Blue Collar Catering was incredible for my summer backyard wedding. They were priced very reasonably, and the quality of the food was amazing! We booked the traditional buffet pac...kage and were blown away at the offerings for the price, and how beautifully everything was presented- it was venue quality setup in our backyard. Karen and her staff went above and beyond for service. Karen was helpful in every aspect throughout our entire planning process and was a delight to work with. Karen, the servers, and bartenders were all such hard workers, and everyone was so kind. I would gladly book them again for future events, and recommend them to anyone!
