Day of Coordination Pros: - she is very kind - she had the availability to be hired at the last minute  - she owns her own floral business so she was able to get floral petals for...
the ceremony Cons: - she seemed unorganized at times. She started over 4 different email threads instead of replying to the same one which caused confusion.  - she requested my list of vendors so I provided them. A few days later she requested them again so I had to remind her that I sent them already.  - on a Wednesday around noon she asked to talk on the phone Thursday (the next day). That same Wednesday during the evening she emailed saying sorry she missed me and that she got busy. I told her we were supposed to talk Thursday and she said she had me down for Wednesday so I emailed a screenshot of the conversation from earlier in the day.  - the day of she gave me a basket of items I may need like hair stuff, lint rollers, etc. which was nice but she did not tell me she was going to so I spent a lot of money on stuff because I had no idea she would do that.  - the main reason we hired her was to make sure the ceremony went smoothly. It was supposed to start at 4. At 4:05 while waiting for her she came to ask the name of the caterer. This was frustrating because one she should’ve known since I provided a list of their names and numbers. And two because our expectation was that she was supposed to be getting the groomsmen all ready to go, and she wasn’t.  Overall very nice but I’m hoping that all of these errors are because she is new to event coordinating.
