Blue Bridal

I ended up going there in the first place, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. My girl listened to what I liked and didn’t like, what I wanted and didn’t want, and also helped be a voice of reason and support among my family giving their opinions on each dress as well. They also gave me tips on where to go to get it altered and how to preserve the dress afterwards as well.

ss! Highly recommend! 👰

ss shopping journey in such a positive way. The store was well organized and professional. I highly recommend this place!

feel prioritized and comfortable. She even went a few minutes over my appointment time to make sure I was completely sold on the dress before I bought it. I wanted to try on a variety of styles, and she could tell how I was feeling just based on my facial expressions and whether I looked comfortable in everything I tried on. The dress I picked ended up being a size too small, but several stylists stopped everything they were doing to come take a look at it on me, and assure me that it could be taken out and made to fit with alterations. This was so comforting, and I appreciated how much everyone truly seemed to care about me finding something that worked for me! The only semi-negative part of my experience was that as my appointment was nearing the end (and I was about to make a purchase, but was worried about sizing since this is an off the rack store), the manager approached my stylist in front of me and was telling her she needed to wrap up the appointment, we were taking too much time, other clients were waiting and getting upset, etc. I understand that the weekends are busy, it was during a sale, and I was nearing the end of my appointment, but I felt that conversation could have been had behind the scenes and not in front of me. I completely get the situation, but as a bride who is about to make the biggest and most meaningful/sentimental clothing purchase I've ever made to date, this made me feel like my experience wasn't valued. No hate to them for wanting to speed up the process and get all appointments in on time... I get that they are a business. But it would have been more appropriate not to make a big deal about it in front of a bride trying on dresses. I left feeling rushed and guilty, which is silly because it was my first and only bridal appointment! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience finding my dress at Blue Bridal!

off-the-rack dress for a small, family wedding in a few months, I felt this was a good place to start (also as set out in their FAQs as being one of the few off-the-rack shops in the district committed to keeping prices low). As we came in and began to look in the racks without an appointment, I noticed there was another customer there, but figured we would just see what they had and if anything was of interest. Instead, we were stopped by the blonde saleswoman and told we "WEREN'T ALLOWED" in the shop without an appointment and could not even look on the racks, basically being thrown out of the store. When I countered that their web site indicated that walk ins were welcome, she informed me that of the three off-the-rack shops in the district, NONE of them permitted non-appointments. I've never been treated so rudely or inconsiderately in my life by sales staff. We then went down the street to a non-discount, non-off-the-rack shop with wonderful service and bought a lovely dress at a nice price in an hour's time. To Blue, I say get over yourself. Either you're a discount shop or you're not. If you don't allow walk-ins, then say so on your website. And provide better training to your sales staff.

and showed me options that fit what I was looking for while also recommending other dresses that looked even better than I would have picked out. She was the best subtle hype woman.

uraged me to leave and go get a dress I found at a different store. Her reasoning was that their job wasn't to sell me a dress but to help a bride feel her most beautiful even if it meant going somewhere else.

eing, so I was glad to try on those designs. The stylist went though each of the racks in my size to determine what I liked and didn't like. My group needed a little more direct communication as we sat down, since all the stores are different, instead of waiting for us to settle in. They ask you not to touch the gowns since someone might take it home that day, which we respected, but seemed a little awkward since the stylist had to pull my group back from going to look at the gowns. Not a big deal, just a different studio. While I didn't end up with my dress form here, I am so glad I went! I would recommend Blue Bridal based on the experience, price point, and collections available.

ique! All the feels! Thank you, Anna ❤️

lly being used as a model for dresses I didn't even want to try on... Blue was a breath of fresh air! Kim pulled 3 dresses for me to try after describing what I liked thus far and all 3 would've been perfect! The dress I went with was stunning and timeless. At first, I felt it was a little bit plain, but Kim added a small belt and it changed the whole dress. I felt like an absolute princess the day of. Blue is an off-the-rack store, so they only pull dresses around your size to ensure that alternations are easy. They have you wash your hands before touching dresses & an appointment is necessary because every dress in the shop is going to be somebody's dress! I loved the experience because all the dresses are either overstock or ones that didn't make it to production, meaning that some are one-of-a-kind dresses! I'm so happy I went to Blue! Also, there is a new Mother of the Bride shop that Kim opened called Queen's Lace. This store does mother-of-the-bride gowns exclusively and my mom was in and out in 37 minutes with the most beautiful MOB dress! Seriously cannot recommend either of these shops more, and especially Kim for being an absolute rockstar consultant!

rson some photos from my inspiration boards, and she flew around the store and got me a ton of options that were in line with what I had pictured. She also did a great job of making me feel comfortable trying on some of my family's picks without letting me get overwhelmed, and gently reminded me of my inspiration looks so I didn't get too swept up in what other people wanted. I ended up buying my dress after my first day of trying on, and this was the only place I had to look. It was exactly what I wanted- Clean, no beading or lace, structured, full skirt, and POCKETS. I was thrilled with my dress and the staff here was so easy to work with.

ere so magical! Thank you, SO MUCH!!

ough the whole process, and had great advice on how to approach the decision-making process. Blue Bridal had so many gorgeous dresses, and I felt beautiful throughout my appointment! I ultimately picked a different dress to wear on the big day. But I will recommend Blue Bridal highly to friends who want the true bridal salon experience.

bsolutely loved working with Victoria, the manager. She was attentive, communicative, and thoughtful, and I appreciated that she didn't make me feel pressured to purchase a gown there. We even showed her pictures of several other gowns I was considering, and she gave thoughtful advice about what styles looked good on me, even for dresses that were from other shops. She made me feel so supported, and she was so excited for me when I said yes! I highly recommend Blue Bridal, especially Victoria.

ble. She immediately understood what I was looking for and found dresses that felt right for me. I would absolutely recommend making an appointment!

sit they send you an online questionnaire to fill out, which asks for your budget. When I arrived at the store they asked again for my budget, and I told them around $900-1,000. My sales lady immediately grimaced and said she would have to "really look" to find dresses within my price range and said most of their dress were around 1.5k before directing me to a sales rack. I felt like I didn't even belong in the store. I also wasn't allowed to touch the dresses on the rack because "this will be someone's wedding dress some day. " Because of this I felt like I wasn't fully involved in picking dresses I liked, rather I felt like I had to settle for what was available to me. There was also an instance where another associate recommended a dress for me in front of my sales rep, who then asked what size it was. When she said it was a size 6 she quickly told the other associate it wouldn't fit me and that a size 6 was like a size 2 in street clothes. While this may not have intended to be hurtful, it definitely left me feeling awkward about my size. Needless to say I felt very unwelcome and rushed. While I did like one of the dresses I tried on, I already decided I wouldn't be spending my money at this store. I ended up going to another shop down the street and was welcomed with open arms. I found a plethora of beautiful dresses within my budget (which was described as an average bridal budget for the area, and didn't get me any weird looks when I stated it). I was also able to look through the rack myself and pick dresses I liked. I actually was willing to go a little over budget because of how much I loved the employees and how special they made me feel! However, even if I hadn't gone over budget, they still had plenty of beautiful dresses within my original price range (and cheaper). My advice: list a more accurate price range on your website. If I had known 1k would limit me that severely, I wouldn't have even made an appointment and saved both myself and the employee's time. I also filled out the questionnaire with my budget before me appointment and called/texted with an employee regarding my appointment, yet there was never any mention of it being difficult to find dresses within that price range. I think more transparency is needed, especially for brides like me who are just shopping for the first time and aren't sure which stores to start at. There's nothing wrong with only having dresses within a certain price range, just be more upfront about it to save future brides the embarrassment I dealt with.

sweet- everyone was so nice and such a joy! They helped me find my perfect dress, and it is so nice to purchase a dress and walk out with it in your hands- no waiting for delivery which is such a plus. Great experience, and I'll recommend this store to anyone who will listen!

first time dress shopping. She gave me plenty of great options and listened to my likes and dislikes with each dress. She made me feel good about those that i tried on and chose. I can't think her enough for helping me find the perfect one! I am beyond happy and ecstatic with my choice! Thank you so much Victoria!

ress was on. Even with being a larger size, there was still plenty of options for me to try on, even though I knew I found the dress immediately! SNBB is a great place to get a great value on the most beautiful dresses.

being a wonderful experience with beautiful gowns! Jessie was so sweet and helpful, and I loved working with her. The dress is beautiful and the veil is just so lovely - I can’t wait to get married in them!

sses, the lady grabbed one she thought was similar and I might like. That was the next dress I tried on and “the one”! They were awesome and made the process super easy and comfortable!

ntment at SNBB and was feeling discouraged. Jess was my consultant and knew the inventory SO WELL and was able to basically pick me my perfect dress! Jess was not at all pushy and I didn't feel pressured into making my decision to purchase my dress. It also helps that I found my dream dress AND belt for less than $1k!!!! Thanks to all at SNBB for making me feel like a queen! Highly recommend - Jess is the best!

ommendations on additional dress styles I should try. My top two picks were actual dresses she had picked for me! Definitely check out this bridal shop first! They had a wide variety of styles to choose from, listed at very affordable pricing.

g different and it was the perfect fit! I would have never tried this dress without Erin’s help and it turned out to be “the one”. They really know what they’re doing here at SNBB. They were professional but also made the experience fun! I also felt that gowns were well priced and it was nice to be able to bring it home right away. Thank you Erin and the SNBB staff!!

RFECT and listened to my anxieties and let me try on as many gowns as I wanted. The whole staff was so sweet as I debated between 2 VERY different gowns and gave their honest (and kind!) opinions for both. Couldn’t recommend them more!

ing that I wanted to ideally spend around $1000 on a dress (without doing much research on dresses prior). The consultant was very dismissive and told me I couldn’t find anything in that range except clearance and seemed hesitant to even let me look or try on dresses, much less try on one was $1,200. When I went to SNBB next and explained what range I was ideally looking for, Georgia was extremely accommodating, had already had a couple dresses in mind based on my style preferences and then helped me pick out a couple dresses that weren’t the style I described, but we both thought I should at least try. She did an amazing job in helping me feel comfortable as I was trying on dresses and making sure every detail of the dress was perfect as my friend took pictures of the dresses. Georgia is very knowledgeable about dresses and what looks good on brides and her opinions on how the dresses looked on me seemed very genuine. Same goes for the manager and two other bridal workers there who were also very friendly and helpful. While I had tried on a dress at Wendy’s for $1,200 that I liked, when I left there I really wanted to find a better dress because I didn’t want to give them my business after the consultant’s poor treatment to me. Fortunately I found two dresses I liked much better at SNBB and felt extremely comfortable in the ending buying one a little over my price range at $1,300 and had that dress not been in the shop, I would’ve gladly bought the $1,400 dress that was also stunning. Both of these dresses that I ended up liking the best were not originally one of my style preferences, so I’m so glad Georgia encouraged me to go ahead and try them on after I saw them and thought maybe they could work. SNBB has such a beautiful and unique selection of dresses. After my purchase, the manager Victoria emailed me a few days later personally thanking me for buying a dress at the shop and to ask if I needed anything. I will highly recommend SNBB to everyone I know looking for wedding dresses!

me into buying this gown. Nudging turned into aggressively trying to sell this gown. I loved it but I didn’t like the aggression or the threatening of not giving me a discount because I wanted to go to one more shop. I also didn’t like the bad mouthing of other stores within the bridal district because it was not necessary. This was my first store of the day and they were determined to ruin my experience by trying to pressure me into a dress. Please try to calm down on the threats and make the bride feel welcomed and not pressured. It’s a big decision and feeling pressured is the last thing any bride needs.

ed on, and had buyers remorse a few months after. Even though I couldn't return my dress, I talked to Amanda and went back in for another appointment just to see if there was anything else. I really appreciate that she didn't try to talk me into another dress (even though I did find another one, I didn't want to pay for two), she helped me come up with a solution for my first, and even checked on my after I left the store that day to see if there was anything else they could do. Her suggestion made me LOVE my dress again, and it turned out to be better than I even expected!! Definitely recommend SNBB to anyone looking for a dress, everyone was so friendly and so helpful, even those not working directly with you!!

his gave me relief they were serious about the health and safety of their brides and workers. I felt very safe visiting them and appreciated their effort. Aside from that, I loved my visit. I had a blast trying on dresses. I provided them “here’s what I’m thinking...” and the first dress was THE dress! They’re experts at what they do and care deeply for their brides. After years of binging SYTTD, I was able to say yes to my dress at SNBB. My dress was $799 which was a deal for me! I budgeted for much more and it was a relief to not spend nearly as much as I expected.

e dress elsewhere. Plus, I got to walk out the door with it that day. I had a great experience and hope that others give the store a chance before going elsewhere. It may work out perfectly like it did for me!

to try on. The consultant was very sweet and was not pushy or forcing the sale. When the consultant saw my face when I tried dresses the moms picked she reminded me if I was not comfortable in the dress, it would show all over my face. When I tried on Maggie Sottero dress, everyone said my whole face lit up. I tried on one or two more gowns for the moms and asked the consultant to get back in the Maggie Sottero dress. The consultant said that my face said it all and she put on several different styles of veils and let the moms get their photos before I finally said yes to the dress. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress!

ut corners and save while planning the most perfect wedding but totally doable at SNBB!

perfect belt and veil to pair with the dress and really make it perfect! So blessed to have been able to say yes to the dress with these fantastic people! Also my dress was over half off which was amazing!!

as shocked and in love with it! Great selection and pricing as well! I got a designer original for under my budget and right off the rack! So fun, thank you, SNBB!

e whole process was quick, easy, and painless, and I got a beautiful dress for a great deal!

d from a bunch of people around or the consultants or anything else. I found my DREAM dress for an incredible price!

long and arduous journey to find the right dress, but the gals at SNBB found me the perfect dress on my very first shopping experience- and for a great price. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience or with my dress!

times after that... I left feeling very tied between two dresses, unsure of what to do. I had another appointment after this one, and during that appointment I couldn't stop thinking about the two dresses at this store. I came back and they were more than willing to let me try on the two dresses one more time. After this try on, I found my dress! Amazing price and it is absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to try it on again!
