Belle Saison has been great to work with! I had an appointment with Iliana for my dress and she was nothing but pleasant. She paid attention to what styles I liked and was able to ...
pick out one additional dress to try on based on pricing and style. This one ended up being the one I chose! If you do choose to go to Belle Saison, I highly recommend Iliana.
Had the most unfortunate experience at Belle saison. I bought my dress there 15 months in advance to avoid stress. My dress came in 2 months late. no big deal, I went to go, try it...
on, and the dress was damaged. The shop agreed to fix the dress, they said it would take a few months. They never updated me on when the dress was going to be ready. I had to call and email in order to get an update. At this point I wasn't very stressed out because we still had months until the wedding.
I finally got an update. The store said the dress was fixed, however, it looked even worse than it did originally. At this point they just said they would order a new dress for me entirely. I was totally fine with that.
They never gave me an update as to when the dress would be arriving. I called and emailed a few months later to ask when it would be here and they gave me a date. That date came and went and they never reached out to me. I had to call again to get an update. Finally they give me another arrival date, it never came and they again didn't update me.
Getting an update from them was like pulling teeth. I finally got pretty frustrated because it had been almost a year since we originally ordered the dress and my wedding was getting very close. I had to tell them if it wasn't here within a few weeks then I didn't want the dress anymore. Magically two days later the dress arrived. I go to try it on, and the dress has the same issue as the first one AND another even more noticeable issue. I was so upset and frustrated at this point because to me, it looks like the same dress but with another issue. I told them at this point that I didn't even want the dress anymore. Itold them to keep it and I just wanted a refund. Obviously they didn't want the dress because no one would buy it full price in that condition. They tried to gaslight me and tell me the dress looked fine when it was very clearly ripped in two places.
They would not give me my money Back.I was more than reasonable the months and months I didn't hear back from them I didn't make a scene. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, which added even more stress on me and made the whole dress shopping experience really unenjoyable. It was supposed to be exciting and it definitely was not.
RUN FROM BELLE SAISON!!!!!!

If you're looking for a relatively budget-friendly salon with a wide range of dresses: look no further.
Absolutely enjoyed my experience with Belle Saison!! I tried on several dresses which the team was great about not getting irritated with me constantly changing my mind. When I men...
tioned I had another store visit, they understood and encouraged me to try on as many as I needed to in order to ensure I made the right choice. I ultimately chose my dress from Belle Saison and loved it so much!
Belle Saison had a great selection of dresses and really nice staff who made the shopping experience pleasant. I don't think she works there any more, but Faith was truly the best ...
and helped me find my dream dress.
I had been to quite a few bridal stores by the time I went to Belle Saison. Actually, I thought I had found my dress already, by the time I went to Belle Saison! I was considering ...
an off-the-rack dress that was not my true size at the time. I wish I could remember the name of who helped us, but I bought my dress a while ago - in the summer of 2020. I think it was Amy! When we went in, they gave us (my mom and I) a few markers to put on dresses I liked. We were struggling, and Amy asked us if we had a dress we were trying to beat (we did). Based on the picture of the possible dress, she found the dress I ended up choosing! I had a very specific set of things I knew I liked/disliked already, so hunting down *the* dress that met all of my requirements was tricky. After we had ordered the dress and it came in (in January 2021), I was a bit worried as it seemed too small, yet my body size had not changed. I was reassured that this was because of the stiffness of the new dress, and this was absolutely true. I was completely comfortable in it after putting it on a few times for alterations! I kept my dress at Belle Saison and it was always easy to access for trying on with various shoes - I just called ahead and they pulled it out for me to grab at a time of my choosing. I did my (minimal) alterations at Nelda's Tailors nearby which was super convenient, and I paid for Belle Saison's package in which they steam your dress for you and also send it off to be preserved after your big day. I recommend it, especially if you have a large skirt with lots of tulle that would be time consuming to steam. Thank you Belle Saison for helping me find the dress of my dreams!
I bought my first wedding dress from another store with a pushy sales lady. They only cared about making a sale and getting the next bride in. I had a lot of wedding dress regret a...
nd went to Belle Saison only a month before my wedding. I worked with Iliana who was AMAZING. She was so attentive and patient with me while I tried on different dresses. She worked so hard to find me the perfect dress off the rack and made the entire wedding dress experience FUN. I am so glad we went back here before my wedding. I highly recommend this store, and Iliana!!!!
The girls at Belle Saison were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire wedding planning process. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I didn't want, and Faith wa...
s able to take all of that and help me find my dress. It was literally the 2nd dress I tried on (and the first shop I planned on going to) and I knew it was the right one. On top of that, she helped me find an amazing tailor around the corner, and they were able to hang on to my dress in between alterations, bridal portraits and the wedding day, which was a huge weight off my shoulders not having to hide it from my husband/worry about getting anything on it. Highly recommend this shop to buy your dress! Amazing selections and service!
This is the only place I would recommend to buy a wedding dress they are very helpful ,kind and the there is no pressure on you too buy

have expected. I am a curvy bride, and she never made me feel anything but fabulous. I found the perfect dress, and it was from so much assistance from Faith!!
I HIGHLY recommend Bella Saison and if you go, ask to book with Faith. You will not regret it!!

I didn’t end up getting my wedding dress at Belle Saison, but it was a VERY close tie. Their dresses are amazing and I really couldn’t believe how affordable they were. They have a...
really good selection compared to other places I went. Faith was very helpful and sweet, I would highly recommend Belle Saison!

1400. It was perfect! I only tried on four dresses before I said yes! Amy, thank you so much and I look forward to continuing working with Belle Saison Bridal💗!
I had a fantastic time here. The staff is wonderful. Hands down the best customer service experience after visiting multiple shops. What makes their customer service so great is 1....
clear communication: they went out of their way to know exactly what i wanted, to ensure i knew realistic pricing and timelines 2. friendly: i had to reschedule my appointment multiple times do to COVID-19 each time i spoke with someone on the phone/email/in person they were very kind 3. they went above and beyond: they pulled dress after dress for me, answered all my questions, took in all my feedback. They have a very large dress selection. They respected my budget. I would highly recommend going here for your wedding dress.
I went to Belle Saison as my first wedding dress shop and I found my dress within 30 minutes. I told them the exact style I was looking for and Amy pulled one with all the descript...
ions I had given her, but just for fun I pulled 4 other completely different styles. Well, the one I envisioned and the one Amy found for me was PERFECT. I instantly started crying when I put it on and I knew it was the one. Such a good experience, staff was friendly all around and there was just a good atmosphere in the bridal store. No they don't do alterations but they recommend Nelda's in the same shopping center and she was awesome.
The only thing that made me a little bit iffy was that when I picked up my dress and veil, my veil was just thrown in like a little plastic heb bag and I thought that was an odd way to keep something as important as a veil.
We found the wedding dress of my daughter's dreams at Belle Saison. They were very helpful in every way. I would highly recommend them for your wedding needs.
I had a great experience finding my dress here. Centrally located with attentive and experienced staff, they made me feel right at home. Brittany was open and patient. and so helpf...

ress, and fur wrap all came together for that old Hollywood feel. She was attentive during all of my appointments and made sure I loved everything. Brittany even found one of my bridesmaid's wedding dresses when she got married! I cannot thank her and the entire Belle Saison staff enough for making our wedding come true!!
Faith was amazing. I got my Wedding dress and Amy and Faith were awesome!! They treated my family and I awesome. Love them so much. Come to place!
I had tried 3 other stores until a friend recommended Belle Saison. I'm so glad I went! I was paired up with Amy. She picked out a few dresses for me to try on, and I found "The On...
e" in under 30 minutes. The dress I selected is a champagne color, which I never would have picked out on my own, but it looked good with my skin tone. Amy is an expert at clipping the dress to help you visualize how it will look after alterations. I was a novice and assumed I'd just be buying the dress off the rack. I didn't realize it had to be ordered and made, so 6 months was barely enough time to have a dress ready. Amy said there wasn't enough time to do custom measurements, but they could order me a standard size with a hem 4 inches shorter than the sample. The hardest part was waiting for the dress to come in! =) It finally arrived about 2 weeks before my wedding, giving me just enough time to get it altered. Fortunately, the hem was the perfect length, as long as I wore about a 3.25" heel, which Amy suggested. My only complaint was that I felt a little pushed to purchase the $89 petticoat without trying it on first. It turned out I did not need it, as the dress was already the right length, and my seamstress did not recommend it. Unfortunately, Belle Saison would not allow me to return it, but hopefully I can sell it to someone and get some money back. I wanted to spend about $1000 on the dress, but I ended up spending $1400, including tax. I have no regrets though. I received so many compliments on my dress. Thank you, Amy!
So easy to work with! Brittany had all of the suggestions and worked hard to find the perfect dress and veil for me. They had such a great selection and prices ranges for everyone!
Had an amazing experience with this bridal salon. Brittany was so sweet and patient and I didn't feel rushed or stressed at all here. I found my perfect dress and it ended up being...
really different that what I had envisioned initially! Great establishment, helpful and priced right for what I had in mind.

ok in mind. Amy helped me the first time I went in and found my dress that I was able to customize perfectly! Then, when I went in for my fitting I worked with Faith who helped me pick a perfect matching veil, recommended a seamstress, and helped me with dress care for bridals and until the day of my wedding. Both ladies were so wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this shop!
I had an amazing experience finding my DREAM dress here! Faith was my stylist and I would highly recommend her. She was very helpful and knowledgeable but not overbearing or pushy!...
I enjoyed every bit of my experience.

ies top of the line designers and their consultants really takes your style and preferences into consideration when pulling dresses for you to try on. Iliana was such a pleasure to work with! She is super knowledgeable about the designers and she made me feel beautiful and confident when trying on dresses. She helped pin my hair up, put a head piece into my hair, and place a veil on me when trying on dresses so that I felt confident in choosing the perfect dress for me. Belle Saison was very professional and organized when it came to letting me know when the dress was ready for pickup, explaining my options for alterations, and offering me packages for cleaning, steaming, and preserving my dress. I would recommend Belle Saison Bridal to anyone for any bridal attire needs you may have!
RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN
Bought a wedding dress for over $1,100 and they ordered the wrong color and blamed the owner saying “they accidentally keyed in the wrong color”
The only ...
thing they could do to help was make me wait an extra month over my wait time for the right dress. Leaving me no time for alterations. Oh also, they don’t even do alterations in store
And their mistake made my alterations cost skyrocket because for some reason it’s my responsibility to fix their monumental mistake?
And when I say wrong color I mean they ordered NUDE in the front panel instead of IVORY. How could a mistake that big be made on a wedding dress?
Beyond upset they didn’t even offer to help pay for alterations on their own mistake. Will never be recommending this place to anyone ever. They only care about the $$ (extremely overpriced considering the beads have been falling off like crazy as well)
On top of it all the lady that assisted me had to CUT out the nude cups with SCISSORS to attempt to make it look right....NOT WHAT I PAID FOR
Belle Saison is the best bridal salon in ATX! I went to several other salons and most were out of my price range with a very limited selection. Belle Saison has an amazing, wide se...
lection of dresses that are both BEAUITFUL and reasonably priced! All the ladies that work there are awesome, but Faith is the best! She's kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She helped me try on so many dresses and had helpful input until I found my dream dress, that I was able to customize! My dress came in early and they took such great care of it. I highly recommend Belle Saison!

ing soo many dresses that I loved. We were a last minute appointment and she made time for us and was so attentive. I felt like we were friends by the end of it. I found my dress and it was such a special day. Thank you so much, Faith and Belle Saison Bridal!!!
I found what I thought would be my "Dream Dress" on The Knot's dress gallery and Belle Saison was one of the only bridal dress shops in Texas that had a sample available. I called ...
the shop to confirm the gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress was there and told the consultant I felt it was "the one" even though I hadn't tried on a single dress, yet. I knew it probably sounded silly to her, but she didn't make me feel silly. They worked with me to get an appointment the next day and I drove almost four hours by myself to rule this one dress out. Well, trust your gut, fellow brides! Faith was my consultant and she is AMAZING!!! She made me feel like a princess and validated my choice like we had been girlfriends for years. She took pictures of me, Facetimed my bridesmaids so they could see me in The Dress, chitchatted with me while she took my measurements so I didn't feel awkward in my underwear with a perfect stranger, and my dress ordered so I could get back on the road before rush hour traffic started. Bottomline: I would HIGHLY recommend Belle Saison. They have a HUGE selection of every style of gown you could imagine and the consultants know every single one of them, so you will find your Dream Dress just like me! xoxo ~ Chelsea
I found Belle Saison via the Allure Bridals website when I was trying to order my wedding dress (I originally found the dress in another state, but they lost my order, and were awf...
ul). They were super helpful in taking my measurements, and offering suggestions sizing wise - they were really great at providing feedback and helping me choose a size (as I was in-between).
I will say I did try on a couple dresses while I was there, and I could barely get any of the dresses past my hips (I'm 5'3", 165#, athletic build). If that had been my first experience trying on dresses, I would have been so deflated. I would just make sure they have the bridal sizes you're looking for before going.
I went in December to my first appointment looking for a wedding dress and I have Faith. Faith was AMAZING and could just read the room. She understood what I was looking for and h...

fics I had in mind for my dream dress. When I arrived, Faith showed me exactly which areas of the store fit my descriptions and were easily in my price range. I was able to walk around and pick dresses I liked with my bridesmaids, mother, and MIL. Faith listened to every detail of what I wanted and eventually picked out the dress I said yes to from that description! She helped me envision my dream and found the perfect dress based on that. It was even well under my budget! We were so impressed with the customer service that we will be buying our bridesmaids dresses here too. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

ommend this to anyone looking for a laid back salon with a huge selection of gowns. The salon was very clean and the set up was just right so it felt like you were the only group in the store. Highly, highly recommend.

without hesitation or making it awkward they let me know a bride had cancelled so I could try on a few dresses. Low and behold the first dress I tried on was the one!!! I even cried which I am not one to cry over anything!!! Their staff is great and the dresses are beautiful. I highly recommend brides to check out Belle Saison! I purchased my veil here as well. :)
I had a general idea of my “dream dress” when I walked in. Brittany, my AMAZING consultant, found dresses that she thought would fit my style and body and I cannot thank her enough...
because without her I would’ve never even seen the one I am getting. She brought out several dresses from the Morilee collection and helped me feel like a complete princess. She was patient, helped me try on dresses that I thought I’d like, and found perfect accessories for the dress that ended up being the one.
The best part was I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy whatsoever. I felt so relaxed and comforted. If you’re able to go to Belle Saison and Brittany is available to be your consultant PLEASE do yourself the favor of spending your appointment with her.
I love Belle Saison and I will be recommending it to all my friends. The space accommodated the group of lovely ladies that came with me and I liked that the store has a budget for...
dresses so there was no getting my hopes up but later finding out that the dress was too pricey. I found the dress of my dreams, but wanted my upper body a bit more covered. Amy saved the day. She grabbed a little lace jacket and a belt that made me feel comfortable and confident. I also loved the play on patterns that those two pieces brought to the dress. My guests were stunned when I told them later that the dress was 3 non-related pieces. I am very thankful for Amy's eye because I would have missed the opportunity to wear this dress if she wasn't there. Also, there preservation package is well priced and worth every penny!
Faith was wonderful with her knowledge of dresses. I browsed about -15 min on my own then straight to work! Faith was extremely helpful and great to work with!! We found my dress...

idal style. SUPER respectful of the budget you give, not at all pushy. This is definitely the place to go if you have no idea what you want. I can’t recommend Faith higher. She sat with me, pointing out details in gowns to see what I liked and didn’t like, and offered suggestions way outside my comfort zone that I actually loved. Trust these ladies!
I had the best experience at Belle Saison!! Faith was FABULOUS!! I had a short 3-month engagement, so I had to find the right dress fast. Not only did I find it, but I bought it of...
f the rack at a huge discount and she connected me to a fantastic seamstress who got my alterations done in time. I would send any bride to see Faith!!!

was a couple of sizes too small. When the girl told me that I should order a size 4 it didn't seem right but I trusted her judgement, since it's her job. I got my dress in and I couldn't even zip it. I found a great seamstress and $650 later I fit into my dress. I would just say trust your instincts when ordering a size but they do have a lot of great dress options.

ng me was great about listening to my likes and dislikes to help narrow down the search and she ultimately pulled the perfect gown for me. They are polite and patient, and most importantly very mindful of my price point. We also ended up getting my bridesmaid's gowns from there as well. All the dresses come in on time, if not early, and all were very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend making your first appointment here before anywhere else!
