We got married on 5/19/18 and BBC really made this part of our wedding planning so easy! Stacy was our contact and she was so helpful in answering our questions and accommodating o...
ur requests. They have different packages, but we were able to customize one to better fit our budget, and Stacy and BBC were ready to accommodate. Our guests had no complaints about the bartending staff and they truly kept our guests happy all night long. Thank you BBC for the wonderful customer service and a wedding night to remember!
We were required to use Best Beverage since we booked our reception through the El Cortez and this is the only bartender they work with. We have almost no complaints though! They h...
ad a great selection within their different package options, were very responsive, and super accommodating to all of our requests. On the actual day, the bartenders were awesome, providing drinks for all of our rowdy guests! The only thing, though minor, is they did not provide guests with a last call, notifying guests that their service would be ending soon, and so several guests were surprised when service suddenly stopped while they were still in line for a drink. Really the bartenders served right up when we had scheduled with them while planning the wedding, but the guests didn't know.
We were booked with BBC through our package at El Cortez Don room for our wedding this past October. Throughout the process BBC was very helpful with guidance and question-answerin...
g for our package options. We were also as the Bride and Groom given each specific drink choice throughout the evening. Though I felt I was carrying the same champagne glass throughout the night (since you spend most of the time greeting guests) I never had an empty glass. My only negative comment would unfortunately have to be about the head bartender/ the bartender manning most of the evening. I was told by a few guests that she was not very friendly and one of my guests was waiting in line well before "last call" and wasn't served once they got to the bar. She was definitely not past a limit of being served and was still waiting before the bar was supposed to close. Otherwise we had an overall good experience with BBC.
We had a little more than 100 people for our wedding, but definitely got our money's worth with BBC. Our venue only used BBC, so we didn't have a choice in bar service, but BBC en...
ded up doing a fabulous job. My family and friends are heavy drinkers--especially at special events...e.g. our wedding, so we needed a dedicated bar service. BBC was exceptional and never once left anyone wanting for more. We upgraded the beer/liquor/wine and everyone was very happy. :) The staff was professional in both interaction and appearance. We were very pleased with their service and the quality provided.
