Finding where to get my hair and makeup done was one of the things I struggled with the most when planning my wedding. I feel like most brides have hair and makeup come to them on ...
the wedding day, but I needed to be able to go to a salon. When I started my search I was pretty blown away by some of the prices of other local salons. I came across Blo/Out (the rittenhouse location) and the prices were very reasonable so I figured I would give them a try. I had my hair trial with Meghan and my makeup trial with Heidy. I had a rough idea of what I wanted to do with my hair, and Meghan was able to do it so much better than I had even imagined. Plus, she was able to make it last all day which is a feat with my super fine, naturally straight hair. I had a rough idea of what I wanted for my makeup as well and Heidy also did an amazing job. All of my bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done as well and all turned out beautiful! They made sure to work with our timeline to get us to the church on time, and provided such a fun and stress free environment on a hectic day. I would highly recommend using blo/out for all your wedding needs!
From our first conversation with Meghan Kelly through to the reception, we were all beyond thrilled with Blo/Out on 18th Street. They came to our hotel and did makeup, eyelashes an...
d hair. Each stylist was beyond professional and super kind. We looked natural and felt so confident. Blo/Out made our day even more special.
Meghan and Regina from BLO/OUT did an absolutely amazing job with my hair, and my bridal party’s hair, on my wedding day. Regina did a beautiful updo for my bridal trial, and was s...
uper flexible on the morning of the wedding when I decided to totally change the style and leave my hair down! Both ladies were incredibly sweet and so much fun, in addition to being incredibly talented! I am SO happy we decided to go with BLO/OUT!
The 5 stars are for Meghan Kelly, who did my bridal updo, and who is fabulous! I had 3 hair trials in the Philly area, and Meghan was hands down the superstar. She understood my vi...
sion immediately, jotted down notes from the hair trial on what I liked and didn't like (as much... the trial was pretty close to perfect), and remembered it all for the actual wedding day. I also booked blowouts for my bridesmaids at the salon, and she was incredibly organized in getting everything scheduled and confirmed for the event.
On the hair blowouts for the bridesmaids, I'd give 3 out of 5 stars. They looked like something we did ourselves with a curling iron (straight and flat on top and then a bunch of doll-like 1-inch curls). Several of the blowouts didn't last the night (might have been the humidity). In hindsight, I should have instead booked half updos for the bridesmaids for something a little more special.
Meghan and Crystal from BLO/OUT Rittenhouse were awesome. They cam e to our hotel to do hair and make-up. They were very professional and worked in the space without hesitation. M...
eghan did an amazing job with our hair just based on a few idea pictures. Very different styles and hair, but both absolutely perfect for us. Crystal did make-up that made us feel glam without being clown-ish.
Loved the experience and the ease of working with them. If you are even questioning this option, go for it.
The stylists at the Blo Out Bar did a wonderful job doing the hair for my bridal party and make-up for my aunt. Everyone looked so beautiful and their hair and make-up lasted the ...

ended the salon to some out of town guests who were thrilled with their experience, too. Thank you so much!
Blo/Out Blow Dry Bar was a great part of my wedding day--so easy to work with and a lovely team. Michelle at the Rittenhouse did my updo and was phenomenal! I actually did a trial ...
at another place and it was awful. I was super stressed and she was amazing. Got my vision and did a great job! Did blow outs for bridesmaids instead of updos and they all loved them. I recently moved to area so reviews were very helpful and want to lead people in the right direction. Go with Blo/Out Dry Bar!

The BLO/OUT Blow Dry Bar Event Services Team was awesome! They made our wedding day easy and did not make us feel like we were overpaying just because it was our wedding day.

f we came to them the prices would be exactly the same they charge anyone on any day. They came to us so we paid a bit extra but way better than any other stylist we contacted.
Their team was super professional, efficient and the bridal party's hair styles were amazing!
