Bloom & Bower

ce in the world, and Margaret (the co-business owner, coordinator, and literal hero) and her team are going to make your day everything you’d ever dreamed it’d be. First, the value of the services you’re getting is INCREDIBLE. For the price of the venue, they also include all decorations (and a team that will design, set it up, and tear it down FOR YOU), a stay in their on-property GORGEOUS and spacious Airbnb for the bride and groom (which doubles as a bridal/groom suites and you can add on guests for $15pp), a bartender (you can bring all of your own drink supplies), and best of all, planning and day-of coordination with Margaret and her team. The venue itself is beautiful and is perfect for guests of all different types. There is no corner of the venue that is not gorgeous (and it’s all open to explore)–there’s a pond with a lovely dock and a lovely lit path around the pond to explore the property, a firepit for folks who would like to sit and chat, and a spacious field for yard games with a swingset. They have a parking lot on site with a parking attendant. The air-conditioned “barn” was the perfect covered area for the reception with nice bathrooms, and the twinkly light covered dance floor and bar was PERFECT for enjoying the evening. In terms of accessibility, my grandmother attended my wedding in a wheelchair and we were initially worried about the ceremony being in the grass, but Margaret herself made sure that my grandma had a shady spot in the grass and PERSONALLY pushed her around to make sure she felt safe and cared for on such an important day. One of the bathrooms is fully accessible as well. Margaret herself is maybe the best part of the entire venue. She is kind, honest, straightforward, and puts her entire heart into every single thing that she does. There are no stupid questions and she’s going to give you her honest and incredibly informed thoughts on anything you bring to the table. They also share a list of vendors past clients have had success with and they’re a great asset!! Margaret and her team are going to help you ensure your day is everything you hoped it’d be and if you work with her ahead of time, the best part of everything is, that there is nothing you need to worry about on the day of your wedding–I felt fully confident trusting that the Bloom & Bower team would make the magic happen and they did!!! My wedding was better than I could have ever imagined and that is 1000% because of the team at Bloom & Bower. Pro tip: For an even more magical experience, check out the Bee’s Package with Belle & Bee Photography. Michelle and her husband, Dan got married at Bloom & Bower and are friends and a seamless team with Margaret and her husband Tom. A Bloom & Bower exclusive package, you’ll get Michelle’s photography, Dan’s DJing, cupcakes, an officiant, & your bouquet and boutonniere arranged for you.

derful reception area and beautiful grounds to enjoy. Yet, the magic happened behind the scenes. Lindsy and her team (Roxie, Landon & Jennie) made our bride’s vision of her dream wedding happen.  We so appreciated their attention to detail and their hard work that afforded all attending a memorable and special experience. Thank you Bloom and Bower (Margaret and Tom)

everything was beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire planning process so much easier. The venue itself was stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was. We are so grateful for the memories we made here and would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful place to celebrate their special day. Thank you for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!

The venue offers both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, so we had flexibility no matter the weather. Every inch of the property is thoughtfully designed and wedding-ready. They truly thought of everything — tables, chairs, and linens were included, which made planning so much easier. The wedding party suites were spacious and comfortable, giving us the perfect spot to relax and get ready. We loved that we could bring in our choice of vendors, giving us the freedom to make the day uniquely ours. One of the biggest highlights was the day-of coordination—our coordinator kept everything running smoothly and stress-free. The venue also provided tents, which were a beautiful backup option and made the outdoor space even more versatile. We had full access to their decorating closet, which was a huge bonus, and their team even helped us decorate—such a time saver! Spending our wedding night at the onsite BnB was the perfect way to end the best day ever. It was cozy, private, and just steps away from the celebration. Guests loved the bartender service and the thoughtful refreshments offered before the ceremony. Everything was beautifully set up and torn down for us—no stress, no hassle. There were even fun yard games for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour, plus stunning calligraphy signage throughout the venue that added such a personal, elegant touch. And we can’t forget the parking attendant and valet service—our guests were well taken care of from the moment they arrived. Every detail was perfect, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. If you’re looking for a venue that’s beautiful, stress-free, and all-inclusive (but still customizable), look no further. We cannot recommend Bloom & Bower highly enough!

and making it a reality! She helped keep us calm throughout the day and really went above and beyond for my husband and I! I truly don't know how people can plan a wedding without Margaret, I definitely couldn't have! Thank you so much for taking the time to plan our special day!

grounds at Bloom and Bower are absolutely beautiful. A huge perk of booking with B&B is their decor that is included. They have a huge storage room where you can choose items you want for your wedding! I only had to bring in any personalized items I wanted /custom items- which saved me so much money! They even set up everything and tore down! Saved so much time and stress. My bridal party spent the night at the venue the night before the wedding, and my husband and I stayed the night of the wedding. This was so perfect /fun and made for a minimally stressful wedding day , not needing to worry about transportation. Morning after our wedding, we were greeted with breakfast- farm fresh scrambled eggs, sourdough toast, and fresh fruit and orange juice! Sooo good! On top of the perks of the venue, Margaret was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was super timely in responding to emails and never made me feel stupid or an annoyance. It is evident she truly cares about giving her clients the wedding of their dreams. Margaret was super helpful on the day of the wedding coordinating all the little things and relieving some day-of anxiety. Overall, I CANT RECOMMEND BLOOM AND BOWER ENOUGH-BOOK NOW!

alue of the venue is extraordinary. It was so wonderful getting to sleep on site at the venue since it is a bed and breakfast, we even had our whole bridal party stay on site and had our rehearsal dinner there. It was so great to not have to leave the property all weekend and not worry about forgetting anything because it was all right there. The greatest part of this venue is the owners themselves. Margaret basically acts as a day-of coordinator and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is exactly how you envisioned. She fixes any problems that arise and if I had a crazy idea her response was always, "let's make it happen." Margaret worked wonderfully with all of our other vendors as well. She called each vendor the week before the wedding to make sure everything was ready to go. She also had so much good advice for life and marriage. The venue also had staff that set everything up and tore everything down, which means our bridal party and family got to enjoy themselves. The staff was so kind and helpful and made everything look exactly like my vision. I didn't even have to hire a florist because Margaret and her staff built all of our centerpieces and ceremony florals from their stock of florals. When you book with Bloom and Bower you also have access to a HUGE (and I mean huge) number of decorations that Margaret has curated, meaning you can spend your money on other aspects of the big day. The communication with the venue was excellent. They always got back to me in a super timely fashion and answered all of my questions (there were a lot of them). The professionalism of Margaret, Thomas and their staff really showed. And all of this didn't break our bank. The gardens are also absolutely gorgeous, as well as the gazebo and inside of the reception barn. I highly, highly recommend getting married here.

nd took care of everything with such confidence and grace. Her vision, attention to detail, and calm guidance turned our uncertainty into the most beautiful day we could have imagined. Margaret made the entire experience stress-free—from selecting decorations to recommending trusted vendors. She coordinated every single detail seamlessly and made it all look effortless. The venue itself is breathtaking, but it’s the care and passion behind the scenes that truly sets Bloom and Bower apart. We are so grateful and cannot recommend this venue enough. If you want a stunning, well-run, and genuinely supportive place to host your wedding, this is it!

nfident in our wedding plan! We had a couple hiccups with vendors, but she stepped right in & took care of everything without worrying me! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was. We are so grateful for them and recommend the venue to everyone we talk to!

ommunicating, organizing, and a deeply reassuring presence throughout our entire wedding planning process. Staff made the already beautiful venue even more so with carefully curated decor and setup that looked like something straight off my Pinterest board. Aside from the visible elements of the venue, Margaret and staff handled all the behind-the-scenes stuff on the day of the wedding. At one point during our wedding, I was stressing about the timeline of the day, and Margaret told me to “shut my brain off” and that she would handle it - and she did. This testament accurately captures what it means to get married at Bloom & Bower. The professionals at this venue made our day perfect - if there were any hiccups, we didn’t know about them. Bloom & Bower is not just a physical place to get married. The experience provided by the venue and staff made for an incredible wedding planning experience and wedding day; it absolutely worth every penny. I cannot recommend this venue enough. To put it simply, choose Bloom & Bower for your wedding - you will not regret it.

bnb for two nights, which was convenient for the rehearsal night, and created bonding time for everyone to get to know each other. They even set up some tables for our rehearsal dinner. The airbnb was beyond comfy and clean. The tub was the best part, although I didn't know it was well water and was surprised when the bath water was yellow haha. The staff was extremely helpful gathering everything at the end of the night, things that we would've forget. Everything was consolidated in boxes outside the barn airbnb for us to take home the next morning. They truly thought of everything. We received so many compliments from our guests about how stunning the property was. The natural scenery made for the most beautiful backdrop.. it really set the tone for such an important and beautiful day. I can't WAIT to get our pictures back, the greenery was scenic and well maintained, it made for the most beautiful pictures. Margaret truly made the experience unforgettable. She was such a calming, reassuring presence through the entire planning process and the big day. It was especially helpful for an anxious bride like myself. During rehearsal, a groomsman had a medical emergency and Margaret was right on top of it- calling for EMS and staying around to make sure he was okay. She truly cares about everyone in your circle. She had such a chill, easygoing vibe, but don’t let that fool you—she was ON top of it. Like it came second nature to her, showing no stress whatsoever. She handled everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She planned and provided most of the decor, managed our entire timeline, coordinated with vendors, and easily navigated through tricky family dynamics for the wedding. I will never forget right after our ceremony, she was waiting with our drinks in hand at the end of the isle, as we were exiting. It was such a small thing, but it meant so much and showed how thoughtful and prepared she was. Having a wedding coordinator like her included in the venue package was honestly one of the biggest reasons we chose Bloom and Bower. It saved us so much stress, money, time, and let us just enjoy our day. Choosing this venue was the best decision we made. Everything came together beautifully, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to make it happen.

garet, Tom, and their staff made this happen for us on our wedding day. Margaret made sure none of our details were forgotten about and guided us through every step of planning. The Bloom & Bower staff created a seamless day for us at the most gorgeous wedding venue. Highly recommend making Bloom & Bower part of your wedding day!

d was decorated to match our ideas and beyond. We were able to make use of the indoor and outdoor spaces during the reception. The property is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for picture opportunities and for guests to walk around or play yard games. My bridesmaids and I used the bed and breakfast the night before and got ready there in the morning. It was perfect and made for great getting ready photos. Plus the decorations are so cute inside. The Bloom & Bower staff exceeded all our our expectations and were ready to help with anything and everything. They were also beyond kind. In preparation from the reception, we were able to meet with the owner multiple times to tour the venue and for two planning meetings to make sure she understood exactly what we were hoping for. The owner, Margaret, is the most kind and genuine person. She was so supportive of all of our ideas and was there to make sure our day went smoothly. I will recommend this place to everyone! I couldn't imagine having our special day anywhere else.

o ensure that our wedding day was perfect. The service provided in all aspects was exemplary, and the idyllic gardens offered the most exquisite back drop on our special day. I felt prioritized, and calm throughout the planning process as well! I could not recommend this venue more to any prospective engaged couples!

with their recommended photographer & DJ via the “Bee’s Package.” We couldn’t be happier! Margaret was an excellent coordinator and eased our anxieties. Grace was so fun, she even joined my little sister on the dance floor! They made sure everything went smooth and i was so calm on my wedding day. They had a huge selection of decor we could use and they handled all of the set-up and tear down. We had the perfect experience, i have zero complaints.

rty and answered any and all questions that we had and then some. Having her as our day of coordinator, once again I can’t say enough good things, she was our saving grace! I can say other than being nervous I did not have one thing to worry about on our wedding day. Not only is her property absolutely BREATHTAKING so is the barn (AirBnb) on the property we stayed in for rehearsal and the night of. Another positive is the decor closest, you imagine it she’s got it! That alone saved us so much money. The passion Margaret has for the wedding industry shows and she truly cares about each couple like we are family. I would recommend this property, Margaret and her husband Tim to any couple looking for a Venue. If you want an stress-free Venue and Coordinator, look no further I promise you won’t regret it!

d are so accommodating. Communication throughout the whole process of booking and planning is clear and concise. I could sit here for hours telling everyone THIS is the PERFECT wedding venue. Margaret and Tom are some of the most genuine and amazing people (along with all of their staff). IF you are thinking about booking with them - DO IT. Worth every penny and I hope nothing but the best for Bloom & Bower.

issue. I was honestly terrified to start my planning process. Then I met Margaret at Bloom & Bower. She is amazing at what she does. She is amazing with planning. She is amazing with decorations. She is amazing with communication. But, most of all, she is amazing with people. My husband and I felt like a priority during the entirety of our planning. I could text or email her at any time and always get a response quickly. She was kind and informative and never made me feel like a bother! When we were planning the timeline of our day, she even scheduled breaks throughout the course of the day. Prioritizing our mental health, our social battery, and our experience. But, most importantly, Margaret kept our love for each other at the center of the wedding. Something so simple, but something that is so often overlooked in the details and hectic timeline of a wedding day. It was a day that felt like ours. It was about us, and I will always remember it that way thanks to the thought and attention of Margaret. We are truly grateful to Bloom & Bower for giving us such a beautiful wedding. I will sing the praises of their staff (shoutout to Grace--she was amazing!) forever. Five stars, no notes, highly recommend.

vices offered. We were a little bewildered by the day of planning and the owners helped guide us through every step. All we had to do day of was enjoy our wedding, and we did.

us and our vendors was incredible and made the whole process super easy. She was also a rockstar on our wedding day helping handle everything. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

ing in contact with the vendors, setting up a timeline, and keeping me sane. We are still constantly hearing amazing things about our wedding and how great everything was. The decorations were amazing, the staff was awesome, the wedding at the gazebo was beautiful, and Bloom & Bower truly made it a night that we will never forget. I will recommend Bloom & Bower to any one who is looking to get married, you won’t regret working with such an amazing crew. - The Wampler’s 9/28/2024

le team behind it. The owners and staff are some of the most humble, caring, and personable people you’ll ever meet. Margaret, who officiated our wedding, was phenomenal! She guided us through every step of the planning process, making it so easy to choose décor from their amazing closet full of options. Seriously, the selection is jaw-dropping! She also provided invaluable recommendations for vendors, checking in regularly to ensure we felt supported and confident. When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor plans, the staff jumped into action, setting up a tent at the last minute. Their commitment to making our day perfect was evident throughout. We couldn't feel more grateful. After the festivities, we enjoyed a cozy night at the bed and breakfast on-site, complete with a delicious breakfast catered just for us the next morning. The staff setup and teardown for you. This meant we could truly relax and enjoy every moment of our day, with zero stress! Thank you, Bloom & Bower, for making our wedding day beautiful and unforgettable! We can’t wait to return for our anniversary celebration!

ings virtually for us so we didn’t have to worry about booking flights for all of the meetings. But they were also able to work with my crazy desire to do a tropical wedding in a barn in Ohio, and it looked fantastic! On the day of, we had no stress (I was sitting around wondering what I should be doing because I didn’t have anything to do). And when someone accidentally spilled liquor on my dress, Margaret was able to get out all of the visible spots to save the sunset pictures. We had a fantastic day, and all of the guests were impressed, too!

on planning a wedding until we were invited to a friends wedding at Bloom & Bower. We met Margaret and Thomas that night and we instantly knew this was the place for us! From start to finish, Margaret was there to answer every phone call, text, and email that I sent her way. She was there with all the right recommendations for vendors. She created a timeline for how the day was going go and was very open to any little details we wanted to change. She was always in our corner the entire time and she made our wedding day absolutely perfect. We feel like we made a friend throughout our experience with Bloom & Bower and we truly cannot thank everyone involved enough!!

xcellent recommendations and clear guidance throughout the planning process. The venue also offers a wide variety of decor options, allowing you to customize the look and feel of your wedding day. Every potential issue was anticipated in advance, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Staying at the BnB with our wedding party later that night was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after the day’s events. We highly recommend Bloom & Bower to any couple looking to get married in the area!

ose friends and family entertained waiting for the wedding the start! Margaret even came in and grabbed a cricket that snuck inside with her bare hands 😂 now that’s service! The staff was truly amazing when i tell you i didn’t lift a single finger the day of my wedding i am so serious! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made the day run so smoothly! I don’t think i could’ve done my wedding day without margaret by my side. she eased my worries, made sure i was hydrated and always had a smile on her face! and tear down for a stress free night for wedding party

ifully designed, blending style and functionality in a way that made everything feel special. Every corner was thoughtfully curated, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and energizing. The staff? Absolutely top-notch! They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The set up, greeting of guests with genuine warmth, or simply being available for any requests, their dedication was evident. It was clear that they truly cared about making the experience unforgettable. The seamless coordination and attentiveness made everything run so smoothly, allowing guests to indulge in the moment without a single worry. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such a perfect blend of great service and beautiful surroundings. This venue and its staff truly set a new standard for excellence! I can't recommend them enough!

ght about is already figured out. Margaret was made to do this job and she makes it look effortless! Me and my husband traveled from metro detroit to have our wedding at bloom & bower because we knew from the moment we saw the venue and met Margaret that this was it. Having the bed and breakfast on site was amazing as well, it was so nice being able to spend time with close family after the wedding ended and get to enjoy the amenties the property offered. If you have any doubt about having your wedding here, please rest assured as Margaret told me numerous times during planning and the day of our wedding they got you, and they truly do. We cant wait to celebrate our anniversary at the bed and breakfast.

turned out perfect. The guests raved about the beautiful venue and as parents of the bride we couldn't have been happier about having the wedding at Bloom & Bower. Highly Recommend

h, Margaret made sure we had everything we wanted and went above and beyond what I had ever expected. I envisioned my wedding to be dreamy and elegant and it was that plus so much more. Thank you so much to the Bloom & Bower team for making our day magical. We appreciate you so much! :)

ly made our special day feel that much more special.

e happier. We hope to come back for our anniversary.

ng experience we had at our wedding venue. From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we were greeted by the most attentive and caring staff I have ever encountered. Their dedication to making our special day absolutely perfect was unparalleled. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, leaving us free to simply enjoy the magic of the day. The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything went seamlessly. They treated our wedding as if it were the most important event they had ever hosted, and their genuine care and support truly made all the difference. It's not often that you find individuals who are so genuinely invested in ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of their guests, but they truly embodied this spirit. In the end, our wedding felt like a fairytale come true, and we owe so much of that to the amazing venue and the incredible people who made it all possible. The cost is amazing, for all they do you will not find anything better. Trust and Believe! The Owners are amazing people! Our hearts are full of gratitude for their tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to creating a day that we will cherish for a lifetime. With heartfelt thanks, The Torres

our wedding with all our friends and family. The accommodations are amazing we felt so fortunate to be there. Their staff is incredibly friendly and were so supportive during our entire event. Bloom and Bower is a hidden piece of paradise in rural Ohio that has so much charm, character, and beauty. As a couple we loved the backdrop the property provided for pictures. Our guests enjoyed roaming the grounds and exploring. Tom & Margaret Hunt really take pride in their wedding venue and have the skill set to make every couple feel at home, relaxed, and give them the best celebration anyone could ever dream of. Margaret is the queen of coordination and wedding planning. She took on the role as our wedding planner/coordinator her experience and expertise in this field calmed our anxiety about the details and decisions that needed to be made. With Margaret we knew nothing was going to be missed. We had our ceremony and reception at Bloom & Bower. We also stayed the night in the “Glamping Tent” during our wedding night. It was such a fun experience to be tucked away on the property in a fully furnished, completely comfortable, and private space. Also on site is a beautiful barn style structure that a group of our guests stayed in after the reception concluded. All of the spaces were thoroughly enjoyed by us and our guests. The amenities were plentiful and everyone nothing but the best compliments of Bloom & Bower. We highly recommend Bloom & Bower to anyone searching for a wedding venue. It will be one of the best decisions you make when planning your wedding.

on along with the use of the decor closet etc, was all perfect. The disasters came on our wedding day which looking back the biggest thing we learned is that this venue just does not work for anything but perfect weather. We unfortunately had rain, wind and cold for our October wedding. The layout of the venue was not properly set up to have a successful reception for all vendors. Our food was cold due to the winds and there being no good spot for the caterer to keep the food out of the wind. Our guests out on the patio were cold and many left prior to the reception starting. The door to the barn had to be closed so the inside guests were warm which led to myself and husband feeling very disconnected from our guests outside. They couldn’t see us and we couldn’t see them. The DJ was also set under the awning which made it difficult to fully interact with everyone. Our guests told us they were asked to help move chairs and tables when transforming the dance floor. This was a huge disappointment considering how we paid for extra BB staff to assist with these things. The barn felt very cramped for the amount of people inside which left a very minimal spot to dance and some awkward photos/angles. I also think things would have gone smoother if we picked vendors that the venue has worked with in the past. There were several issues with communication as the day was going on between my photographer, Margaret and the bridal party. Things did not go or feel to have gone smoothly for the amount of prep and work I had done. Overall this is a gorgeous venue but I truly think it is for smaller weddings 80 and under, along with only good weather.

he things we loved most about it: - Day of coordination: no matter how thorough you plan, unexpected things happen both leading up to the big day and the day of. Margaret, Tom, and staff literally BEND OVER BACKWARDS to put out any fires and make sure everything runs smoothly. - Decor: Bloom & Bower has an extensive supply of decor, linens, tables, etc to save you literal thousands on your big day. And it saves you the trouble of reselling a bunch of items after the wedding. - Alcohol: This venue allows you to bring your own alcohol. Most venues make you pick through expensive packages that don’t even have exactly what you want. They also have a bartender on staff!!! - Comforting environment: I wanted people to have FUN at my wedding. I wanted people to laugh, dance, play games, make memories. And that’s exactly what this venue provides. Yard games for kids and to bring people together. Cozy sitting areas for the introverts. Inviting dance floor. Absolutely stunning gardens. You will want to live here. - The night of: they have both a bed&breakfast and a glamping tent on site. My husband and I stayed in the lovely tent and then we offered the b&b barn to our entire wedding party. This was a huge convenience for everyone! - And so much more!!! Check out their website to see what all their wedding packages include. Planning a wedding is beyond stressful and booking with Bloom and Bower is going to make it so that you can simply breathe and enjoy the most important day to your life.

dn’t have to do anything, which was great), a great communicator (emails answered within a day, even on nights or weekends), and insanely flexible. The grounds, decorations, and setup was gorgeous. We let Margaret have pretty much full reign over everything, and she somehow nailed everything and knew exactly what we were looking for. We also invited our two dogs to be in the wedding. We asked if she had a staff member who could release them during their moment (which she 100% did not have to do). Her husband, Tom, was ready and willing. He worked with our dogs beforehand to make sure they were comfortable with him, listened to our tips for them, and chased one of our dogs around who just did not want to walk up the aisle. He never left them alone and made sure that they made it up to us (which, again, did not have to do). The staff was incredibly attentive; from the moment we arrived, they greeted us and asked what they could help us with. They set everything up where we asked, and tore everything down at the end of the night. We hardly had to lift a finger. If I could, I would have a complete redo of the day just to work with the lovely staff at Bloom & Bower. Everyone involved made our day so special, and we absolutely cannot thank them enough.

more special!

rop. Friendly staff that tends to your every need like royalty. You will love working with Margaret and Thomas!

enue and Bed & Breakfast are absolutely lovely and have so many unique features for guests to enjoy. I highly recommend Bloom & Bower to anyone looking to have their perfect and stress free wedding.

s and they were so patient. I couldn't imagine the wedding day going any smoother than it did, Margaret kept everyone in check (vendors, guests, party) and made sure to let me know that she will address any of my issues if they arise. She understood my vision even and I trusted her to pull it off, and she did a spectacular job. Thank you to the the staff who made this experience possible.
