We had both our ceremony and reception at Bent Creek on May 18, 2019 and it had to be the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Margaret Stoltz was absolutely wond...
erful! She answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly via email and she went above and beyond to make sure our day was amazing! Not only was the service amazing, but the flexibility was everything we could have asked for. Pricing was extremely reasonable and the food was so good that our guests are still talking about it! :) I can't recommend them enough, we're so grateful for all they did for us. Thank you, Margaret and the rest of the Bent Creek staff!
Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Margaret was absolutely amazing in answering all of my emails promptly ( and trust me it was a lot of emails). She made sure that everyt...
hing the day of ran so smoothly. There was not one thing that went wrong that day. Huge plus my family keeping going on about how delicious the food was and they're super picky.
If I could give Jennifer and Bent Creek more than 5 stars, I would. She made everything about our wedding run smoothly, from the planning stages to the day of! While we were planni...
ng, Jennifer was very responsive via email, and would let us come in and talk about any questions or concerns we had. She was there at the rehearsal, which meant she knew how everything should run the day of. And on the day of the wedding, literally anything I needed, she or Conrad was there to help. We had a lot of family traveling, so it was very important to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one venue. Bent Creek had 3 areas of their club that we were able to use for these events. The bridal party was able to use the locker rooms to get ready day of, which was very convenient! The outdoor ceremony space was gorgeous. During the ceremony, the course is blocked off so the members do not golf nearby, and we were so surprised by how quiet the space was during that time. The food was delicious, from the appetizers down to the entrees. No one left our wedding hungry!! At the end of the night, we had soft pretzels put out as our favor, and they had them out there ready to go. The catering team was amazing, from the little things such as making sure I had a drink during dinner, to reminding us to cut the cake because we had forgotten!! The team at Bent Creek went above my expectations. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and Jennifer and the team at Bent Creek are responsible for that perfection.
We got married at Bent Creek on August 20th. We had the ceremony and reception on site. Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with! We could not have asked for a better wedding c...
oordinator. She was always available whenever I had any questions. She made sure our ceremony and reception were perfect! Our guests commented on how beautiful the place was and how great the food was. We would definitely recommend Bent Creek for any event.
The absolute best decision my husband and I made throughout our wedding planning was choosing Bent Creek County Club as our reception venue. From the first email encounters, Event ...
Director Jennifer went above and beyond, meeting all of our and our families needs and exceeding our expectations. She was an amazing calming force and her ability to bring to fruition every bit of our vision was astounding. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect, a dream come true. The staff was so prompt and accommodating, in every way! The food was absolutely delicious and we are still craving the North Atlantic Cod entree! From the week of with dropping off items in preparation, to the week after picking up and organizing our leftover belongings, Jennifer and the staff at Bent Creek truly could not have been more accommodating. We would recommend Jennifer and Bent Creek to anyone and everyone who is looking for their perfect event venue! We are grateful beyond measure!
I not only held my reception at Bent Creek, but I had my bridal shower there as well. Jennifer did a fantastic job coordinating this special event. I was beyond surprised when I en...
tered my own bridal shower at this gorgeous place!!!
The staff at Bent Creek Country Club went above and beyond to make our wedding day PERFECT. The entire staff was so accommodating from providing us with golf carts to a personal caddy who took us to one of the most gorgeous sceneries I have ever seen to adding their unique and talented touch for decor on the patio, and lastly for genuinely being happy and excited for our wedding day celebration!!!! I would highly recommend Bent Creek Country Club for Weddings & Special Events!

Jennifer and the entire staff at Bent Creek were exceptional! We had a small wedding in front of the fireplace in the Library and a buffet style dinner following the ceremony. I wa...
s pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices and options Bent Creek offered us! I thought a Country club would be out of our price range but I was wrong! This is one of the main reasons we choose to have one of the most important day of our lives at Bent Creek. Jennifer and her staff thought of and helped us to plan and take care of every detail. Every one of my phone calls and emails was answered promptly and with the utmost professionalism! We were able to plan our wedding in only 2 months!! Our photographer was also able to come to the site to scout picture locations during one of our meetings.
Our guests continue to rave about the food selection presentation, quality and taste. One of our buffet selections was the steak medallions! They were PHENOMENAL!!! They are a must have at your wedding!! The servers and staff were unbelievably attentive to every detail during our dinner and throughout the entire evening! We choose minimal decorations and the staff added some of their own items and touches to make it look perfect for us. I cannot express our satisfaction not only with the staff and food but also with the beauty of the country club and grounds. Many of our pictures were taken throughout the property and are stunning!
You can’t go wrong choosing Bent Creek for your wedding and/or reception!!!!
Jenn and her team at Bent Creek hosted the most amazing rehearsal dinner for my husband to be and our families. From planning to execution, Jenn made it feel like a breeze! No requ...
est was too big and she gave me so many ideas that made the night even better than I could have imagined! The room was absolutely breathtaking - Jenn had votives placed all over the library to make it feel even cozier and more romantic, I still look back at the photos in awe. From the appetizers to the meal, the chef at bent creek knocked it out of the park! Our guests are still raving about their meal! If you're looking at Bent Creek for your rehearsal and/or your wedding look no further. Jenn is your girl - this is your place!
Bent Creek is a beautiful location to have a wedding. We had our ceremony on the green and it was a perfect day. The cocktail hour under the tent on the patio was also great. The b...
allroom works well, good sized dance floor and nice set up. The food is delicious!
The manager and wedding planner you work with can be frustrating at times. We went through 3 different wedding coordinators before the actual wedding over a year time period. We were never told about the changes and I always found out when I tried to keep emailing the old coordinator and didn't get a response. This makes for a very frustrating and stressful planning. Less than 3 weeks from my wedding there was a new coordinator who guaranteed everything would go smooth the day of, but with all of the changes I didn't trust anyone so thank goodness I had family checking up on things or many things would have been missed.
Again great location, but not sure I would do it all over again with all of the stress. A wedding is stressful enough, there is no need to add extra stress. What was most disappointing was my mom emailed the general manager about our experience and never received a response back to apologize or explain. Very disappointing.
Everything we had in our contract was not delivered. They said they would do things that were left to us to do the week before our wedding. They were rude the day of our wedding to...
us and our parents. We had four different wedding planners during our entire contract with them and had to meet and go over same information with them all and general manager!!
Our wedding consultant moved to a new job location a month before our wedding date. Our new wedding consultant was HORRIFIC! She did not care about our wedding reception. We had to...
search for her throughout the night and she LEFT the reception at 8:00 without even saying goodbye to us! She never tried to contact us after our reception either to see how things went. HORRIBLE for a place that it supposed to be one of the best in Lancaster County. I would not recommend Bent Creek for a wedding reception, at least not as long as she is there.
We got married on 10/6/2012 and were so pleased with Bent Creek. Robin and Shannon are GREAT, and one of our servers, Sarah was so sweet and helpful. The venue is breathtaking, and...
guests absolutely LOVED the food and service. We did a dessert bar which I highly recommend!
First I want to clarify that I had a beautiful wedding. It was a wonderful day that I will treasure. However, the club was very unprofessional and they made countless mistakes on...
our wedding day. First, we went through three event planners in the short nine months we were planning our wedding. This made finalizing details very difficult. We also had two food tastings. At both, we really loved the food and the portion size was amazing. They kept telling us the exact same thing would be served at the wedding. The food at the wedding was terrible and certainly not worth the amount we paid. The food was also served almost two hours late and the club had to extend the evening by an hour and a half because they were so unorganized. They also said to pick up all the remaining cake the next morning. When we went they claimed they gave it to us the night before, the obviosly gave it to all their staff and continuously lied about it. When I called to complain about the service and the event planner who had no clue what she was doing, the club refused to even give us an apology.
