Best Made Videos®

our wedding, we were so pleased by his natural ease of working with our photographer and other vendors and family seamlessly and also providing us direction and guidance without issue. He really cared about how myself and my husband were doing throughout the day and took some beautiful images and videos. Would recommend him to anyone needing videography services. His turnaround time for our videos was shockingly fast and his work is beautiful. We’re so happy we booked with him to keep these memories for a lifetime!

h forever. Having never worked with a videographer before, we didn't know what to expect. Reid seamlessly worked alongside our photographers while never making us feel self-conscious that we were on camera. We really can't recommend Reid and Best Made Videos enough. Thank you so much!!!

nd Slovak ceremony at night). He ended up coordinating with our photographer ahead of the wedding day which was a pleasant surprise and the two of them worked together to make all our photo+video needs go smoothly. He would often go above and beyond, such as jumping in during family photos to manage guests, and help make sure everyone was smiling and not in the way. We had multiple guests point out what a great energy Reid brought to the whole day! His turn around time for our videos were super quick, and being able to have a full recording of our ceremonies to share with family abroad was amazing. He was also super communicative leading up to, during, and after the wedding so we knew exactly what to expect. Don’t hesitate to book Reid, you really won’t regret it!

how flexible and easy going he was throughout the entire process. He listened to what we wanted and made sure it happened. Reid was there to catch every special moment on film, from the small moments to the big. We love how he edited the end video, it was better than we even imagined. We are so happy with it and love showing it off! All my friends and family are so impressed. It’s such a special keepsake from the most important day of your life. Thank you so much Reid for making our happily ever after a memory to last forever.

icing during the initial discussion, prompt communication throughout the planning process, and amazing experience on the day of. He had a detailed questionnaire that prompted us to talk through things we hadn’t thought about in terms of things we wanted to capture for the video. On the day of, he arrived early and had everything all setup while we were still getting ready. He worked seamlessly well with our photographer (who was directing all the shots) and made it feel like he wasn’t even there while still being able to capture everything that was on our list. Reid finished the video within a week after the wedding and the product was amazing and captured everything that was on our list! We would highly recommend Reid for your wedding photographer!

and extremely easy to work with. The videos he produced of the entire wedding day were outstanding !!!!! Thank you Reid for being there with us that day. Your videos are priceless to our family.

professional and easy to get along with! Not to mention, he has a super quick turn around! Look no further, do yourself a favor and book Reid!

ould value hearing the sounds of our loved ones voices for years to come. It was then obvious we should proceed with Best Made Videos. Reid is professional, and has clearly been doing this work for a long time. Prior to the wedding, he was thorough in his survey about what kind of music we wanted associated with the video, who we should be seen with, and prioritizing which scenes to capture - and he delivered! Reid was also careful to capture what mattered while staying in the background so our guests could be natural. We love the drone footage of our scenic venue captured before the event, and transitions and sound quality of the video are exceptional.

its turned out!! Deanna & Jason

that he sends to his couples prior to the wedding to get a sense of what was important to us and what we wanted him to capture and prioritize about our wedding day. He was fun to work with on our wedding day and was able to capture the essence of our wedding with a beautiful, well-made product that we will cherish forever. We got to pick our own music, and once we did that, the turnaround for getting our video was super quick. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends looking for an awesome videographer!

featured great footage of us and our guests. Reid captured all of our toasts and our ceremony in great detail. Our highlight reel included everything we asked for and more; we had great shots of ourselves and our guests at the reception. The videos captured all the unique touches that we put into our wedding and really highlighted the venue for both the ceremony and the reception. We also did a live stream of our wedding for those who couldn’t make it, and the quality was perfect. There was nothing more we could have asked for in a videographer for our wedding day and we would strongly recommend Reid to anyone looking for someone to record footage of their big day.

avorite vendor. He was flexible in working with us on our contract scope, incredibly responsive over email, and had very helpful suggestions along the way. The day of our wedding we even told him he was our favorite vendor because he’s just so darn nice and easy to work with. Because I really like Reid, I sincerely wish I could say we were happy with the quality of the videos. Unfortunately, that’s just not the case. For the ceremony live stream, there were two big issues: 1) live stream camera angles that highlighted the parking lot rather than the gorgeous greenhouse, trees, or the canal and 2) turning the groom's mic on too soon so that private conversations were live streamed. For the video guest book, it did not look professional AT ALL. The entries had poor lighting, inconsistent audio, and an ugly background. The video guest book was supposed to have a background in front of a large window with trees and the canal as the backdrop. This information was sent to Reid from our wedding planners 11 days before the wedding. Unfortunately, on our wedding day of there was a miscommunication and Reid set up in a poorly lit corner that prominently featured the parking lot, the thermostat, and the fire alarm. I know that this was only partially his fault (my understanding is that our planners screwed up and directed him to set up there), but it was a huge disappointment and we wish he would have spoken up and adhered to our original game plan. In addition to the lighting and the ugly background, during some of the video guest book entries you can see the videographer adjusting the microphone stand. There were also several audio issues where the microphone (provided by Best Made Videos) appears to cut out halfway through the video entry. In summary, as much as Reid is the nicest guy and I sincerely wish him the best, I would never trust him to capture once-in-a-lifetime video memories again.

lanning process. I've already gotten the video footage and it's only been a few weeks! Going through all the clips helped me re-live the wonderful night and also see the little details that I missed!

nd fun throughout the process. From our first inquiry, to special requests after our wedding, he was always very patient and quick to help us understand our options. Their detailed survey helped us figure out what we wanted to capture and how we wanted to remember our wedding day. We didn't want people to feel like they were being followed around, so we were relieved that Reid was very engaged, but low key, and quick to make our family and friends feel comfortable. Being a gay couple, we also wanted to make sure our vendors (especially photographer and videographer) didn't make heteronormative assumptions or asks of us. Reid was completely inclusive and didn't make us feel at all like we had to play the roles of "bride" and "groom". After the wedding, the turnaround was very quick - only a couple of weeks to get our highlights video, full ceremony, and raw footage. When we asked for a special customized edit of some of the clips, Reid turned it around in a week during peak wedding season. We would definitely recommend Best Made Video for your videography needs.

nteractions with them and needed to find a new videographer asap. Reid came highly recommended and by some miracle was available on our day! He was professional, organized and a breeze to work with! And of course, our video turned out amazing and he had it to us in record time! We are so happy we have a lifelong moments of our special day. We highly recommend Reid for your video needs!!

ghting fast! He did an outstanding job on our wedding video. I wanted specific parts of the toasts to be included, but couldn’t remember the exact. He read my mind and used exactly what I would have picked. In addition to the highlight video, he included the full ceremony and toasts as well as dances and other parts throughout the day. He worked well with our photographer, Joanna Monger - they were a great team!

and thought it would distract from the day and make us uncomfortable, but our parents insisted. Having Matt and the team there was the best thing we would have ever asked for. They made it a comfortable experience and we even forgot for most of the day that the camera was even there. We got a video back very quickly, it was fun to come home from our honeymoon and be able to watch it and reflect on the week we had. I highly recommend Best Made Videos for your wedding.

eks in advance so everyone was well prepared and I was instantly able to watch the stream after, which was SO nice to watch the next day over breakfast. It was shot beautifully and the audio is so clear… I wasn’t sure it would be worth the money but it really was. Couldn’t recommend enough!

mic, he was flexible with our 3 times rescheduled wedding date and very patient. On-time the day of, very professional, never got in the way, and created something we will be able to cherish! The turnaround time for the package was SO fast. If you're looking for a videographer, he's your guy!

ady, our first look, venue shots, and our send off. This was one of the best decisions we made and are grateful that he was able to capture all of our special moments for us to be able to look back on in the years to come. We would highly recommend Best Made Video for your wedding videography!

y happy with the finished products he created for us! The style and quality were exactly what we were hoping for and we highly recommend using his videography to capture your event!

o our big day and worked with us to capture and showcase exactly what we were looking for! Reid is very friendly and was a great partner throughout the process and even helped us find a photographer after our original photographer cancelled on us. If you are wondering if it is worth it to hire a videographer it 100% is and we cannot thank Reid enough for all his hard work!

and laughed all over again. Best of all we weren't even aware you were videoing during the event!

ivestream helped make our far away guests seem close. It meant so much to us!

rmal meeting with Reid and Best Made Videos, but the amount of detail and information he got from us about what we wanted for our wedding stream was fantastic. It was really clear how particular he was going to be on our behalf. He was equally particular about informing us of the cost and procedure of everything, as well as what else we were going to get for our money, which included a full hard drive of the entire recording. All things considered, Reid and his team probably ended up being the least stressful part of our wedding day, and the stream looked AMAZING. Watching it back, we got every angle we asked for, and might've been a better watching experience than being there in person. Even in a moment of panic, when we experienced a power surge and the stream cut out for a minute, the Best Made Videos team acted quietly and efficiently to sort things out, and get us up and running again. Everyone that watched only had good things to say, and I couldn't recommend Reid and Best Made Videos more highly.

ery well with all of our other vendors. Reid was willing to step in and lend a hand wherever we needed – he even helped hang our piñata! He setup and maintained the livestream, which made it so easy on our end. It was so special with our pared down wedding – everyone that wasn’t able to attend really felt included. We love our wedding highlights video so much, and we (and our family/friends) have watched it over and over! We can’t recommend Reid enough and look forward to hiring him next time we need a videographer.

rescheduling. Reid was responsive and extremely flexible. Fast forward to our wedding day on 7/24/2021 when we met them face to face for the first time. As I was stressing out about the timeline, Reid was able to keep me calm. They captured every important event at the wedding, but managed to do it in a way where all of our guests could still see. Reid had an extremely fast turn around on the highlight video and it was absolutely perfect. My family and I had happy tears through the entire thing and I've probably watched it 10 times already. We are so happy we hired Best Made Videos to capture our special day.

eeks notice and made it easy. Here's what my brother and remote best man had to say of watching on the livestream: " It was really well run - clear picture, sounds, multiple angles. It did take the edge off missing out."

would go back in the future! We both, my husband and I, love our highlight reel and ceremony videos. The editing is beautiful. Thank you so much.

go with Best Made. We definitely made the right choice! Reid was always responsive and flexible when we had to postpone due to COVID-19. They were on time and the quality of the video was amazing. The highlight video was very well put together. They were particularly able to capture the emotion of the moment when the barbershop quartet performed, as it was requested by my wife's father before he passed away. Needless to say we are very happy that we decided to get a videographer and highly recommend Best Made to be your videographer as well!

rned our video around very quickly. Our video is something I will absolutely cherish for the rest of our lives, and I am so happy I get to send it out to all of our friends and relatives who weren't able to make it due to Covid. I highly recommend working with this company!

th all the changes we had and we loved that about him!!

to re-live our wedding day. we remembered a lot, but the videos gave us a chance to see the wedding day from each others perspective. the highlight video that provides a short summary of the day has been wonderful to send to family and friends. these videos are one of my favorite keepsakes!

n them even before the big day). My wedding day was horribly planned chaos, with half of the trinkets that needed to be filmed lost, yet Reid and the team rolled with the punches and truly added a calm demeanor to an already stressful day. Pricing was excellent, especially for how involved this company is. The video and audio came out perfect. They had my videos back fast too! I highly recommend Best Made Videos to anyone looking for stress-free videography. Having worked with Reid now, I want to assure anyone looking to book Best Made that he will go above and beyond to make his customers happy. Knowledgeable, experienced, BMVs will not disappoint.

cipant felt as if they were a part of the special service. I can't stop watching the recorded event Reid beautifully put together.

ding planning was turned on its head. A couple of weeks before our wedding we made the painful decision to significantly downsize the event. Our 150+ person wedding was now down to 30. Meaning, many loved ones would no longer be able to share in our wedding day. That is when we contacted Reid. During our first conversation, Reid demonstrated empathy and a willingness to get to work on our behalf. Within days, he scheduled a Zoom meeting to get to know us and what we wanted help with. Of primary importance, was live steaming the event so grandparents, aunts/uncles and friends could share in our special day in real-time. Reid confidently assured us he could make this happen, which took so much pressure off my wife and me. Fast-forward to our wedding day. Reid, and his assistant, were very timely and professional. They were inconspicuous as they set up their equipment and in no time, our wedding was being live streamed on YouTube for our friends and family who were not able to be there with us in person. By all accounts, the live stream worked perfectly. Family and friends were able to see and hear the ceremony without a hitch. Moreover, my wife and I barely even noticed them during the ceremony. They were very discrete. Reid also recorded the entire ceremony, reception, toasts, etc. He created a fabulous highlight video and provided raw footage that we will be able to relive for years to come. Thank you so much for everything, Reid. I hope more and more people use your services in the future. I cannot imagine they will regret it.

so happy we went with this company.

g to put together due to limitations on gatherings, we had a private ceremony couple weeks prior to the event outdoors. Reid captured it with stills and video. His editing was top notchfor the live event. All of the guests that we invited had rave reviews for the content and presentation! I can recommend + you will be glad you selected Best Made Video.

le was that Reid and Best Made Videos would be the one to capture our big day. Reid is a true professional and he checks all the boxes of what it takes to perfectly execute: his response time is immediate, he knows exactly what he is doing because he has loads of experience, he is confident in his work, he is a well-respected member of the wedding industry, he is flexible, a great communicator – need I continue? Above all else, Reid truly cares about the couples he works with, their individual needs, and ensuring he delivers a product they will love; I know this because it was my experience in working with Reid. Your wedding day is unlike any other day, that’s why it is so so so important to hire someone like Reid to perfectly capture your most valued and cherished memories. Thank you so much Reid for all your hard work and everything you did for us!

e though, which helped!! We received our finished video quickly after the wedding which was really nice!! My husband and I loved our video and can’t wait to show our family and friends!

sponsive and proactive in keeping us updated. He showed up on time, was very professional and friendly, and was quick to make excellent videos. We couldn't be happier!

ements we had, like a slideshow and a remote Maid of Honor doing a reading, flowed perfectly with the livestream and the wedding overall. All the folx viewing remotely commented on the quality of the stream (two cameras, he worked with the DJ to have a mic set up) and how they felt they were there with us. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Reid, it was a pleasure and now I have the video of our big day to keep forever!
