Beloved Bridal

eel pressured to use that as a factor in my decision making process (I even went to two places after - which I would not recommend, because those places were the opposite..just go here, trust me). Said yes to the dress and fast forward 7 months later… If you’re anything like me, you go down rabbit holes of horror stories on social media and Meg eased all of those anxieties. Thank you, Meg, you know how I got…ANYWAYS!  I just picked up my dress from Beloved Bridal Ann Arbor and not only did it fit like a glove, Chelsea helped me pick out the perfect veil to go with it! It felt like friends being excited for me, and made this whole process my favorite part! Well I’m sure the marrying of my husband will be my favorite part, but this was a close second!! Thank you Beloved Bridal! I will be sending my photos right away!

ence my fiancee did with her dress. She visited the showroom in January (and much like other reviews, had a great experience), purchasing a dress from them that day for our September wedding. She was promised a late June/early July delivery of the dress, which came and went. The date was then shifted to late July, again came and went. This occurrence took place multiple times, ultimately resulting in the dress arriving in her hands just 3 days prior to our wedding at 9:30 p.m. Communication is by far the biggest frustration in dealing with this company. Not only do the falsely provide delivery dates, only for them to shift down the line, they are very poor at communicating them to those involved. We were always the ones having to be proactive in getting updates, with numerous calls and messages going unanswered for hours, if not days, at a time. After her dress had arrived at the store, it took multiple attempts for them to get the fitting correct, and one of the fitting appointments had to be rescheduled as they no showed the appointment. Looking at past reviews, you can see numerous brides have dealt with these same outcomes and the responses of "we're working on it," "we're so sorry," etc. but ultimately it seems nothing has changed. They did provide her with a $500 credit on her dress, which really felt like a smack in the face more than anything else after the experience she had to deal with. If you're looking for stress free - this isn't your place.

ss. It was one of the best days of wedding planning. I was super stressed about getting my dress in time. I ordered my dress July 17th, 2024 and at that time I was told the dress would be in February/march. I did not receive my dress until April 18th, 2025- one month before my wedding! Although it was out of their control, I do wish their communication was better. I had to reach out multiple times about when my dress would arrive. After everything, I would still recommend beloved bridal!
