We had some delicious bison at a barbecue that was catered by Bison Battalion. The meat was excellent, but so were the sides... a cole slaw that featured pine nuts and baked beans ...that contained multiple types of beans. The cookies were great, too!
The folks who brought the food were friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves as well.
