I ordered a posy bouquet and boutonnière for my marriage ceremony through Petite Bloom, their online site for a la carte florals for events. We were traveling in from out of town a...
nd it was so easy to order online from their menu and pick them up at the appointed time. So easy. The flowers were just beautiful - from the quality, the blooms chosen, the colors, to how they were arranged. Thank you!
The flowers turned out beautifully! Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about how gorgeous they looked! It was perfect and they were such a pleasure to work with too! Ma...
de a bunch of edits to the proposal leading up to the event and they never seemed to be bothered by it. They always provided timely responses to all my questions and updates!
Ah, what a bummer it was to have chosen Bloom for the florals at my wedding. For transparency, they did my sister's wedding in 2016 and the flowers were gorgeous so there was no qu...
estion whether I would use them for my wedding. Initially, they were helpful and involved, but rather quickly, it seemed like all of my emails were a bother. At one point, they added $1000 to my order after I asked for a change in the types of flowers and they didn't even mention that there would be any change in price. I just had to see it myself on the updated proposal. For a true client experience, they should have provided me with the information as I was asking. I paid the difference and all would have been well... except for the fact that my flowers were terrible. There was no confirmation of my wants or needs beforehand, no communication on the day of the wedding, and I didn't even know my flowers were delivered until hours later when someone finally showed them to me. They were NOTHING like I had hoped. First, and most importantly, they used a long pink ribbon for all of the bouquets when I specifically asked for neutral or gray. This changed the entire look of my wedding. Second, the flowers were wilted and droopy upon arrival and looked worse and worse as the night went on. My bouquet was even falling apart right after the ceremony. I didn't want to take the time on my wedding day to worry about them, but once it was all over, and once I looked at the pictures, I again realized just how terrible they were. My bridal party even told me days later that they were all talking about how terrible they looked, but didn't want to upset me so they didn't say anything directly to me. When I first emailed with my disappointment and concern, I received such a condescending response and they took no responsibility whatsoever. After I emailed again, explaining how unacceptable this was, they decided to refund me the extra $1000 charge. This is all completely unacceptable for a company at this level. I can never do my wedding day over and all of my pictures are filled with droopy flowers and pink ribbon. I do know that Bloom is capable of beautiful and impressive work, but they really dropped the ball this time and it's so upsetting.

re extremely organized from the start, knew exactly what questions to ask, figured out exactly the vision I was looking for, and put together the most amazing "proposal/inspiration" booklet to show we exactly what my day could look like. This was so helpful, and guaranteed we were both on the same page in terms of the vision I had for my wedding day.
The florals were absolutely breathtaking + matched almost exactly to what we had seen in this inspiration booklet. I was so impressed with this team, and could not have been happier we used them. I HIGHLY recommend!

st board pin by pin :) I was absolutely blown away when I walked into our venue and saw the flowers - they were stunning! She used colors and textures that I never could have picked out or fathomed myself. She is truly an artist. You will not regret hiring Bloom for your wedding flowers! Not to mention their store fronts in Petoskey and Charlevoix are must-visits!
Thank you so much to Jennifer, Samantha, and everyone at Bloom who helped envision, design or set up the florals for my wedding day! Everything was of such high style and quality. ...
I loved how airy, romantic, natural and thoughtfully designed each piece was - Bloom is the best of the best. As a floral designer myself, I had a very well thought out design vision that had been building in my head for years. Jennifer met all of my questions and requests with genuine kindness and understanding. Absolutely hire Bloom if you want truly unique, gorgeous florals, and an amazing customer service experience!

I would recommend her to anyone that has their wedding in Northern Michigan.

my house every week. I live in Chicago, so I planned my Northern Michigan wedding remotely. Jen was awesome to work with and made the process stress-free. I had no idea what I wanted at first, and she definitely helped me create my vision. My guests raved about how gorgeous the room looked and it was because of Bloom’s work.
Jen was super easy to work with as she was very responsive to emails and was always willing to do a phone call – we probably had at least 5 throughout the planning process as I was the type of bride that liked to check in every few months. The results were amazing – my flowers on my wedding day were absolutely stunning – they were not only exactly what I envisioned, but even better as Bloom adds special last minute touches from their own gardens that take them to a new level of pretty. Everything was perfect – from the flowers on my cake to the little flower collars that were made for my two flower dogs.
Bloom also stepped in at the last minute to provide flowers for my rehearsal dinner and those were also beautiful – they had a completely different theme than my wedding reception and they were so pretty and fit the theme exactly.
Definitely book Bloom for your wedding, you cannot go wrong – this is coming from a very picky bride :)

bright, colorful jewel-toned wedding full of plums, purples, pinks, peach etc (with abundant texture). dreams a reality. Having my wedding in northern Michigan and living in NYC made communication really important during this entire process, and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly or professional person than Jennifer to work with. I was so excited when she suggested that we take a trip to the flower district in NYC when she was in town to get inspiration for the big day! She has an amazing attention to detail and obvious talent, and I could tell immediately that she really loved what she did and cared about her clients. She was always very understanding of our budget and gave great ideas and alternatives so we could achieve everything we wanted for our wedding while still staying in our price range. Our tables looked absolutely stunning, and our bouquets and boutonniere were more gorgeous than I could have imagined. Our Chuppah was magnificent and so romantic. She totally understood my earthy/soft/rustic/romantic inspiration and made each detail better than I ever imagined. Everything had a special touch, from the draped ribbons on my bouquet, to the driftwood, greenery, and branches on our tables, it was truly a gorgeous event thanks to Bloom.

Jen and her team are the BEST at what they do. They took my vision and made it into the most beautiful botanical reality I could imagine.

only reason for not doing 5 stars is that for what I paid, I felt a bit like I was just another job. She had 11 weddings the same weekend as mine and sometimes it didn't feel like she was open to talking with me about the look I was going for. I had a really good conversation before we booked her and then had changed my mind on several elements after that. Despite numerous conversations and emails, when my flowers were delivered the day of, they were exactly as we had discussed on day 1 without taking into account our discussions since then. Even given that, they were so beautiful that I would still hire her again and again. I think as a bride, the floral department is one where you have to give up control and completely trust. If you do that with Jennifer, you will not be disappointed.
We highly recommend Jennifer and her team at Bloom Floral Design. The floral arrangements they created for my daughter's wedding were beautiful and unique. Jennifer and her team ...

nts are breathtaking! We received SO many compliments on the flowers at our reception. The flowers are super high quality and Jennifer is truly talented in creating unique arrangements. She even threw in a few surprises for us. One of my favorite moments of the day was walking into our dressing room at the church with my bridesmaids and seeing all of our bouquets set out on the table. Everyone got all excited and my bouquet was just so beautiful. Jennifer really knows what she is doing, and you can give her a lot of creative freedom without having to worry if it will turn out beautiful. IT WILL!

away when I saw the bouquets. Our wedding was at Castle Farms in the Knights Castle and I felt that it needed little to no decorations as the space is so beautiful on its own, but when I walked in for the first time all of the flowers really made that space come alive and even more beautiful (I wish I could attached a picture). Besides loving our design, the entire process of working with BLOOM was an absolute pleasure. Jennifer was friendly and professional and promptly responded to any inquiries I had. She was also so flexible and accommodating throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend BLOOM to any bride in Northern Michigan. A thousand thank yous!

ng day. My main flower was peonies. None to be found in my bouquet! She did scatter peonies in the centerpieces, but isn't my bouquet equally if not more important? Further, my bridesmaid bouquet was nothing like the inspiration photo we agreed upon -- it was like an exact replica of my bouquet, only slightly smaller. Overall, I was so upset that I threw away my bouquet right after the ceremony.

day. Well I did and 31 years later those dreams were coming true. Bloom was a big part of that. The colors and designs of the flower arrangements, bouquets, and flowers encircling the swags of the curtains were breathtaking. What is as amazing was that with one meeting and a few conversations she understood and reproduced our vision and beyond. Amazing talent ultimate professionalism and a dream maker. Thank you Bloom from the bottom of this mother's heart.

"Northern Michigan Casual Elegance" was the phrase I used to describe the look and feel of the wedding I wanted. Jennifer really understood what I was working towards and used lots of birch, white flowers, and greenery. BLOOM made these incredible centerpieces that consisted of tall glass cylinders with birch logs inside and then flowers spilling over the top. She then carved our initials into one of the logs which was fun for the guests to search out all around the room. Everything looked incredible and I truly couldn't be happier!
