Best Of Times Professional DJs & Entertainers

guests! Nick was great with helping us come up with songs when we were stuck! Everyone loved his energy and the group song he sang to get the party started!

experienced, and my husband and I agree. From the very first phone call, we knew we were working with experienced professionals. John sent us a thorough information and question packet which helped us plan every detail, including a lot of things we weren't even thinking about. He worked seamlessly with our vendors and when we showed up on the day of our wedding, everything was in place and perfect. Make sure to check "Yes" for the interact with guests question on the survey because you will be absolutely blown away. John got every single one of our tables engaged and on to the dance floor with singalongs, competitions, and the BEST props. We knew our day was going to be great, but we couldn't have ever expected the amount of fun we and every one of our guests would have. Thank you John, you helped us have the perfect party!

any event looking for a DJ!

attended, and we believe this was thanks to Best of Times. From bringing toys and props for all of our guests, old and young, to playing a wonderful selection of music, they really hit all of the marks. Even planning leading up to the big day was comprehensive and really, a breeze. An important added bonus for both of us was also that Best of Times is LGBTQ+ friendly. We would truly recommend this company over and over. Friendly, professional, thorough, considerate and so much fun, you can't go wrong!

eat personality and professionalism, and everything was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, John! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

he was.

also able to celebrate with John during my sisters wedding. We had no doubt that everyone would get onto that dance floor with all the props they had to offer. We had lots of laughs while interacting with our guests & the variety of music was excellent! Best of Times was so easy to work with and they are a blast!

one of the best decisions I made for my day. John is not only personable but his attention to detail and professionalism is next level. He orchestrated our ceremony music, as well as our reception and listened to our every wish, as well as made wonderful suggestions we would have never thought of ourselves. Our wedding was in November 2019 and to this day, our friends and family still rave about two things, the food and the music, which was our entire goal. Thank you John and team! 10/10 would recommend!

John and his assistant were great. He kept our guests dancing and and provided lots of great props that our guest truly loved and had fun with. My favorite thing John did was take a song from my dinner play list That's Amore and made it special and made up little papers for the tables with the words and incorporated it into a fun sing along with the guests. Such a wonderful fun touch!!!! Overall I would highly recommend Best of Time's DJs for your next event .

ned our contract and had no issue. John played all of the music we requested and had so many light up props to keep the party going all night long. Everybody kept telling us how much fun they had and the amazing energy felt at the event. I cannot recommend them enough!

ays. Let's start with the positives: - All of the equipment worked without any glitches -The guests consistently stayed on the dance floor -They have great recommendations for all the different parts of the wedding ceremony (processional, recessional, introduction of the couple) -I have some truly crazy family members that are honestly a bit unstable, and one of the two guys with BOTDJs spent a very large amount of time dancing with, talking with, and just overall keeping very good control of these 2 family members. It was not part of their job at all but they did it consistently and it really helped the night by a lot Negatives: The general idea is that we spent an incredibly long time filling out this extensive form BOTDJs requires you to fill out. It has family names, order of operations, requested songs, last dance song, do not play list, etc. Our DJ definitely had that form, and we discussed this on the phone not once but twice to ensure he had all the songs on the list, but then they royally messed up multiple things -Right before our ceremony started, with all of our guests sitting there, he had a VERY explicit song playing along the lines of "open dat ass up bitch"...NOT great. -We got completely blindsided - he had this whole weird sing-along to That's Amore, for which he put sing-along cards on every table and he asked all of our guests to sing along to this song. And he NEVER TOLD US HE WAS GOING TO DO THIS. We just started dancing to it a minute in because it was awkward and confusing. I get having fun with a wedding, but you should NOT blindside the couple with wedding-wide sing-alongs without checking that it's okay first -He did NOT play most of the songs we requested, including the ones where we said they HAD to be played (culturally important songs). We also put on the form "no country music" and like the 10th song of the night was country. So it's weird when he doesn't play the songs we say need to be played, but does play the songs we ask him not to play. To be clear, we did have a Russian-American wedding so there were some unusual song requests, but he specifically said he had the songs we wanted then ended up not playing the majority of them.  -At the end of the night they came up and asked "hey is there a last song you want to play", despite the fact that we had written all of this down on their super long form! Like, what was the point of us doing that very long form if you're not going to even read it?! The DJ then said "now for our last song of the night" and played....New York. And asked everyone to circle around us and do the rockette kick. I'm not kidding. THEN he said "now for our last dance of the night" and finally played our last dance song.  So yeah, there were just a LOT of weird moments, not honoring our requests, blindsiding us with schticks that we wouldn't have said yes to if asked. The party succeeded despite the DJs, not thanks to them. They were very nice, and they went above and beyond for the party itself, but their base level job as DJs we are not very happy with. If we had to choose again we would go with a different company.

our experience with Brett. Best of Times was great to work with and were happy to answer the numerous questions i had about the sequence of events for the reception. they always responded promptly when unable to answer the phone (which didn't happen often, they always picked up!). Great company to work with and i HIGHLY recommend them to any newlyweds looking to make their wedding unforgettable.

had a fantastic time! John was so accommodating and easy to work with before and on the day of. The greatest bonus was all the light up props they handed out to guests! It made for an elevated party and all the kids and adults loved it. They also did a contest where one of our guests won a discount or full (I am not sure) services! Best of Times is both affordable but also well worth the money and experience. I strongly recommend them!

ment of the guests into the entertainment. The "competition" between the different tables and all the props handed out on the dance floor made the night even more fun! The music was exactly what we asked for. Best of Times did a perfect job! I would highly recommend them for your next event!

ith your services, your staff’s friendliness & professionalism surpassed our expectations. Our relatives & friends are still talking about how much fun & a wonderful time they had. You had every guests on the dance floor dancing & excited with your many surprises. You are by far the best (always) DJ we have come across. We sincerely thank you for all the effort you put into making our wedding ceremony & reception a memorable event. We have already recommended your service to close friends of ours looking for a DJ service. Job well done Best of Times DJ!

ighly recommend. I can’t wait to plan my next even just to hire him again.

lled prior to the event to make sure everything was taken care of. Not sure if she knew my 83-year-old mother would pull her up for a dance 💃. Fun. The sound system and the lighting were great. The Music selection was right on for our group. I did not know they would have props which were a lot of fun for all. I would definitely recommend best of times DJ service for any event

ests all night that he was doing a phenomenal job. We absolutely would use him again if we had the chance. He kept everyone dancing all night.

ad multiple guests (during the ceremony and after) tell us how much they enjoyed the DJ and what a great time they were having. Aly played music that we requested (we were pretty vague only giving a few songs but mostly genres). She was able to play music that kept us and our guests on the dance floor till the reception ended!

yson Leisey, she worked with us in all aspects of the wedding from pre-ceremony music through the main event! Alyson made herself available for all and any questions, wasn't afraid of suggestions and she ran a great party! If you are looking at these guys, go for it! John Estrada and his crew have been in the business for a while. Unlike other DJs their price is fair, they know what information you need to come up with before you even think about it and there are back ups to the back ups! We had a lot of guests compliment our DJ! Joh nsent extra party favours for the dance floor, and Alyson led a fun non-country line dance that everyone joined in. Most of all--and I cannot emphasize this enough--these guys can read a crowd and will keep the party going as long as you allow them. We will definitely be contacting them for any other parties and events we throw in the future!

ositive energy he brought to the occasion! We highly recommend!!

play basically anything you ask for, but he made helpful suggestions as well. My guests are still telling me what a good time they had at our reception.

are very thorough in guiding you to select music. Our guests had a blast, and the dance floor was overflowing all night!!

finitely refer them to others.

edding reception was one of the best I have been to thanks to John. He not only played music, he entertained through out the reception, getting everyone on the dance floor all night. The props were were so much fun! Everyone I spoke to after the wedding commented on how awesome the DJ was. Thank you John and team! You were amazing and I would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for a D.J.

ensuring that John is your DJ for your upcoming wedding! John and his team were extremely responsive throughout the process, and he took the time to meet with us leading up to the wedding to get a feel for our taste(s) in music. My now-husband and I have completely different music preferences, and John was able to find a happy medium that kept both us and our guests on the dance floor all night! John and his assistant were professional and friendly with all of our guests - they checked in with us to ensure that the volume was just right and were more than happy to play any song that I asked for throughout the night. They even had a friendly competition going between our tables throughout the evening, and our guests are still talking about the props and costumes that they brought with them! Thank you to John and Best of Times for a wonderful experience!

a phone a few weeks before to go over our choices and timeline. Allison was professional, friendly and attentive to our requests and tastes. People loved the activities that Allison did and the props distributed. Multiple people (of multiple generations) told me they loved the music selection! The only reason we didn’t give five stars was because the speaker malfunctioned at the end of the reception, which Allison tried to fix but didn’t have the right equipment. Other than that, it was great to work with Best of Times!

mes to a good DJ. When we invited people to the wedding, he would often 'remind' them that they need to get up and dance. John was amazing and going with the flow (our dinner was about 30 minutes delayed so everything else was 30 minutes delayed) and when we were given an extra 30 minutes of time from the venue, he stayed and kept the party going. He was great at interacting with the crowd and he had so many props to give out. My wedding day was also my grandmothers birthday and he had an inflatable cake and we all sang happy birthday to her. I cannot say enough wonderful things about John and Best of Times. Hire them, you will not regret it!

eryone loved them. So many people came up to us the days and weeks after are wedding saying it was the most fun they have had at a wedding. Johns assistant (I forget his name) was also helpful and made sure all the guests were involved. Alyson was also great to work with during the planning process. My sister used him and my brother may use him too. I️ would recommend him in a heartbeat.

n the dance floor having fun! Thank you so much for making our day so special!

ops they handed out through out the night. I would hire them again in a minute.

spoke directly with John Estrada and he was the DJ for my wedding. He is very easy to communicate with, listened to my ideas, and was professional in all ways. The wedding reception was an absolute blast! John knew how to keep the crowd alive and on the dance floor. Thank you John for leading the best night of my life, it was an absolute pleasure working with you! Highly recommend Best of Times to any couple!

s one vendor leading up to our wedding we felt the most secure working with. As you can imagine, how important that is during the wedding planning process! John was always very responsive to my questions leading up to our big day. He reached out to me to review exactly what we wanted. Speaking with our other vendors, I was impressed to hear that John contacted them as well prior to introduce himself and coordinate anything with them that may be needed. John had the perfect mix of playing our requests, while also being able to read the crowd spontaneously throughout the evening to keep the dance floor going! We received so many compliments from our guests how great our DJ was during and continuously after our wedding! John himself came up to my mother and grandmother along with myself during the reception to make sure we were enjoying everything and okay with the volume of the music. This is just one example how the Best of Times went above and beyond our expectations and showed a tremendous amount of professionalism. Thank you to the Best of Times for making our wedding so amazing!

all ages. He was engaging with our guests. He checked in with us and our parents several times throughout our reception to ensure everything was going well. We had so many compliments from our guest on the music and engagement of the guests. We are so happy we chose Best of Times for our wedding. You made our day that much better!

hat we had wanted. 1 week prior to the wedding my DJ, Nick Foley got in contact with us and he was fantastic, we spoke on the phone several times leading up to our day and gave me his cell number so i could text him about any changes or questions (which I did!!) Day of Nick arrived very early to set everything up for the ceremony and then the Reception, the music choices were perfect, he listened to exactly what we had in mind. Even when i couldn't figure certain things out he gave awesome suggestions. I highly recommend Best of Times and Nick! the prices are affordable, the services is wonderful and they make you feel incredibly loved!

music.

ght a ton of props with him. At first I was a little skeptical about the props, but all of our guests ended up loving them! They were very fun and made for some great pictures. By the end of the night, the dance floor was packed and everyone had a blast!

all night.

rd time. It was awesome how interactive he was with our wedding guests and even kept people entertained during dinner. You can tell he really does enjoy doing his job. The props were a great touch and our ring bearer especially loved them. At the end of the night everybody was asking for his contact information.

ed and really allowed us to have fun on our wedding day. I would recommend him to anyone getting married, he made me feel like I was in great hands and accommodated everything even our ceremony! Thank you so much!!

Js dressed to impress, set up at the church and the reception hall, and made me feel special all day long! These guys had so many tricks up their sleeves...most of my guests said this was the best wedding they had ever been to! Before hand, John sent me his music book to choose my tunes for the reception. I maybe put 10 songs on that I would love to hear and then left the rest up to him. I DEFINITELY was NOT disappointed with his mix. If I could do it all over again, I would bring in Best of Times again and again! If you are in this area and want the best night of your life, do not consider any other DJ's! Five stars and a HUGE thank you to Best of Times. I highly recommend these guys to every bride!

as. Very reasonably priced. John and his assistant even saved the night with letting a bridal party member borrow his screwdriver to fix his entrance costume!! We also booked the photobooth through best of times, and we received even more compliments on that!!! It was an awesome booth, best I've ever seen! And many compliments to the staff who ran it; they were super helpful and made sure every shot was perfect! I would highly recommend this company.
