We are so glad we chose DJ Nick to be a part of our wedding day. From the first meeting, we felt like we had already known him for a long time. It was clear that Nick was not only ...
highly professional but also genuinely passionate about creating the perfect atmosphere for our wedding. He made sure to understand our music tastes and the vibe we wanted.
Nick provided great song recommendations for the ceremony which perfectly captured the feeling we were going for. For the cocktail and dinner hours, he perfectly blended some of our favorite songs into an unforgettable playlist. At every moment, the volume was perfect and there were no technical issues or pauses. As emcee, he had great energy and was very comfortable in front of a crowd.
Nick also did not disappoint when it came to creating an epic dance floor. He did an outstanding job of reading the crowd and keeping the energy high all night long. The music was absolutely perfect from start to finish. He seamlessly transitioned between songs and kept the dance floor going. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the music was and how fun the dance floor was, which was our big hope with our wedding. The flow of the evening was spot-on, and he worked closely with our wedding planner and other vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. He also provided lighting and had no issues accessing the A/V hookups at the venue.
If you’re looking for a DJ who will keep your guests dancing, create an amazing atmosphere, and ensure everything runs smoothly, we highly recommend DJ Nick.

. Jon was friendly, professional, and made sure every detail was covered to ensure our day would be perfect.
As for Nick, all the glowing reviews were absolutely right—he’s the best! Even with a smaller group of 35 guests, he kept the energy high and the party going all night. The dance floor was packed, and everyone raved about the fantastic music he played. His ability to read the crowd and create the perfect atmosphere was amazing.
After the wedding, several guests told us Nick was the best DJ they’d ever seen at a wedding. Many said it was one of the most fun weddings they’d attended, thanks to him! If you’re looking for a DJ who knows how to throw an unforgettable party, Nick is the way to go. We’re so grateful for the memories he helped us create, and the entire experience with Belmont Entertainment was flawless!

re told: “Jon Belmont with Belmont Entertainment”.
Jon was incredible - he was communicative in the lead-up to the event, and day-of he was amazing: calm, collected, experienced, he made us all feel at ease and like he had everything totally handled…which he did. During the reception his energy helped drive the festivities and fun - we got tons of compliments from our guests that he was wonderful!
All in all we deeply enjoyed working with Jon and are proud of the event he helped put on with us. We would work with him again at our first opportunity, and recommend him without reservation.

Nick was amazing at our wedding. You can tell he has plenty of experience and he loves what he does!!
Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, no miss-haps on mics during ...
the ceremony or any speeches.
Super open to whatever the bride and groom wanted! From song requests to mixing things up.
I loved dancing all night long to his music, I felt we had while requests do to my husband and I having such different music preferences but he made it seem-less
I will recommend him to anyone in the Monterey Bay Area and beyond
We worked with Nick for our wedding, and had the best time! From the first phone consultation to the end of our wedding, Nick was amazing to work with. You can tell just from talki...
ng to him how excited he gets for his couples and how much he loves what he does. We were a little worried about how the wide range of music we wanted played would mix, but when I talked to Nick about our range of musical needs, he wasn’t phased and knew all the genres we were asking for. We asked for everything from “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” to “Tell Me When to Go” to “La Chona,” and Nick did a fantastic job mixing everything and flawlessly transitioned between genres. Everyone had a blast dancing and we got so many comments about how much fun Nick was!
AH! The absolute best DJ I could have asked for!! We had Nick for our wedding and could not have asked for a better experience. He was super helpful in the planning process and und...
erstood our vision completely. Other than the specific songs for our entrances, and first dance, etc. we left it up to his choice on music and hit nailed it. We had multiple friends and family come to us rave about how great he was. He is so personable and funny and creates a lively atmosphere from start to finish. Highly Recommend!

ant on the phone - and has MASTER DJ skills on the dance floor!!!
Our whole wedding day ran so smoothly having him as MC, and I cannot stop saying amazing things about the music he played during the reception. He always kept the dance floor alive, had his own dance party behind the DJ booth and created such a fun atmosphere for all our guests!!
Wedding planning can be stressful - an easy decision to check off your to do list is booking Belmont Entertainment - and DJ Nick for your big day!!!
Thank you, Nick!!! You are awesome!!!
YOU HAVE TO BOOK NICK! Nick was the sole reason why our wedding was such a huge success - his incredible MC capabilities enhanced our guest’s experience by tenfold through so many ...
realms: He provided such clear instructions/directions to transition our guests from one segment to the next, he showcased such charisma and enthusiasm throughout the entire night, and he created the ultimate dancefloor playlist for our guests. Quite literally, every single person was on the dance floor because of Nick. He kept the entire party going and flawlessly blended the songs together to ensure there was no ‘dead’ time. Aside from Nick going above and beyond for us on our wedding day, Nick was also such a great partner throughout the entire planning process before the big day even took place. Nick was extremely professional - always prompt with his email responses (responded back within 24 business hours), answered all of our questions with such extreme attention to detail with clear next steps, and Nick always went out of his way to remind us about any upcoming deadlines. Needless to say, Nick was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend booking Nick for your wedding - your wedding will be 10x better because of him. Thank you so much, Nick! We can’t thank you enough!
P.S. Nick also has an incredible wedding DJ planner to help you organize your event without feeling too overwhelmed about the big day. The DJ planner was our saving grace for our wedding. Once again, you have to book Nick!

ersation and throughout the process, Nick was extremely attentive to our requests, eagerly learning more about our interests and expectations in a DJ for our wedding. His enthusiasm, motivation, and ability to read the crowd was pivotal in ensuring our guests a phenomenal experience. In addition, Nick was very amenable and adaptive to our unique destination venue in Big Sur. We highly recommend Nick and Belmont Entertainment, and without any hesitation, would hire them again.

oing above and beyond with what we wanted included on the day. My husbands family loves dancing to Spanish music and he wove that into the dance party effortlessly and everyone loved it.
He is also an GREAT MC which we didn’t realize was so important until the day came. Jon was professional, kind, and clear as he walked guests through the days events. Definitely 5/5!

ith; he is friendly, energetic, passionate, and knows his tunes! Jon did a great job with our music, and kept guests happy and out on the dance floor for much longer than we expected. picks all of her favorite people. I knew I had to have Belmont Entertainment DJ our wedding because they are the best in the business. Nick is super professional, funny and personable. Our guests danced the night away and he completely read the vibe the entire night. We went from laid back Cali Reggae for cocktails, to classic 1950's for dinner, to everything from Whitney Houston to Mac Dre to Bruno Mars for dancing. Our day was so FUN largely in part to Nick.
Now, let me tell you about the lighting! Our venue was Mesa Del Sol in Greenfield and everything was outdoors. Which means we needed to light the place up at night. Jon and his team did an outstanding job making the space feel absolutely magical and ethereal. We utilized uplighting, bistro lights and (because I'm a bit extra), chandeliers. Believe me when I say that lighting is so super important. It completely transformed the space.
Overall, Belmont Entertainment was a HUGE part of our wedding and I'm so happy to know these guys on a professional level but also to have been able to have them with me on my own special day.

We had Miguel. He was an hour late for set up. I gave him specific spotify playlists to go by. The second song he played wasn't even on my list. So I informed him right away to go ...
by the list. We had a specific song playlist for dinner. When I noticed it sounded like Aretha Franklin. My husband went to tell the DJ please play the beach instrumental list. I then informed him to do our First dance at 745pm. Then when that time came I couldn't find Miguel. I had to tell him let's do the cake. He announced it so quietly not many people heard. BOTH OUR PARENTS DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE THE CAKE CUTTING. The Venue was small enough. Lastly, OUR FIRST DANCE. Did you know that they only play the best part of the song? I knew that was going to happen for introductions. But, my dance with my new husband. The moment I had waited for my whole life. WAS CUT SHORT BECAUSE "they only play the best part." I was very disappointed. My whole reception wasn't enjoying the moment. It was chasing the DJ to follow the timeline. A DJ is supposed to watch the time for you and take care of you. I have been a DJ. You take care of the Bride and Groom. Jon the owner is aware of our concerns. He has offered us $300 reimbursement. He sent the $300, wine and chocolate.

ntertainment if you need a DJ and/or lighting. From their awesome wedding planner (which helped us realize early on how much we could use music to personalize all the various parts of our wedding), to helping us pick the best music (and subtly pointing us in certain directions to create fun for everyone from age 5 to 95), to helping our friend/officiant day of figure out the mic situation, Jon and his team were just amazing. Not to mention that Jon is a lot of fun to spend an afternoon/evening with! Oh, and they also have great lighting (which transformed our ordinary-course ballroom into a sunset-hued paradise). Call Belmont!

dn't fit with any of the competition. Jon Belmont was amazing. He put us at ease at every step of this process. We said, We need such and such sound system at the ceremony. He said, Sure, but if that goes wrong, we have these multiple backup systems in place. We said, What if we want someone to play live music? He said, Here's what we do in that case and what we do if that falls through. We said, What if we want our first dance to be a friend singing a karaoke version of a song, but without one of the verses and everything in a different order? He said, Sure, here's a list of resources we can use together to make that happen. Everything we had questions about, Jon had an answer that he's done a million times. Professional, relaxed, and he threw a hell of a party. He learned our musical tastes and coordinated the sound to our style and within the context of our guests. When things went wrong, because something always goes wrong at a wedding, Jon had a backup in place that smoothed the situation and got everything moving again with barely a second thought. We cannot recommend him enough.
Jon is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is so organized!!! He made it so easy for us to organize our wedding day. We had a black tie wedding and he managed the ceremony, co...
cktail and reception. He is the ultimate professional!! Our wedding was an absolute BLAST and I know a huge part of this was because of Jon's skill set. He played the BEST music and the dance floor was packed the entire night. NOT a person was sitting in the entire place. We are still having people calling telling us that our wedding was the most fun wedding they've ever been to.
Jon is someone you can trust and rely on for your event. HIGHLY recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat!!!
Belmont is the best fun DJ that I have ever heard. This guy is in high demand because he is the best in Carmel/Carmel Valley. We booked him in June 2014, we were so lucky as Septem...
ber 19, 2015 was his last weekend he had open in September 2015. From the beginning of our wedding, he kept us on our wedding planners timeline and always asked my husband and I if we needed anything. Jon was the 2nd vendor we booked, 1st was our venue as we were told to hurry and book him as he books up fast. Thank God we got to him for our wedding, it was so much fun, everyone danced till the last song. All of the flip flops we had for our guest were gone as soon as the music starting to play.
As music nerds, my husband and I were originally going to create our own soundtrack for our wedding reception until we realized how daunting of a task that would be. We came across...
Belmont Entertainment under 2 months before our wedding and Jon and his staff were quick to offer us a great deal for our needs. We also loved that they emphasized beat-matching so that the songs would play in a seamless flow. Sean was our DJ the day of and he met with us beforehand to make sure we had every detail figured out. We handed over a pretty lengthy list of requested songs to him and he did a great job of playing our requests alongside crowd favorites. From toddlers to grandparents, everyone was dancing by the end of the night. Many of us did not want the party to end. That's about the highest compliment a DJ can get!
The review service was very excellent. The meetings leading up to the event were very helpful. The staff really helped in building the playlist and working with our Cordinator....
The music that was played it was perfect, The DJ was there on time set up was quick and he helped calendar the event. The day went by smoothly.
