sent knowing everything was in Sue’s capable hands. Her team was incredible, attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. If I so much as turned my head, someone was there asking if I needed anything (and somehow, I always had a drink in hand!). Everyone (and I mean everyone) told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, including the waitstaff! Even my in-laws, who typically manage to find something to critique, couldn’t come up with a single note of feedback. They raved about everything: the food, service, décor, and music. My father-in-law barely left the dance floor! I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. I’m definitely a hands-on bride and probably not the easiest at times, but Sue’s expertise, experience, and patience made all the difference. She always made time for me, even on her days off, and somehow answered all 300+ of my emails promptly and thoughtfully. Sue is incredibly well-connected and respected in the industry, and it shows. She pulled off things I didn’t even think were possible: extending our venue and band an extra hour and getting us a photo booth, all free of charge! To this day, I have no idea how she did it. We also chose Beth’s Flowers as our florist and the flowers were beyond stunning. The arrangements in front of the stage were lush, overflowing, and breathtaking. I had envisioned greenery climbing all the way up the ceremony columns, and even though I was told it couldn’t be done, Sue made it happen. She was also very accommodating with some last-minute floral changes I requested just a week before the wedding. Sue and her team made our day truly unforgettable. My husband and I still refer to it as the perfect day and we have Sue to thank for that.

ure everything was perfect. A meeting was set up for me to come to the shop and she wasn’t there and didn’t tell her staff I was coming. Day of the wedding, our flowers were not delivered to our chapel and no one from her staff was answering. The delivery people showed up 3 minutes before the ceremony started and left flowers on the floor. Will never recommend or use again.

bouquets. Having a destination wedding we heavily focused on vendor reviews to help us decide which ones to book with. Unfortunately, the contract did not match our conversation or the photos I had sent for my bridesmaid bouquets. I called the morning of my wedding after the flowers were delivered and no one apologized they just said look at your contract. Thankfully I do not care enough about flowers but for those who might I would make sure you review the contract and that It aligns to EXACTLY what you are looking for.

Sue was very accommodating the entire process; we had ordered an arch for the ceremony but the location for the ceremony had to be changed and she made us a new arch for the location without hesitation. It was such a pleasure to work with Sue and I would recommended her to anyone!

Since this was a destination wedding, it was particularly important to have someone reliable like Beth's to prepare and coordinate everything that was needed for the ceremony/reception venue. Beth's was only retained three months in advance of the wedding. No florist could have done it better with a year's notice. Their professionalism and the end result were unparalleled.

uets were absolutely gorgeous. Shannon put together multiple contracts when I kept forgetting people to give bouts and bouquets to! They had awesome ideas about how to decorate (bud vases were gorgeous and Shannon recommended). The delivery gentlemen were so sweet. Absolutely thrilled with Beth’s!

hour she even pulled a game time decision and decided we should decorate the fountain we were married in front of rather than use an arch. It turned out so beautiful, better than I could have ever dreamed. Sue also helped plan and execute our big day. As an introverted and shy bride, there was nobody better than Sue to pull me out of my shell and get me excited about this once in a lifetime moment. I am forever grateful for her expertise and guidance.

Sue and Rachel were with us on our wedding day making sure everything went smoothly. us, which may be ideal for most but was problematic at times for us, as we wanted to be more involved in the process. Emails were unorganized, with new threads being started for every change or issue, and one-line responses to our multiple questions or requests, making it hard to maintain clear communication. When we pointed this out, or raised any other concerns, we were often met with excuses, resistance, or even aggression. That being said, these communication tactics seemed to work well with vendors, as Sue (the self-proclaimed “bulldog”) worked tirelessly to make sure things came together before our big day. She had multiple suggestions to make our wedding more “New Orleans-y” that we appreciated, and her team worked wonders on the day of the wedding to adjust things to our liking and keep us both comfortable. In the end, all the stress of working with Sue leading up to the wedding was worth it as our wedding weekend exceeded our expectations and dreams. I’m just not sure if it would have felt 100% like our wedding if we wouldn’t have spoken up for the facets we felt strongly about. Regarding flowers, the arrangements were beautiful, though there were some differences to what we requested including plastic greenery used in the bridal bouquet. When we were examining this during the preview (all brides are required to drive out to Metairie and confirm flower choices 24 hours in advance), Sue snapped that we shouldn’t touch the flowers as we would make them brown, and when we questioned the greenery, stated that they were all natural flowers, which was obviously false. We wouldn’t have minded having some fake pieces to make things look uniform, but we didn’t appreciate being barked at (and lied to). TLDR: Sue is hard-working and pulls together a great wedding, just be ready to "fight" through sub-par communication and pushy "advice"
