Billy Sims BBQ offers traditional Southern BBQ that is incredibly delicious and surprisingly affordable. All of our meats are slow-smoked with pecan logs, providing a unique, sweet flavor.
Choose from standard catering packages or customize a meal so you and your guests get exactly what you want. And if any of your guests have special needs, we can offer them gluten-free, vegetarian or even vegan options.
We deliver all over Southeast Wisconsin and can set up your buffet, service it and clean up for a simple turnkey solution. One thing we don't do is require a firm commitment regarding menu and guests until two weeks before your event. That should be well after you've received all your RSVPs--so you can adjust to make sure you have enough food if your guest list grows, but aren't paying for those who can't be there.
Billy Sims BBQ is a wedding catering company based in West Bend, WI.

Hands down the best people and food. I've had at least 4 people come to me and ask for Clay's number so he can cater their events too. They honestly felt like having family around ...
and we also had leftovers for days.
