Bijou Bridal was incredible to work with and I would 100% recommend! They recommended the dress I ultimately ended up loving but did not even want to initially try on. I am so glad...
I followed their recommendation. They customized the dress and made it absolutely perfect for me on my big day. The staff was great to work with and making appointments was super easy. I cannot recommend them enough.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
I cannot stress this enough!
The seamstress is incredibly rude and ruined my dress! I had to go back 6 times before I just left with the dress and took it to a...
nother store 3 days before my wedding!
The seamstress yelled at me and my mother and was very mean. No bride should go through this!
Service was outstanding ! Very friendly and comfortable salon and took time to assist a young bride thank u Nora and assistant!!!!
Went in on a Saturday with no appointment after a horrible appointment at chic Parisien. All of the dresses seemed very reasonably priced. They had a lot of selection and the ladie...
s working there were kind and helpful.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Never buy a dress from them!!! All they care about is money, but so much in the sense that if they need to tack on $100 to your order and you have lef...
t a deposit they will refuse to continue the order until that minimal $100 is due, which is silly because I personally left 60% which is more than enough and figured They would just add it to the remainder at the end... lol ohhh but being the cheapskates that they are they refused to do so. Probably not an expierence everyone will have but if that small bs can stop a gown from being ordered and me and my husband being harassed then refusing to order it but also refusing to not refund is, seems very poorly owned. One of the worst expierences of my entire life!!! Thank GOD, I went to kleinfeld bridal!!! Now my horrific story of this Bridal Shop will be shared with all their viewers!
Lost all my deposit with them!!! Go read reviews off google! I wish I would have!!! Nasty and horrible staff
The team at Bijou Bridal in Coral Gables surpassed my expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was all smiles and cheerfulness. I was not expecting to have so much fun buying...
my wedding dress. After my purchase, the courtesy, patience and excellent sense of humor continued. I loved the attention to detail during the fittings and their excellent flexibility since I was flying in and needed alterations done a week before the wedding.
Our wedding day was about love, of course, but I could feel everyone’s excitement about my dress. I wish I could wear it every day! Thanks again, everyone for making the experience unforgettable!
Finding my dress at Bijou was no trouble. I knew exactly what I wanted to try on and bought it without hesitation. The customer service afterwards has been a nightmare. The owner t...
old me my dress would take 4 to 5 months to come in and that she would order a veil in them same shade as my dress so I could see it in store. Over 5 months go by and I have not heard anything from the store. I live two hours away so I give them a call: the girl on the other end says my dress is there but they do not call until they are ready for alterations. So time passes and I call again to schedule my first fitting. Turns out, my dress has not been delivered and they never ordered a veil. She said it takes up to 8 months for a dress which is not what I was originally told. Several weeks later they inform me that my dress has arrived. I picked it up to find multiple tears in the tulle overlay. I could not be more disappointed with my experience at Bijou. Needless to say, I will be finding my veil and doing alterations elsewhere.
The ladies at Bijou Bridal in Coral Gables made me feel like a princess every step of the way! I cant speak highly enough about the staff, because that can truly make or break your...

They have a very impressive dress selection with something for every taste and budget. If you are looking for the full (stress-free) wedding dress experience, definitely check them out!

ores and they were happy to let me come back and try the dress on again after my consultation. I didn't end up getting my dress here as I found the dress I wanted at another store, but I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

uggested I try it on and that was it! I came back the next day and purchased a gorgeous gown for less than what I had expected! The fitting was perfect!
The store offers discounts in additional items if you purchase the dress with them, so I also got a matching veil for a lot less than its original price.
