Blush + Bloom Weddings

don't think we could've pulled it off without her! She's so sweet and answered any and all questions we had, and made the whole day absolutely perfect!!

ng us with last minute decisions and items. She was even able to find a vendor for our seating chart a few days before our wedding. On the wedding day, she kept everything moving smoothly and made sure we and our families were able to enjoy it. We love Lisa and would recommend that all brides consider using Blush + Bloom for their wedding!

One call with Blush + Bloom brought about everything that we needed on her wedding day. Chantelle was present and in control of things that we hadn't even thought of. I am very proud of all that my daughter did to create a spectacular event, and I am eternally grateful for how Chantelle tied it all together for us.

g up to the wedding was very reassuring! She and Amy went through all of the details with us several times to make sure we didn’t forget anything and, on the day of the event, they took care of everything! We were able to relax and remain stress-free because we knew they had everything under control. They were excellent about communicating with all of our vendors to ensure we stayed on time and everything turned out perfect! We highly recommend booking Blush & Bloom for your wedding!

mous family. So, as much as my personality was probably more suited to a smaller gathering, at the end of the day it was too difficult to leave so many people out and it had to be a big wedding. To be honest, I was TERRIFIED of the wedding (remember that whole introvert/shy thing?), and the wedding details themselves I struggled with and grew anxious over (I forgot to mention I’m a pathological over-thinker). But Lisa was magnificent and supportive from beginning to end. I had overwhelmed moments, and she calmed me down and gave such insightful, genuine, down-to-earth advice. Her enthusiasm was contagious and it was hard not to feel excited with her there, and I remembered that this wedding thing was supposed to be fun. She even came to my dress fitting to learn my bustle, last minute, because the family member who was going to come had to cancel. She made me feel so beautiful, and again, her excitement was infectious. I credit the success and smoothness of the wedding to Lisa’s work and influence. The venue’s staff did the best they could, but I think if we had gone to them without a wedding planner it would have been a very different result. Lisa pulled everything together and it definitely felt like she was our advocate throughout the process. I keep getting compliments on the wedding, including how beautiful it was, how smooth everything went, and how much fun it was lol. My godmother and also my new mother-in-law kept repeating "you all did a really great job," in an unprompted way that feels pretty darn genuine. Even my father keeps complimenting it. Lol That’s a big deal, because he confessed afterward he thought I was crazy to have the wedding at the venue I chose: my undergraduate college ballroom. To him, all weddings should be in a Catholic church, followed by the reception in the parish hall. Yet, he hasn’t stopped saying how much fun everyone had and how beautiful it was. I would never have pulled it off without Lisa, and also the vendors she recommended for us, such as the photographer and DJ, and the decor provider. Each one of them was fantastic to work with-our photos turned out WONDERFUL and I rarely like photos with me in them lol The DJ was fun and, again we got so many compliments of how great he was. Lisa brought them to our attention and helped us decide on vendors, and again, her advice was spot-on. Lisa also helped us to problem solve ways to cut costs when we were quoted an amount for the decor that was beyond our budget. She even picked up/delivered the materials HERSELF to avoid us getting charged for delivery. She did much of the decorating and clean-up herself, she went completely above-and-beyond. My bustle also turned out to be overly complicated, but she patiently worked on it herself between the ceremony and the reception. She organized everyone and pulled all the fine details together and I’m so grateful she was there for us. I would definitely recommend her. It was hard for me to not have a mother while planning my wedding, and to have sisters that lived long-distance. But, Lisa had my back throughout and now I have memories, photos, and videos of a wedding that I have the best memories of.

ay and we are so grateful!!

was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day because I knew Lisa had everything so under control. (And our parents were also able to have fun, which was our other goal!) Thank you for everything!!

erves all the praise for everything she did to support my husband and I throughout the ups and downs of the planning process. It would take hours to list everything she did for us and we are so grateful to have had her support, direction, enthusiasm, and professionalism to make our day so special. Thank you, Chantelle. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🥰

e weeks leading up to our wedding and especially not on our big day. When we started researching and meeting w/ companies, Jena & her team were the most organized, up front about services offered, and transparent on pricing (which weirdly enough, seems to be inconsistent in the wedding industry!!). Jena was always available to hop on a call to talk through plans/outstanding items and so integral in ensuring our wedding was the easiest, stress-free and enjoyable day of our lives. Picking Blush + Blooms for the partial planning services was truly the best decision we made when it came to wedding vendors & if I had to do it again, I would pick Blush + Blooms over and over again. My father even said, "Jena was the best money we spent for your wedding!". We absolutely loved working with this team & highly recommend!!!

and made sure my big day went as smooth as possible. I couldn’t have done it without her!

joined in week of. We had such a wonderful experience with both of them. They are professional, on top of everything, and very kind. We had an outdoor wedding reception and had a 15-minute run-in with a dourpour right before cocktail hour started, but Jena and Chantelle managed the audible very well, to the point that Sarah and I and our guests didn't even notice. B&B helps organize the small details that really make a wedding pop / next level. Sarah was looking for a garden-party vibe, and they helped us perfectly execute on it. It was the best day of our lives. Thank you both so much. We are super appreciative and wish you all the best as your business continues to take off. Would highly recommend their services to anyone else in need of a planner.

very detail so special. She made sure everything ran smoothly by communicating with our vendors and organizing a perfect timeline. She is so professional and kind. Having Blush and Bloom Weddings as our wedding planner was the best decision we made and I highly recommend! Thank you Lisa for going above and beyond to make our wedding day a dream :)

relationship with all the vendors and subcontractors which makes selecting venues, linens, china, photographers, AV equipment and DJs, etc. easy and smooth. On the day of, she was there 100% overseeing every detail and making sure the events flowed smoothly. Not being from Dayton, all of her help was especially useful to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

where our venue was located. Jena gave me lists of officiants, hair and make up vendors and DJ’s that she’s worked with before and trusts. We met several different times to go over the set up of the venue, the timeline and our overall goal for what we wanted the day to look like. Day of they took care of everything from setting up tables, napkins, lighting candles, bringing us dinner and drinks, and then breaking everything down at the end of the night. I could not recommend them more!

lly got it and did everything and more. From my flowers to my decor she helper me with every detail . She brought my vision to life and it was breath taking . During my planning process I decided to hire 2 of my vendors myself and they were 2 huge disasters . My hair and makeup team I booked wouldn’t return my calls emails 11 days before more wedding I was panicking and when they did get back with me the owner of the hair company she told me not to contact her on text . So I was so upset I told Jenna, and less than 11 days she found my the best hair and makeup team!! Without hesitation she knew exactly what to do. She has amazing connections . Then my florist was super rude and horrible treated me bad. Wouldn’t tell me what type of flowers I was getting , that a big deal to me . So After the meeting Jenna asked me how I felt, I said horrible I don’t even know the type of flowers I was getting . We left the meeting she immediately got on the phone and called me and said I got it all taken care of and we set up a meeting with the new florist and they did amazing!! Then On my wedding day it poured down rain I was super stressed and upset and she handled it she had a plan and it was perfect. She made me feel as ease she communicated everything that she was doing and the reason for it. The day was perfect . I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She has amazing connections her team was outstanding and made sure that I had everything I wanted and more . She was a life saver!!

he wedding got closer she really was this quiet backbone pulling all the details together. My venue dropped the ball on communicating some Very Important changes to their package offerings to us, Lisa had plan B, C and D in the works to ensure we were taken care of no matter what. My grandpa died 6 days before my wedding and she picked up every little thing from my plate she could. It made a Big difference in being able to get through a wedding and a funeral in the same week. Then the day of, she was she was absolutely amazing. She took our vision and amplified it it with her trained eye and experience. She handled all of little things and kept myself and the groom in party mode. She even brought me drinks, cause she is a doll. She went above and beyond multiple times through our our planning process and day. When my Mom got hung up dealing with something she jumped In and went to get out flowers too. Lisa is a freaking rockstar, a gem, a detail slaying queen and she is worth every penny we spent on her services…probably more. (she deserves a raise 😉)

shoulders. They helped with every single detail- vendor selections, design/decor, and putting everything together day of. I can't say enough how thankful I was to have Lisa. I'm a "Type A" bride and trusted on the wedding day I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Lisa even put together some last minute table decor when my idea didn't quite pan out. Don't give it a second thought and get this crew on your team ASAP!

bout. They answered every question from things about other vendors, to how to pick the right decorations. You are missing out if you do not hire Blush + Bloom Weddings!

as for decor and for personalizing our say. She took the stress out of planning and effortlessly coordinated all of the vendors and took care of everything on the day of. We definitely recommend Blush and Bloom!

advocate, but also my friend. Although she was my primary coordinator, Lisa was also there to help, and the both of them together went above and beyond to help us have the wedding of our dreams! We were a couple that postponed our wedding from 2020 to 2021, we were planning our wedding from out-of-state (while both working full time) and for 230 guests with over 10 vendors. It would’ve been so easy to feel stressed, but instead, Jena was always there to step in, cover any details or hiccups that would arise, and help make the planning process feel fun. From happy hour meetings, early morning text messages, zoom meetings and late night phone calls, I felt like Jena made my wedding her top priority and advocated to make sure we were able to accomplish everything we dreamed about for our big day. On the weekend of our wedding, both Jena & Lisa jumped into help when an issue with our rehearsal arose (which was NOT a part of what we hired them for), they ran a last minute, but very crucial errand on the day of the wedding that popped up unexpectedly, and they stayed late to ensure that everything was taken care of; if that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is! All of our vendors were in the loop, and we stuck to the timeline while also being able to fully relax and take in the day/not feel rushed at all. All weddings and big events present themselves with some hiccups or unexpected moments, but Jena and Lisa were there to cover ours so that our families, my husband and I could really relax and enjoy the day. We were all able to be present and soak in the whole day/enjoy quality time together and with our guests because of them! Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more, and Blush + Blooms played such a large part in that. I would absolutely recommend them to any Cincinnati or Dayton Brides, and I loved working with them in every way!

ittle hesitant thinking it may not be a real need for us. Let me tell you, Jena is 100% worth it. She took the time to get to know us, understand our vision for the day, and do absolutely everything in her power to make that vision reality. Our day was even better than we imagined it, and we were able to soak up every minute and enjoy it because of the hard work Jena and her team put into the execution. A last minute snafu with chairs at the venue? Jena handled it. Our officiant showing up minutes before the ceremony? Jena handled it (and I didn’t learn anything about it until breakfast the next day). All day people commented on how relaxed and at ease I was, and all I could say was, “I know Jena will handle anything that comes up”. Thank you, Jena!!

akes at the store on our wedding day lol but our amazing planners Jena and Lisa picked them up for us so we can have them for our special day thank you so much for being there for us and experiencing our special day with us. Please please stay in touch. —Willie and Dasia Suesberry-Parker

aking sure their clients have the best experience, not to mention, they are two of the best people you’ll ever meet in life. My fiancé and I had a rocky start to wedding planning with a Covid postponement and also some troubles with a previous vendor. We were overwhelmed and completely lost on what to do next, and Blush + Bloom jumped right in to save the day. From the very first interaction I had with them, Lisa and Jena were so incredibly helpful, professional, and completely on top of everything. They were with us every step of the way with great ideas and invaluable advice, and during the weekend of the wedding, they truly handled everything from start to finish, enabling my husband and me to be present and soak in every bit of the celebration. They handled complete coordination of the wedding day timeline with all vendors, made sure everyone was where they needed to be to keep things on schedule, and designed the most AMAZING ceremony and reception spaces that truly brought all of my wedding dreams to life. I can say with 100% certainty that our wedding would not have been even close to what it was without these ladies working their magic. I wish I could get married all over again so I could keep working with them!! We can’t thank Jena and Lisa enough for making November 13th the most special and beautiful day of our lives. If you are looking for a wedding planner, contact Blush + Bloom!! It will be the best decision you make!

best decision we made. All I ever heard is, "things will go wrong at your wedding, so don't sweat it." Well, if things did go wrong or there was something last minute that needed to be changed, I don't even know about them. Lisa was absolutely amazing at communicating with the right people and organizing everything so perfectly, we even ended up way ahead of our schedule (resulting in some extra relaxation time for husband and wife.) I was told many times I was a calm bride, and I can absolutely thank Lisa for that. Truly, she was so fun, a fresh breath of air, I felt we left with a new friend that day. Not to mention always being available leading up to the wedding with all and any questions I could think of. Highly recommend this team for your wedding.

and Lisa and what a serendipitous "accident" it was. The wedding was Nov 13th and, thanks to Jena and Lisa, it was utterly flawless and perfect. There are no words to express how deeply grateful we are to them for their expertise and constant attention - right up to packing up the decorations at the end of the reception. They literally took care of EVERY SINGLE DETAIL and, together with our event planner at the venue, these women made sure my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. They are a delight to work with and they truly made us feel like we were the only ones in the world planning a wedding. Totally professional and utterly devoted to their brides. Don't look anywhere else for wedding planners. They are truly THE BEST!

wedding guests, but Jena made things so simple and easy for us! She went above and beyond during each step of the planning and the wedding day ran so smoothly because of her organization and communication with us and each vendor. Hiring Jena at Blush + Bloom Weddings was the best decision we made because now we have the best memories of our whole wedding experience!

r experience so memorable. We could not have accomplished the wedding without her expertise and guidance. She was available when we needed her and able to calm our nerves when it seemed like there was so much do to. We loved her "can do" attitude. We highly recommend Jena!

n our wedding team.

n organized person by nature, but they helped make my vision become a reality and then some! Their attention to detail is like no other, A+!! They made our wedding such a smooth and stress free day, that I couldn’t imagine it without them! Trust me when I say you need Blush + Bloom Weddings for your BIG day, you won’t regret having the best duo on your team! 💗

planning process. Day of, she set up and everything came together SO beautifully! She truly went above and beyond and is incredible at her job!

wonderful they both were and how helpful they were with everything. Do not think twice about hiring them for your wedding! Jenna and Lisa are the kindest people and truly want your wedding day to be amazing. Thank you so much for everything!

na helped us manage through everything since day one! She helped us create a detailed timeline for our bridal party/vendors, met us at our venue with a few our vendors at several different instances prior to our wedding and was just easy to work with & quick to respond to. She provided some great insight and feedback when we were indecisive or just plain clueless on what to do. Jena was on top of everything during our rehearsal and our wedding day (she even helped pick up lunch for the bridal party!) She is the best and just great to work with, I 100% would recommend her to help with your wedding!!!

ved planning our wedding alongside her. Day of went so smoothly thanks to her - we were able to enjoy ourselves all day and not worry about a thing!

Not only did these two make the day a breeze for our honorary couple of the day, but they also went out of their way to think of us too. We were greeted with a smile and a load of help. They even surprised us with goody bags to help us get through the day. We were so thankful for their generosity ... and those water bottles were a gift on that hot, hot day! We certainly hope to work with them again. It's always nice to be acquainted with other vendors, but it's even sweeter when you feel like they are friends. Thanks again for being so wonderful, ladies! Taylor + Marcus Compass Films

ing. I was not worried about anything leading up to my wedding day because I knew Jena had it covered. She checked in with my serval times throughout the day and everything ran seamlessly. I highly recommend Blush + Bloom. They made our wedding day perfect! Thank you guys so much! <3

e’s professional, kind and gets things done! We could not have done it without her and her team for my daughter’s wedding. We received so many comments on how well run the wedding was. There are so many details to cover day of and I was able to spend more time with my daughter instead of running around making sure things were in place. Thank you Jena! 👰‍♀️🤍💐

edding! She was able to juggle all the vendors and our needs (even through a tornado).

e planning process and on the day of our wedding to make sure every little detail was perfect and that every "crisis" was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make our day beautiful with setting up the decorations the day of and coordinating with all of our vendors. Our families today still talk about how fun our wedding day was and there is always a comment made that it wouldn't have been possible without Jena and Lisa. Hire them for your wedding, it is more than worth it, you won't regret it!!!

the couple to have some breathing room. She cares so much about the little details and always has the bride and groom at the center of her focus. We loved getting to work with Blush & Bloom!

ays timely and organized in their communication with me and my other vendors. They used their expertise to help us build the perfect timeline that flowed seamlessly. They completely transformed our reception venue into a Pinterest-worthy scene. And best of all, they were always there to problem-solve so that our day was stress free. For example, they found a florist replacement after my original vendor canceled the day before. They delivered the flowers to us and they were even more amazing than I had anticipated. We also forgot the wedding rings and didn’t realize it until the ceremony was starting. Lisa eased our minds and told us she would go fetch them and was back in what felt like a blink of an eye. I’m sure there were other problems that arose throughout the day that I don’t even know about because they handled it all! My family, fiancé and I had zero stress on the big day because we trusted Jena and Lisa to get the job done and they delivered above and beyond. What a gift!!

n all of your wedding day while they are figuring out all of the details. Having Jena and Lisa work with us for our wedding was one of the best choices I made! Jena made sure that I had all of the details together and when I was unsure of something, she was always there with a recommendation or help. Jena and Lisa were so fun and made the atmosphere of the wedding SO much better!!

eat hands! Jena is amazing at keeping up with communication not only with the bride and groom, but also with the vendors. So personable while still being professional. We ABSOLUTELY recommend Blush and Bloom for your special day!!

the timeline, keep things running smoothly, make sure we were taken care of, decorated, tore down, and so many other little things that added up to an overall 10 star experience.

dn’t hired her as our coordinator. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our special day completely stress free!
