designing my dream wedding dress and overall look. Blush Bridal carries Mary's Bridal dresses, which I love, but not many wedding vendors s...
eem to carry. I found a beautiful Mary's dress and detachable train at Blush Bridal and it was half the cost compared to another salon that I visited. Awesome! Lee provided a lot of expertise on the perfect wedding veil and tiara for my dress. It was hard for me to choose from so many tiaras, so Lee personally selected the perfect matching tiara for my dress! Although I had a great experience at Blush Bridal, I would personally suggest that future brides going to Blush Bridal consider researching alternative seamstresses to the one recommended to me by Blush Bridal. The seamstress was not so professional or punctual with scheduling and conducting fittings and finalizing the wedding dress. However, overall, everything with the wedding dress went well and I looked like a queen on the final day!
Spoke with Lee today at a bridal show and left feeling truly disrespected.
I told her I already had my gown, as it was gifted to me and is very sentimental, but that I was in need ...
of brides maid gowns. Instead of telling me about their collection of brides maids gowns, Lee’s response was that she “did not want my maids” as I had not purchased my gown from her. She then waved her hand at me and said “go away go away” before thrusting her card at me. Her card went right in the trash. I’m a pretty relaxed person and i also enjoy sarcasm but what I got from her was just sheer entitlement and nastiness. Planning my wedding as so far been a fun, easy going, and exciting experience and I don’t need someone like Lee ruining that for my bridesmaids or myself.
I had read several reviews online and they were overall mixed for this salon. I went into my appointment with an open mind but overall did not have the experience I was looking for...
. I will only speak to the objective issues with the appointment, as my subjective issues with personality differences may not be relevant to every bride. There were two things that I did not appreciate overall about the appointment. The first being the fact there is a dog present in the store. While I understand it may be a necessity for a pet to be accompanied throughout the day, I did not feel eager to purchase my dress from a store that has animal dander in it, given that my brother has a severe dog allergy. I also did not appreciate that I was unable to look through the dresses by myself. Every salon I have been to allowed me to look through dresses before and during the appointment to see what is available. Although I had a tighter budget, I still feel all brides should be allowed to look through the racks and not be scolded when trying to look at what else is available in the store. Overall, it was an OK experience, but may not be the one many brides are seeking from a salon.
Lee is amazing!!! Lee made the day so wonderful. My family loved her, too. I am so thankful I went to Encore Bridal for my first day if gown shopping!!!!!!! I described what I was...
looking for and showed her a few pictures from pinterest. Lee pulled a variety of dresses for me to try on. She had a great selection of stunning gowns!!! It was a very tough decision between two of the dresses. I probably wouldn't have pulled my gown off the rack, but Lee truly listened to my ideas and selected it! It was prefect!! Lee then helped me customize a few things on the dress. Not only is my dress beautiful and amazing, it's unique to me!!!! I highly recommend Lee and Encore Bridal !!!!!
All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!! Lee was so fantastic, I have shopped at several stores and no one has taken the time to get to know me, my wedding vision or my style like Lee did. ...
Her gowns are beautiful, her store and displays made me so excited to buy my gown. I enjoyed every minute. I found the gown of my dreams, had the afternoon of a lifetime. Unforgettable experience, I would tell every bride to be this is the shop you should buy your gown from, you will not be sorry!
Lee and Debbie are wonderful! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though it was not a normal request. :D
When I came to Encore Bridal this past December I was preparing for an evening event at the very last minute (I excel at procrastination.) Despite my lack of planning the owner too...
k EVERY effort to make sure I was ready for that night: from a hair comb that matched my jewelry to staying late to press the dress I brought in with me. To me, she is a fairy godmother/best friend combo- she'll tell you what works, what doesn't, and select every item for you with thoughtfulness and care. With what she was able to do for me in a limited, rushed time, I can only imagine what she can do with someone who actually plans ahead. THIS is the kind of person you want handling your wedding/special event.
