NOTHING SHORT OF EXTRAORDINARY! I worked with Renny, Jessie, and the Bliss Team on my September 2018 wedding and the experience was seamless, so much fun, and gave me the wedding b...
eyond my wildest dreams. Renny helped me secure our venue and worked with me on everything from invitations, band contracts, catering, decor, design, weekend logistics, assembling our welcome boxes, photographer & videographer selection and contracts, as well as was there to listen and support my husband and I every step of the way! We had a tented wedding, so the reception room was created from a blank slate. Renny and Jessie listened and incorporated every single thing I wanted and went above and beyond to find all the extra decor details I wanted, all within my budget. I don't have enough good things to say about Renny as a professional, visionary, and person and feel so grateful I got to work with her to create the most unbelievable, dreamy day of our lives!
Simply top notch all around! The team at Bliss is spectacular. We worked with Jordyn through the whole wedding planning process. She was incredibly kind, fun, and hard working. Pla...
nning a wedding is very stressful, but she made it easy. She earned our trust very early on, and I knew I could count on her to guide us in making the right decisions for a fabulous event. She also understood exactly what I wanted, and was full of ideas that fit our vision of how we wanted to party to look and feel. Thanks to her, our wedding came together even better than I could have imagined. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Everything was absolutely stunning and the "run of show" between 3 different locations was seamless. I do not have words to express how enthusiastically I recommend Jordyn and the team at Bliss.
We picked Bliss as our planners mainly because they had experience with our venue but they were seriously the best decision we made throughout the whole process! They are the BEST....
When we reached out, we had our venue selected but that was it. Jordyn helped bring our entire wedding to life in a way that is still unbelievable to me - the Bliss process breaks everything down in an approachable and fun way, and she was able to easily get to know us and the sort of wedding we wanted to have. Jordyn helped us pull together a beautiful weekend (rehearsal dinner + ceremony/reception) when going in to it we did not have much of a vision. She is also so fun and literally unflappable - she took everything in stride (including dealing with my parents :) ) and made it all fun. My husband and I have very hectic lives and working with Jordyn ensured that the time we spent wedding planning was enjoyable. After a year of incredible support, Jordyn capped it off with being an incredible day of support - from helping us stay hydrated, having a change of shoes ready at the dinner table, helping my brother in law pull off a surprise for my husband... she made it so that our wedding was the best weekend of our lives, without having to worry about literally any details other than being present and enjoying the moment. Even my wedding party and close friends were commenting that Jordyn was hands down the best planner they've ever seen at a wedding. Hiring her is a no brainer!!
Jordyn Vignolo at Bliss Weddings & Events was fantastic! We worked with Jordyn for month-of wedding coordination. She did everything we hoped of the service (coordinating with vend...
ors, organizing & keeping on top of day of timeline, taking & placing our decorations, etc), but so much more too - she was a fun but calming presence the day of, she brought perfectly timed bottles of water+cocktails to my husband & I throughout the reception (& appetizers we otherwise would've missed while taking a few pictures during cocktail hour!), & even helped me get lipstick off my teeth 1 minute before the ceremony haha! I planned our wedding myself, but now that I follow Jordyn's Insta, I wish I would've had her help throughout!
Grace Clayton was our wedding planner and did an amazing job!
We live across the country, so planning a wedding in Chicago was not going to be an easy feat... but Grace made th...
e process much easier, smooth, and ultimately fun for my wife and I! She was a great filter for all vendors that we needed to book and helped keep us on task month by month (so many things to do). The quality of people we talked to was first-class and we trusted that they would work out well because she recommended them! Grace helped orchestrate interviews for us to talk to the vendors we were interested in and ensure we had all the information we needed. She was especially great at recommending bands, florists, and photographers -- which are 3 of the key vendors to have a successful day!
Our wedding day was everything we could have imagined and more. Grace and the Bliss staff did a great job on the wedding day, but what is most important was all the hard work and decision making leading up to the big day. We were confident things would go well because of all the effort and planning beforehand.
I highly recommend Grace to anyone who is considering using a wedding planner. It is well worth every penny to ensure you have the wedding you want!
My mom planned my sister’s Chicago wedding a couple years ago, so when it was my turn we already had a few major factors in place (date, venue, band, photographer etc.). Knowing we...
would need some help along the way, we hired Bliss to step in as décor consultants and month-of-planners. From our first meeting at Bliss we could tell we’d be in good hands. We were instantly impressed; they were professional, made us feel comfortable and clearly knew the ins and outs of the wedding industry.
Saying we were not disappointed would be an understatement! Andrea was amazing! She is efficient, organized, responsive, easy to work with, and in that last month, a total lifesaver. She had never done a wedding at our venue before, but made it her priority to get to know the event planner there, understand the space and gain the insight that she needed to make the day flow smoothly. Andrea totally understood my “vision” for the day, never made me feel indecisive (which I was), and was always able to offer her perspective and guidance without pushing her opinion or any specific vendors on us. The vendor that we worked with was incredible, and everything turned out perfectly and exactly how I imagined. The wedding weekend itself was extremely seamless. Andrea and her staff were there and always a few steps ahead of us. Every detail was accounted for and we didn’t have to spend any time worrying. We are so happy to have worked with Andrea and her team at Bliss, and we cannot thank them enough!
I highly recommend Bliss !! I used Grace Clayton as my wrap it up wedding planner. She is truly amazing at her job! Her bubbly, fun, nice personality keeps you calm and happy all ...
day! She is very organized with contracts, vendors, and a detailed time schedule! She checked us into our hotel, so after the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything. We were able to get the keys from her and go right up to our room where champagne was waiting and some extra clothes! We truly appreciated everything Grace, Tara, and Laura helped us with the day of the wedding! THANK YOU so much for all your help!
I absolutely loved working with Grace Clayton! Not only is she stellar at finding amazing vendors to fit your budget, she helped me create a system of organization that took so muc...
h stress off my plate. This is the person you want by your side the day of the wedding- kept me (and the entire fam/party) calm, cool, and happy. Also: you're going to want to be her best friend!
I highly recommend Katie Kozlowski (formerly of Dettagli Weddings and now with Bliss). I hired Katie for my wedding July at the Ivy Room, and it was one of the best decisions I ma...
de during my wedding planning! My only regret is that I would have purchased her services for full scope wedding planning rather than just week of coordination. Bridesmaid forgot to press her dress? No problem, Katie has a steamer on hand the day of. Lantern broke over one of the tables? No worries, Katie and her assistant will hand pick all of the glass from the tables and sweep. Curling iron needed to retouch a bridesmaid’s down ‘do? Ok, Katie will run across the street and pick one up for you right now! My friends and family kept commenting on how relaxed I was the day of the wedding, and I have to say, it was because I felt totally confident in Katie’s ability to handle all of the details. She is amazingly efficient and detail-oriented, and will be such a great calming influence the day of the wedding!
