LOOK NO FURTHER - Vanessa is the dream wedding planner. She is organized, responsive, creative, and detail oriented. She executed my vision perfectly and I trust her with my life. ...
I was able to completely relax on my wedding day and truly enjoy every second of it because I never once had to worry about anything, Vanessa and her team were ON it and had everything I could imagine taken care of.
Unfortunately, our original venue double booked us and canceled our wedding only 4 months out. Vanessa handled it like a champ and took care of everything. She was able to plan a whole new EVEN BETTER wedding with only 4 months. She is trly a dream and even my friends and guests noticed. Hire her, trust me. Full service, you won't regret it.
Book with Vanessa now. You do not need to look any further or interview any other planners. You’ve found Neo, you’ve found The One.

an say confidently the day went on without a single hitch or hiccup. Vanessa is positive, attentive, extremely responsive, organized and will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is one to remember by all. Never once did I feel I couldn’t reach her; when other vendors gave me grief she deftly provided recommendations and suggestions. She coordinated all of my vendors and I never once had to wonder when vendor x was arriving, or question our timeline of events.
We booked Vanessa for Day of Coordination but I would even recommend her for the entire planning of your wedding. Vanessa made of all my bridesmaids, groomsmen, and entire wedding party feel welcome. Just imagine that Vanessa has known you all of your life, because it feels like you are speaking to a great friend when working with her. Again…book with Vanessa now!
If you're looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner THIS IS IT. I truly have no idea what I would have done without Vanessa, (AND this is even with having an events and hospital...
ity background). Vanessa was incredible from the day we met her. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She knows 90% of the vendors in Vegas and is incredibly knowledgable. I was able to disconnect from the logistics the day of and truly be in the moment, that in itself is priceless. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She made our day. Do yourself a favor and use Vanessa!
anessa Naumann and Storybook planning was the best decision we could have made for our wedding!!
Stephanie and I set out to have a modern wedding at a private estate in Henderson,...
NV. And trust me when I say we did not give Vanessa an easy task. Not only did Vanessa exceed our expectations through the planning process, but she came through on wedding day more than we could have anticipated. Storybook really knows what they are doing when it comes to “the business of love”. All of our friends, family, and venues owners had compliments of how smooth and well planned our wedding went. We owe it all to Vanessa.
We began planning this wedding 2 years+ from that actual date, considering we postponed a year during COVID. As much a this postponement time was difficult on us, we know that it wasn’t easy on Vanessa as well. With no certainty of even having a wedding like we originally planned, Vanessa stuck by us, listened to us, and guided us to fulfill our dream. (I’m sure we tested her patience pretty good during this time of uncertainty). Can’t tell you how many times we changed our mind on various details, vendors, guest counts, and even if we were going to have a wedding at all!
Vanessa’s integrity came through we she didn’t increase rates, fought for our vendors to hold rates, dates, etc. Our wedding was at a private estate, and the owner is a personal friend of ours. Needless to say, Vanessa didn’t have her normal access points to a venue. I can’t tell you how great she worked with our people and organized she was with every detail.
When it came to vendor selection, we were so pleased with her recommendations. There were even some vendors we didn’t want to choose, and Vanessa continued to work with us until we were happy. (Even when we would have delayed response times, or not give her the best direction).
There were times in the process that I had my doubts that this wedding would match our original Vision (because how can a normal person predict a wedding). There was a point in the process I was getting frustrated at planning and I’ll never forget when Vanessa asked me if I trusted her. It’s all she cared about in the moment, and I genuinely did. In any working relationship, trust is key. I valued when she took the approach that we need to trust her. The conversation eased my mind and boosted my confidence in StoryBook’s abilities. WE ARE SO HAPPY WE PUT THAT TRUST IN HER AND STORYBOOK.
Planning a wedding can be hard work, and not always fun cutting checks and agreeing on small details. I Recommend you hire Vanessa Naumann and her team to give you a high class experience.
Vanessa is fun and easy to along with and work with. Super organized! Get ready for emails and paper trails ;)
Me and Stephanie keep saying we’d do it all over again. (Words we never thought we would murmur during our 2 year planning process). As much as we wanted to planning to be over, That’s how amazing our experience was.
The few days leading up to the wedding, our minds were at easy because everything was done. We got to sit back, and watch Vanessa go to work and enjoy our time welcoming guests, and loving each other! It was a magical weekend for us and we hope you get that same feeling with Storybook.
Thank you endlessly Vanessa and Storybook!
Love,
Michael and Stephanie
We loved working with Vanessa on our wedding. We had already planned a full wedding for summer 2020 that we had to cancel due to COVID. We had rescheduled that same set up for summ...
er 2021, but we knew in early January it was not going to be possible. So we decided to completely rework our plan and get married in Vegas with a smaller guest list.
My mom found Vanessa and told us immediately that we would like her. Vanessa understood that we were tired and frustrated because we had already planned a full wedding and we didn't want to have to completely start from scratch. She took our pinterest board and our existing plans and ran with it.
Vanessa knew what we wanted and did everything in her power to make sure we got it. She found a design company that could recreate our pinterest vision. She already had a great working relationship with our venue (Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa) so that was seamless. When I said I wanted something cool and nightclub-esque for a photo booth, she found us a vogue booth. She took charge of communicating with all of our vendors (photography, videography, dj, etc) and made sure that the only thing I had to worry about on the day of my wedding was getting dressed and getting married.
If you need a wedding coordinator/planner in the Vegas area, make sure you give Vanessa a call!

e our twice rescheduled event from Wisconsin to Las Vegas. I knew that we would enjoy working with her from our first Zoom call. She exudes confidence and as a result instills confidence in her clients so they don't worry about anything.
She figured out right away that we did not need a full package because we had already done much of the work. We really appreciated that she stepped in and just took over what we had already planned out without making us feel like we had to start over at the beginning.
The relationships that Vanessa has built in the Vegas community are outstanding. She could make wonderful things happen with just a quick email or phone call. She is incredibly good at communication. If she tells you that she is going to do something, she does it!
Our Venue was the Red Rock Resort and Spa. Vanessa worked very closely with the entire team there and together they all put on a magical event for us. I needed Vanessa's help with a special surprise that I wanted to give to our daughter and her fiancee. With one Email, Vanessa located the group of people to make this happen.
Our event was even more special and professional then we could have ever imagined. Vanessa executed everything flawlessly. Towards the end of the evening, Vanessa left the event in the very capable hands of her assistant, Elodie. Elodie was so sweet and kind and made sure everything continued on without Vanessa.
Storybook Planning and Design is definitely a must for anyone looking to plan a Vegas wedding, You will not be disappointed. We will never forget the work that Vanessa did to make this event spectacular.
What a wonderful experience we had working with Vanessa! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, down to the smallest detail - we received so many compliments. Everything on the day ...
of the ceremony went as smoothly as could be, and we were able to really relax and enjoy such an amazing day. In the beginning, we had ideas of trying to plan our own wedding. It didn't take long to realize we were in way over our heads. Full planning relieves a lot of stress and anxiety, and ensures the process is fun instead of a headache. Also, we really loved all our vendors, and ended up with much better matches for things like photography than we would have arranged on our own. For us, full planning was one of those things where it's harder to see the value until you go through the process, and then in hindsight realize what a good investment it was.

ig day in the middle of a pandemic. I needed someone that would allow my vision, have my best interest and guide me during the planning process. If your budget allows it, full-service planning/design is the way to go! Vanessa is professional, efficient, precise and very intuitive with her couples. I knew at our first meeting that I made the right choice with her. No matter the issue or crisis, Vanessa was so patient and understanding.
I ran into a dead end with my design idea for the ceremony and reception. Vanessa stepped in and met us at the venue and designed an exceptional reception floor plan. The ceremony lay out in my head didn't work out and she helped draw out a new one. There were little details that I never thought of and she made sure nothing was overlooked.
She was always available and she promptly replied to every email and text. We openly discussed details every step of the way and she went over contracts for every vendor I hired. She executed every detail so perfectly. On our big day, there was a lot happening and there were so many moving parts. She managed to keep everything organized and made sure the vendors were setting up as planned.
We have 3 toddlers (age 3, 1 year old twins) and she effortlessly helped with our kids and dressed our daughter in her flower girl gown. Our twin boys ran off in the distance before the processional and Vanessa took on the nanny role without hesitation.
There was so much more that happened behind the scenes that she took care of. Vanessa was the real MVP of our wedding day. We are so thankful for her and her assistant because our wedding was the BEST day of our lives!
Can I give 6 stars?! Vanessa is amazing. She is everything you need in a wedding planner. Planning your wedding is fun and a little stressful at times & having someone well versed ...
in all things wedding is a must. I can’t recommend her enough. From prompt email and message responses to encouragement when needed she is the best of the best. We planned a wedding in Vegas while living in South Carolina (having never been to Vegas lol I know, it was a leap of faith) and I know with certainty that we would have pulled our hair out had we not worked with Vanessa. She did phone calls with us right away to start planning and was right by my side on the day of. So thankful for Vanessa & think everyone should work with her!! Thank you again for every little and big thing.
Five stars does not do them justice! Planning a destination wedding is no small task. Sprinkle in a pandemic and travel restrictions, and it’s practically impossible. Storybook sat...
on the preferred vendors list of the ceremony venue I’d already secured myself. Planner and Designer Vanessa Naumann was quick to reach out and schedule a call to determine where the could be of service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. She made sure she had a clear understanding of my vision and helped me ‘bake out’ ideas where I was neutral but needed to pull the trigger. Every vendor she recommended was top notch and within my budgeted amount. Her follow up with the vendors and myself was impeccable. When the day finally came for what was to be an outdoor wedding, the sky suddenly opened to freezing temperatures, heavy wind and rain, just as we arrived at the venue. Sitting in the limo, minutes from the ceremony starting, I could tell my bridesmaids were concerned for me, for the outcome of the entire day. But, I was oddly calm. Having seen Vanessa’s work ethic through the planning process, I had full faith she would somehow make it work. She pulled off what I can only describe as a miracle. In a matter of minutes (not exaggerating), she was able to shift to the most perfect indoor barn at Eldorado Canyon. And, you’d think I was lying, but a rainbow appeared over my shoulder just as the ceremony started, which she captured on her cell phone (a sign from my sweet mom in heaven). Vanessa was invested in every last detail as though it was her own wedding. And for that, I’ll eternally be grateful! I cannot recommend Vanessa and Storybook enough. If you choose them, everything else will fall into place, allowing you the a stress free day of memories that will last a lifetime!
I wasn’t local to the area so having a wedding planner was a must for me. I knew Vanessa was ‘the one’ after the first phone call with her! She was extremely professional, persona...
ble, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! She responded to all of my emails/texts/phone calls promptly, including the day she gave birth to her child (no joke). Vanessa truly went above and beyond, even offering to directly speak to/answer any questions my mother and mother-in-law had, help my sister plan my bachelorette party, or schedule tee times for the groom (just to name a few things)! I am eternally grateful to her and would recommend her 1000x over. She was worth every penny and then some! I honestly could not have done it without her. Not only was her expertise invaluable, but I loved working with her and the friendship we formed. Vanessa, thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart!
My wife and I both found Vanessa to be incredibly professional, enthusiastic and efficient. Being “out of towners”, and attempting to plan our wedding from 2500 miles across the co...
untry, it was paramount to us that we find someone who was not only efficient, but who also knew the area, out wedding location and had the ability and and motivation to organize what we needed so that when we arrived, everything was squared away. She exceeded out expectations, and from the beginning until the last moment, she stood by us, and continually made sure that everything was running smoothly, and that we were both happy (well fed!) calm, and comfortable. We both highly recommend Vanessa!

I continued to add things to our big day with 170 out-of-town guests, the coordinating began to get overwhelming. On top of that we had difficulty with the venue, which had promised to handle everything for us. When we decided to bring in Vanessa at Storybook events, we were getting pretty stressed out. From the first moment that she spoke with us via phone, she put us at ease. We thought, "if she can manage a troupe of travelling circus performers, a wedding would be a piece of cake for her. "It proved to be just that. The wedding was a smash hit for our families and our guests. Everyone said, “Best. Wedding. Ever.” For every, hiccup, mistake, or question we had, Vanessa was there, including when my wife left the wedding dress in the hotel room on the day of the ceremony! She erased the mistakes we made as they happened. If I did a wedding every year, eventually I would figure out where the stress points are and I could make it run smoothly on my own. Since I have no experience planning a wedding and don’t plan to have another wedding, it was a no-brainer to hire Vanessa. If you are reading this… you should too.
We contacted Vanessa as a day-of-coordinator 3 weeks before our wedding, realizing that there was no way we could pull off a 170 person wedding without a coordinator. Vanessa is an...
amazing person who delivered 500% the level of help I thought we needed. She not only SAVED our wedding day, but she made it SO much better than we could have ever imagined.
She is the most calm and organized person, took charge of all of our wedding day details and vendors immediately, made sure we kept to a timeline on final decisions, and executed the day with complete perfection. Late changes didn’t phase her one bit, she’s completely on top of every single detail and nuance leading up to the event, and was incredibly vigilant throughout the event.
She has strong intuition and foresight which means she’s always 10 steps ahead of us. She could sense when we were about to make a weird decision and magically guided us to a place of best decisions without ever being pushy. For example, I planned to have the wedding rehearsal in my hotel room and she rallied us to have it at the venue which helped the actual ceremony go without a single hiccup.
I had opted out of linen and chair upgrades my venue offered because of the cost. Vanessa understood why we made this decision and connected us with her own vendor contacts who provided us a discount so we were able to have a truly beautiful reception at a fraction of what our venue tried to charge us. I even forgot to bring my wedding dress to the venue and she quickly drove back to our hotel for me like it was no big deal. Even during our couples photos, she made sure I was attended to, holding my dress and styling my train so our photos would look great.
We love Vanessa so much! Our only regret is not reaching out to her earlier in our planning process. Our wedding, guests, and happiness were her sole priority. She is seriously an angel and a wonderful person to work with. We recommend other couples consider working with her with our whole hearts.
Vanessa literally saved my wedding. When I first picked my venue, I thought I had scored. Little did I know that that venue would be so difficult to work with/accommodate my needs....
Every coordinator I talked to did not feel comfortable taking on such huge task of working with my venue. Luckily, an angel named Vanessa came to my rescue. Let me just say that the wedding of my dreams would not have been possible without Vanessa's help. She is the definition of a true Wonder Woman. She literally gave birth a month before my wedding and still ROCKED it. My wedding day was so blissful and everything came out PERFECT. She was always on top of things and it was so easy to communicate with her. If I had a question about anything, if there was a worry, if I wanted a different point of view, she was always a call/text/email away. Vanessa truly went above and beyond and never made me feel pressured/worried about a single detail. She brought awareness to a lot of my blindspots and for that I am very grateful, as my wedding day wouldn't have flowed as smoothly as it did if I didn't take her tips into consideration. I would HIGHLY recommend having a wedding coordinator for your big day, and if you do, make sure it's Vanessa. She is extremely experienced, very professional, super sweet & caring, and overall such an amazing human being. I am so grateful that I met her because not only did I get the best coordinator for my big day, but I also got a lifetime friend.

ook Weddings that I realized that I had found a gem. She was a exactly what I needed! Her attention to the details was amazing, and she helped me think two steps ahead with all the details to come.
