es themselves looked beautiful, my experience with their customer service was incredibly disappointing and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress leading up to my wedding. All of my bridesmaids wore the Eileen dress. One bridesmaid initially ordered the wrong size and exchanged it for a smaller one. The replacement dress was shipped, but we were told the delivery address was "invalid" and that it could not be delivered. After spending several days on the phone with Birdy Grey, we were assured they would re-attempt delivery. Instead, the dress was returned to their warehouse. Once the dress arrived back at their warehouse, we were told the style was sold out and there was nothing they could do. This was extremely frustrating because the dress had already been shipped to my bridesmaid, so it was difficult to understand why it couldn't simply be sent back to her once the address issue was resolved. Instead, they suggested completely different dress styles that did not match the rest of the bridal party. I tried to personally reach out to Birdy Grey multiple times hoping they would help us find a solution, but I ultimately received no response. The only resolution they offered to my bridesmaid was a refund for the dress that they failed to deliver. There was no attempt to remedy the situation or assist us in finding a matching replacement. Thankfully, we were able to order a nearly identical dress from Azazie, and it matched perfectly. While the rest of the Birdy Grey dresses looked great, the lack of communication, customer service, and willingness to resolve the issue left me extremely disappointed. I would be hesitant to recommend Birdy Grey to future brides because if something goes wrong with your order, don't expect much support in resolving it.

lost in transit. Customer service repeatedly assured me the packages would arrive, downplayed my concerns, and pushed blame onto the carrier, even after I asked for proactive help. I have spent countless hours contacting both Birdy Grey and the Gofo (their horrible carrier of choice) customer service line with no resolution. They agreed to rush ship out a replacement dress from their US-Based warehouse (all other dresses were made and shipped from China) but the dress I ordered was not in stock so they’re sending out a dress in a random style that matches the wedding’s colors, which, in my eye, is not a fair solution. Given that the wedding is approaching, I am left with no other options. I’m extremely frustrated that a company specializing in weddings, a highly time-sensitive industry, does not take responsibility for lost shipments or provide reliable fulfillment.

s very enjoyable, but for me as the bride ordering free swatches made my choice way easier. The dresses (matte satin in lemon sorbet) photographed so beautifully in both the daylight and in the evening. So happy all across the board! So much so that my maid of honor getting married is now going to use Birdy Grey as well!
