le. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue was that they only host one wedding per weekend. Out of all the venues we toured in NEPA, they were the only ones who offered that level of dedication. Knowing we were their sole priority made all the difference, and throughout the entire weekend, we truly felt like we were. The experience began on Friday when we brought our decorations and alcohol to the venue and held our rehearsal. There was never a feeling of being rushed. Everything was relaxed, organized, and focused entirely on us. On Saturday morning, my bridesmaids and I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and had the entire bridal suite to ourselves. Karen provided breakfast and lunch while we got ready, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bridal suite was beautiful, comfortable, and had incredible lighting. Even our hair and makeup team was impressed. The guys had their own apartment complete with a poker table, bar, cornhole, fishing pond, and plenty of space to relax. What truly sets this venue apart is Karen and Jess. They handled every detail. Before the wedding, they asked about our colors, style, and decorating preferences and showed us an incredible collection of décor already available. We only purchased a few personalized items, and they combined those with their décor to bring our vision to life better than we ever imagined. The food was phenomenal. Karen and Jess prepared everything from cocktail hour to dinner, and our guests could not stop talking about it. The dessert display was extensive, beautiful, and far beyond our expectations. Jess coordinated every aspect of the day flawlessly. She worked closely with our officiant, photographers, and vendors, directed us to beautiful photo locations around the property, and even drove us around in a golf cart. Everything stayed on schedule without us ever having to think about it. The greatest gift they gave us was peace of mind. I can honestly say I did not stress about a single thing on our wedding day. Karen and Jess anticipated every need and handled every detail before I even had the chance to think about it. They even prepared separate meals for our vegan and celiac guests and personally checked in to make sure they had everything they needed. Even after the wedding, they continued to go above and beyond by allowing us to return on Sunday to pick up anything left behind. That level of care is rare. I can confidently say this is the best wedding venue in NEPA. Karen and Jess are not only incredibly talented, but genuinely kind people who pour their hearts into making every couple’s day perfect. Our wedding day was flawless, joyful, and completely stress-free because of them. They somehow took what was already the best day of our lives and made it even better than Kevin and I ever imagined possible. We are endlessly grateful and would recommend them a million times over. Thank you, Karen and Jess, for giving us the wedding of our dreams. We will never forget everything you did for us.

ur wedding came true. We truly appreciate the time she took to make sure our decorations and details were exactly what we wanted! Jessica’s mom was also great at answering all our questions, plus her homemade meatballs were AMAZING! Her whole team just made us feel like our wedding was the most important thing to them which meant so much to us. Needless to say we had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend Birchtown to anyone that asks!  Plus anywhere you stand, you have a beautiful view and background! 

lmark movie. My wife and I are beyond grateful and blessed to have found this venue. The location makes you feel at peace with all the terrain, the flowers, and animals. Jessica and her team were great to work with throughout the whole planning process. They are professional, organized, and detail oriented to make everything run smoothly the day of the wedding. The communication with Jessica was incredible. She is responsive and willing to listen to our ideas as well as make modifications that might be necessary. The team at Birchtown is great, everyone was so kind to us and helpful. The wedding schedule ran smoothly and we were able to take some beautiful sunset pictures. Jessica is passionate about what she does and is a great coordinator. She helped us so much along the way and turned out to be an amazing experience for all our loved ones. Highly recommend if you want a mini destination wedding outside the NY/NJ area.

was so prompt in all responses throughout the wedding planning process and did an amazing job navigating us during the wedding day so that we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Karen and her team did an incredible job with the food and guests loved it. There’s a fantastic room onsite for the bridal party and a groom suite to get ready in which made things easy already being there. The pictures turned out incredible as there are so many beautiful places on their property to take photos like a field of flowers, by farm fences, by the lake, mountains, etc. We chose it as a bit of a destination wedding as it was several hours from where we lived and all our guests were able to find lodging in the area. Our guests are still raving about the wedding and many friends and family have told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We could not recommend them more highly and are so grateful for all they did to make our day so special.

My husband and I immediately fell in love with the space. They helped us with decor and answered all of our questions. They were able to accommodate us when we had last minute changes to the menu and everything. Everyone is very communicative plus the food is great. I'm still thinking about those ribs to be honest.

re of all the details, both big and small (setting up, taking down, day of coordination) while still making the day feel like your own! They provide all of the decorations (if you wish to go that route) which really helps to cut down on the stress of the bride & groom! They are so helpful with timing, coordinating with other vendors, answering questions and getting the perfect photos! This was THE most perfect venue for our big day!
