I wanted to share how thrilled we were with the band's performance. They were extremely professional and engaging, keeping the dance floor packed until the very last song. Their communication leading up to the wedding was perfect, and they executed everything as promised. This is the second time we have hired them for a daughter's wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Bluewater Kings Band was AMAZING! Absolute insane party, we had the time of our lives. I don’t think anything will ever top it. The evening was absolutely fabulous, texts and ...

calls are pouring in about how excellent the band was and we’re so grateful for the incredible night it turned into. We are all very sore and are going to need a few days to recover from hard-core dance moves - the sign of a good band in my opinion.

ch they loved the music. Their MC services were fantastic as well. They were professional, organized, and instrumental in keeping the evening running smoothly. They struck the perfect balance between keeping things on schedule and letting everyone have fun. We had a five piece band which was perfect for us. We couldn’t have been happier and would highly recommend them!

As a sucker for live music, I knew we needed this to be the main centerpiece of entertainment for the night. We didn’t need a photobooth, games, or a getaway Corvette- we wanted ma...

gic on the dance floor. Every member of this lively band was incredibly talented. They seemed to have the perfect knack for both of our tastes in music, as well as tunes that got the guests dancing. Every guest mentioned the band as being one of the biggest highlights of our wedding. The band, particularly Jeff, was also very accommodating and flexible with our flowing schedule. For example, I wanted to change into a reception dress in between first dances- they truly helped us pull it off!

ew they were the only option for my wife and my big day. I’ve had so many friends and family tell us how amazing the night was with this band. They were all so right and then some. From our pre-selected songs to some fun surprises sprinkled in, the performance was lights out. I could not recommend the entire experience from the Blue Water Kings enough!

g, and letting my wife and me know about what was going on, any questions they had, and he even let us know when someone was requesting a song we didn't want (knew it was going to happen lol). They brought the energy that we wanted from a live band and never disappointed. Every one of you made our day and was a true highlight of the evening. 10000/10.

ay of, we saw him early doing setup and mic checks. Then during the event, he did a great job announcing everyone’s names, guiding us through the planned out order of operations, and most importantly keeping people on the dance floor! We were so happy with the music, I actually was wishing for a bad song at times so I had a good excuse to go to the bathroom or get a snack but it never came! Everyone had great things to say about the music, it was perfect for our wedding!

Cynthia C

Easy to work with and kept the dance floor crowded the whole time. Definitely book! You won’t regret.

We cannot thank you enough for bringing everyone to the dance floor all night! Our guests are still talking about how fantastic you were. Thank you for being a huge part in making ...

sed with their music as well as how they engaged the crowd. After talking to Jeff it was a no-brainer for us. We really wanted a unique experience for our wedding guests, and we felt having a live band was something not many weddings had anymore. The entire experience with Bluewater Kings was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend them!

Madison B

The band was fabulous. Everyone danced all night long, we can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend for any event.

Bluewater Kings Band (BWK) was absolutely incredible! They were worth every penny. BWK was extremely communicative and professional in the planning stages. They have an incredibly ...

organized portal where all choices can be made, invoices paid, and song preferences listed. Jeff was always so friendly, excited, and rooting for us as we planned our big day. While we initially booked them just for our reception, it was easy to later choose to add on ceremony and cocktail hour musicians. Our guitarist for our ceremony played beautifully. He learned the specific songs we requested for walking down the aisle and processing out. The jazz trio during cocktail hour was a hit! The band truly made the night so lively, engaging, fun, and amazing! They are truly talented musicians that put their all into their performance. Our guests absolutely raved about the band and said it was one of the most fun weddings they've attended (BWK gets the credit for that!) One thing that surprised me was the band's ability to emcee all of the details on top of playing beautiful music. From announcing first dances and special personal things we asked them to make time for, BWK delivered on every single detail. There were even things we had asked them to do during the planning stages that I had forgotten about and sure enough, Jeff and the band had every detail covered. We were endlessly impressed. If you want a night where no one leaves the dance floor and everyone is overjoyed with the music, hire Bluewater Kings!

They were an excellent choice for our wedding day. We knew we wanted to go with a band — it certainly livens up the energy to have live music. We had a solo keys player for outdoor...

ceremony, jazz trio for cocktail hour, and 8 piece band (added a trumpet player) and the music was beautiful from start to finish. They played all of our requested songs. We got so many compliments on the band from guests, and we had to be pried off of the dance floor. Bluewater Kings Band is very organized, professional, and just excellent at what they do. We couldn’t recommend them more for a wedding or special event.

Rosanne K

Bluewater Kings Band will not disappoint! They are talented, professional and really know how to get everyone on the dance floor. Our guests literally danced until the last song an...

d requested (chanted) one more song that the band was happy to deliver! We hired a 12 piece band for the reception, a jazz quartet during cocktails and a keyboardist for the ceremony. Everyone was beyond exceptional. Very, very impressed as were our guests. Additionally, we hired a solo musician to play traditional (cultural) wedding dance music. The band was more than happy to give this musician his time / space. They really were great to work with. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Lauren L

have told us how much they loved the band! We were absolutely thrilled and had a great time ourselves. We coordinated with Amy throughout the process. Amy was a great communicator, kind, and professional (and a great lead singer!). We would definitely hire Blue Water Kings band again!

n The Gang, I was told band members didn't know how to play it. That is the most celebrated song at any and every wedding I've ever been to.

Response from Bluewater Kings Band

Hi Jeanne, Thank you for the compliments about the band! It was such a fun event! We often...

play Celebration at weddings when it's requested by the couple but, for this event, we were instructed by the bride and groom to not take any special requests on the night. I'm sorry if this affected your night but am so glad most of the guests enjoyed dancing the night away! All the best.

The Bluewater Kings absolutely nailed the reception! We got the 8 piece band, MC, and stage lighting and it made the night incredibly special. We worked with the band manager from ...

day 1 and had every detail ironed out. The band manager does a perfect job of giving you the lead singers and musicians that best cater to the music you want to hear And in between sets they let you customize the ipod songs. They also let you customize the dinner music playlist which was a nice perk. Overall 5star performance.

ey deliver!! From the ceremony strings, to the jazz trio, to the band- everything was perfect. They had the dance floor full all night and even got our non-dancer guests dancing (so fun to see)! They were able to tailor the playlist to our taste in music and absolutely nailed it. EVERYONE was complimenting them and how versatile they were. Seriously a night I will never forget, I cannot thank them enough!! A hhhuuugggeeee shoutout to Amy- I don't know how she balances us brides constantly emailing her while staying so extremely organized and professional. She was SO helpful the throughout the entire process and made wedding planning that less stressful. HIRE THEM. Best decision we made!!

nical Gardens on 3 September 2022. Bluewater King did not perform, they did not show up.....THEY SHOWED OUT!!!! They are one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. I initially booked another band for my wedding and 3 weeks prior to the date, I found out my original band was no longer performing together. Completely stressed out, I reached out to Amy and she immediately put me at ease. She will walk you through the process step by step and set up an account, where you can put all your details and requests. Despite the limited time, prior to the actual day, the band was able to learn my unique requested songs and they sounded amazing playing them. There was not a request that I asked for that the company was not able to deliver on. We truly had the best time at the wedding! They had the dance floor packed the entire evening. We requested R&B/Soul, Hip-Hop, & Motown, but I’m sure this group would sound good playing any genre. The two vocalists for our event were AMY and BRANDON. Both have beautiful voices, and the rest of the band is SO talented. Everyone was asking us who this band was and asking for their contact info. This band from beginning to end did not disappoint! All throughout the night they continued to take it to the next level. As stressful as it was, finding out I didn't have a band at 3 weeks prior to the wedding. It was a blessing in disguise because we got to party with BLUEWATER KINGS! I will definitely be looking for this band for whatever I do in the future that requires musicians. I continue to get people requesting the bands information, so if you are interested, I would not wait…………. HIRE THEM TODAY!!!

ell! We had our wedding reception at the beautiful, Sapphire Creek in Chagrin Falls, OH. The trio during cocktail hour sounded awesome and was a great addition to have while we welcomed guests, drank/had appetizers. Von was our MC and she was absolutely fantastic. Amazing energy and very helpful with coordinating timing of everything! We had a 7 piece band for our dance floor and wow, it was SO MUCH FUN! Our guests had raving things to say about the sound/energy of the band. We brought out a limbo stick, glow sticks and LED light glasses and it brought the energy up even more. Can’t say enough great things about this group! Book now!

he BWK band was absolutely incredible and everyone is still talking about how amazing they were the night of our wedding. I could not say enough good things. Like I said, book with them - you won't regret it!

Stop your band search right now, hire the BWK before it's too late, and move on with the rest of the wedding planning. Reasons to NOT hire BWK: - afraid your friends and family...

will hate you because you won't shut up about how amazing your wedding band was - you hate having fun - great musicians playing great music bother you - you're getting hip replacement surgery - Concerned the venue doesn't comply with local fire codes as the dance floor might catch on fire From the minute we inquired about availability for our wedding date to the final song of the wedding they were incredible. Planning is super easy and transparent. Amy, the lead singer and primary point of contact, is responsive, helpful, and professional. The band is INCREDIBLE - dance floor was jam packed from the first to the last song. Amy worked with us prior to the wedding to get a sense of music we wanted/liked and absolutely nailed it. We also used the keyboard and violin players for the ceremony and it was incredible. If you're afraid your boys will see you cry do NOT hire them for the Ceremony - 100% chance you lose your shit. Jazz trio for the cocktail hour also killed it! Amy and the band were also incredibly helpful in guiding the timeline of the night when things inevitably fell a little out of whack. It was the best day of our lives and a huge part of that was because of the BWK - so stop thinking about it and hire BWK!!

Grace G

BWK was one of the BEST parts of our wedding!! We hired a guitarist for the cocktail hour and a 10 piece band for the reception and we were BLOWN AWAY! The band had amazing energy....

They were able to learn and play our first dance song which was so special. They got the crowd moving and dancing the whole time from 8pm until 11:30pm. My husband and I even went on stage twice to dance and then to sing the last song with the band and they were so supportive and fun about it! Everyone was raving about the band and the emcee and we couldn’t be happier we hired BWK. Amy was also very helpful with all of my many questions.

ldn't stop talking about how amazing they were throughout the night and into the next morning. We were able to see them play a 45-min set in-person and WOW. They show you what a 5 all the way up to a 12 piece band sounds like. We chose 7-piece and it was the hit of our wedding. They played 70s to today's hits, as well as, had a DJ to play during band breaks. The DJ also MCed the entire night. Not only are they so talented, but they understand wedding planning and the industry. They had a very seamless site to add in our wedding details and music requests. 10/10 recommend!

my through the entire planning process and she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and got us all the answers we needed to coordinate our wedding. We hired a jazz trio for cocktail hour and a 7 piece band for our reception. The BWK MC made everything run seamlessly while working with our venue coordinator (we did not have a day of coordinator). They played all of our favorite songs and had a great playlist set up during their breaks. I couldn't image our wedding without them! I even gave all the band members a hug at the end (plus a tip) :). I highly recommend BWK to anyone who wants to have incredible musicians play during their wedding!

Marissa H

We were honestly stunned by the BWK Band that played at our wedding. Each musician was SO talented, professional, flexible, and kind throughout the night. We hired a 6-piece band, ...

and thought pricing was very affordable. They really set the tone for the night and brought so much energy! We wish they could’ve played 4 more hours for us! I really cannot say enough good things about the band. I will say that the planning process does not seem very personalized. You are doing most of the planning through a portal on the internet, while having occasional check-ins with the coordinator. But, if you do this process correctly and list your musical preferences, they will plan the perfect night for you. Don’t hesitate to hire the Bluewater Kings!

Maura M

Erin I

These guys are absolute best. So professional and wonderful to work with. Amy was easily available for questions and planning leading up to the wedding, and everything ran smoothly...
