There are planners and then there is Keilah — the powerhouse who helped bring our vision to life in the most breathtaking way. From our engagement celebration to our wedding day, s...
he partnered with us to design an experience that was elegant, intentional, and deeply personal. Two events, one extraordinary planner, she delivered perfection twice.
Her process is what truly sets her apart: structured yet soulful, organized yet flexible. She knows how to guide without taking over, ensuring that every decision aligns with your style and story. As a hands-on bride with a clear creative direction, I was grateful for how seamlessly she translated our ideas into a cohesive, high-end experience that reflected us at every turn.
Our boho-glam aesthetic came alive under her direction, from the florals to the flow, every space felt curated and connected. Keilah’s calm energy, strategic mind, and design intuition turned what could have been stressful moments into smooth, joy-filled ones.
She didn’t just plan our wedding, she helped us strengthen our partnership through the process. Her intentionality reminded us to slow down, stay grounded, and savor the journey. Every couple deserves a planner like Keilah — one who blends luxury and heart, structure and soul, creativity and care.
If you want a planner who will match your vision, elevate it, and execute it flawlessly, Keilah is the one.
Keilah was the fairy godmother of our wedding! From the beginning (VERY early into our engagement hahah) she provided great insight, design expertise, and was willing to work with ...
us on creating the perfect service package to meet our needs. Fast forward later in the process, she was attentive, on top of every detail, and super communicative for this anxious bride. The day before and day of, Keilah and her team handled all of the details and decor, allowing my family and friends to be hands-off and just enjoy themselves. This was the main motivator for us hiring a wedding planner and I couldn't recommend it more-- you will be grateful for the help, coordination, and hype squad!!! Keilah's team were also on top of any issues during the wedding, so I didn't have to stress or problem solve by myself. She's also a seriously cool person and a friend you'll be happy to have for life :) Thank you Bespoke Socials for taking on this crazy wedding and even crazier couple!
I highly recommend Keilah if you are looking to have your dream wedding come true. Having her helped significantly lower our stress and anxiety that comes with planning a weeding. ...
We had an idea of what we wanted our day to look like but were clueless on how to make it happen, she knew how to do it and took the lead! There are so many reasons why we loved working with her, but the thing we were most grateful for, was her support and commitment. She checked in regularly to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed her to do. She listened and asked questions to ensure she understood exactly what we wanted our day to look and be like. Our day would not have been possible without her!

ced with the impossible task of planning an out-of-state wedding while working 100+ hour weeks during a pandemic; Keilah and her team at Bespoke Socials was the answer to my prayers. Not only was Keilah highly professional, she was non-judgmental in her approach to all of our (unconventional) wishes and ceremony choices. One of the things that was VERY important to me was that we support and create an inclusive environment for all of my LGTBQ+ family members during our celebration; this was always at the forefront of Keilah's mind and she even went out of her way to find us vendors who support the LGTBQ+ community in general. She also helped me realize my dreams of having a feminist/female empowered ceremony and it was an incredibly powerful experience (I am still getting complements from my guests about walking down the aisle solo).
Overall, if you are looking for a thorough, professional wedding planner who is committed to helping you manifest an emotionally touching celebration while supporting your personal values, LOOK NO FURTHER KEILAH IS IT.
I will absolutely be hiring her to plan our 10 year vow renewal. Thank you Keilah and Bespoke Socials for all of your amazing work! I am eternally grateful!
