Libby was absolutely incredible as our day-of coordinator for both our rehearsal and wedding day. She was completely in tune with what I needed and made the entire experience feel ...
seamless and stress-free. She checked in on my husband and me, making sure we had food and drinks, keeping us on track with timing throughout the night, and being flexible when I wanted to extend certain moments by a few extra minutes.
She effortlessly handled all of the behind-the-scenes details. She set up our venue so beautifully and captured my vision, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure every part of the day stayed on track without ever making us feel rushed. Multiple members of our wedding party and family commented on how amazing she was and how much she contributed to the flow of the day.
We truly cannot recommend her enough!
Jennifer and her team were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience with them and cannot recommend that others book with them.
I had to initiat...
e all the planning calls and what to cover during those meetings prior to the wedding - I was expecting a much more proactive approach from a planner/coordinator.
Ahead of the wedding, I had shared that someone to help keep us on schedule throughout the day was a big priority. Despite this, no one from the team was with us until the ceremony.
I had shared a chart with table numbers a week prior to the wedding. I got a call in the middle of wedding photos because the team could not find it. My bridal party helped share it then, and the table numbers were still placed incorrectly, which resulted in our family members sitting in the back of the room and some tables not having enough chairs for our guests.
There were other smaller mishaps like the hotel bag being forgotten, issues with deliveries that the groom had to jump in to handle on wedding day, guests having to help with clean up given a miscommunication and not having enough staff to get it done in time, etc.
While the team was really nice and friendly, we did not have a good experience with them and cannot recommend that others book with them.
Jennifer was fantastic to work with! She really made things so much easier. She knows nearly every vendor in the area, she works with cost in mind, and she made sure everyone was...

or my wedding. I put my full trust into her and she executed the whole day perfectly. She worked so great with all my vendors and the whole day was seamless. It makes me want to get married again and again with her in charge! Thank you so much Libby!

ess. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and has such a calming and positive presence (which is exactly the energy that you want to be around on your wedding day)! We had a very large bridal party, which Jennifer handled with ease, and actually several members of my bridal party pulled me aside to say how wonderful my planner was! I would highly recommend any bride hire Jennifer and her team for their special day.

! I was immediately impressed. I booked their Wedding Event Management Package ( I regret not booking a higher package because they were so amazing!). I met with Libby about 3 months out from the wedding to discuss timeline, plans for the day and my vision. I immediately had a great feeling about working with Libby as it was like grabbing coffee with an old friend. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me execute my vision. I can tell your from someone who has a hard time delighting and asking for help... Libby calmed all my nerves and helped me organize the last bit of the planning. When it came down to the week of the wedding, Libby reached out to all of the vendors finalized the timeline and took all the pressure off of me. I felt a sense of calm the day of knowing Libby had it all covered. Libby and Emily took my vision for our venue and turned it into reality. 10/10 would recommend Belle & Bows! I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and friendship throughout the wedding planning process.

r on my team. She made sure everything was so easy and smooth both before our big day and during it. If you want a wedding planner for a KC wedding, you’ll be making a mistake not having Belle and Bows behind your big day!

moothly. She went to all my wedding vendor meetings with me! She made sure to inform our other vendors of everything that was happening and kept them all in the loop about everything that was goin on. I had absolutely no worry or stress on my wedding day thanks to Belle and Bows!! Hiring a wedding planner is worth every penny!

If you are questioning whether to book a planner or not, do it!! She took all the thoughts that were in my brain and made them a vision. She fully let me enjoy the wedding day because she had it all under control. Belle & Bows is absolutely worth it!!

od listener and really comes up with great ideas—amazing ideas! She planned the wedding perfectly! But my favorite part of using her as our wedding planner was her ability to please both the bride and the mother of the bride! She kept my daughter and I on the same page and both of us so happy! She is truly the best!

ings that were needed. When I procrastinated on getting flowers for part of our ceremony, she took care of it. On the day of, our families, myself, and now husband, were able to go through the day, enjoy it, and not worry about a single thing. Once the reception was done, her team packed everything and had it ready to pack into the cars without our family having to do any of the work. My husband and I cannot recommend Belle and Bows enough.

htmare! When this team shows up, you can be sure it will be seamless! Jennifer is so very calm, kind, professional and caring. She gives you the confidence to know that she is handling all the details and she handles them perfectly. It’s hard to put a price tag on being able to really enjoy the big day with a child, but getting to be present without having to constantly “direct traffic” during the rehearsal, wedding & reception was fabulous. It also helps that she’s acquainted with vendors and is well respected by them so that they all work so well together. Highly recommend Belle & Bows!

the anxiety ramped up. On our wedding day, Libby was a BOSS!! She helped set things up, kept everything on schedule, and stepped in when our ceremony had to move indoors due to inclement weather to still make our dreams come true! It was a PERFECT day and Libby was a major part of that!

back at the reception venue. Jennifer jumped into action leaving the church and allowing my family to enjoy our ceremony, taking care of everything and ensuring that we still had something to cut and for our guests to eat. I was not concerned at all because I knew Jennifer would handle everything with ease and grace!
She has a personality that makes you feel like you are an instant friend and can ask her for anything.
As a venue manager, I cannot say enough about Jennifer's professionalism, calm demeanor and expertise. We had a wedding cake collapse before the bride and groom could even cut it. ...
Jennifer sprung into action and within a few hours time, we had an entire new wedding cake that looked just as good, if not better, than the original.
What could have been disastrous situation was handled with grace and a smile.
I would highly recommend Jennifer to any bride looking for an outstanding planner.

sn't missing or forgetting anything, that I stayed on schedule, and that I didn't stress about details that didn't matter in scheme of everything! In the midst of planning, Jennifer had a baby (a month before my wedding) and didn't skip a beat, she was extremely professional throughout the whole process. She also arranged to have extra assistants available on the day of the wedding so that there was no chance of a glitch or hiccup to keep it from being perfect. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Belle and Bows! THANK YOU!!

had a fantastic vision for our venue setup that had not been tried. Made a huge difference in accommodating all our guests while making a stunning impact for the decorations. We had some hiccups with our venue on the day of the event, which we were totally oblivious of due to Jennifer and her team being on top of it. They went over and above that day to make it a fabulous wedding and reception.

ything about the day was taken care of. It was a such a relief (and one less thing to worry about), knowing that there’s someone helping to set everything up, keep you on time throughout the day and pack up belongings at the end of the night. xiety out of the whole long process. She was so fun to work with and had so many great ideas. Jennifer not only helped plan my big day in September but quickly helped me throw together a small wedding ceremony and reception within 1 week in April when my mother's health took a rapid decline. Jennifer was such a blessing to me and my family and gave us so many great memories of not one but two weddings. I would recommend her to anyone getting married. She is not just a great wedding planner but an amazing person.

ours away), I gave Jennifer a few colors, a general theme, and a date to work with. I trusted that she would make our day perfect and felt so at ease knowing my wedding would be in good hands. We were not disappointed! She planned nearly every detail, both big and small. She took my place at any necessary appointments with vendors and gave me a rundown of their options and expectations. It was every bride's dream. The morning of, I was able to wake up, get ready, and show up without a single mishap! There were no pages left unturned and she was respectful of the opinions that I had. Jennifer also worked with my (now) husband and parents to make sure ideas were heard and everyone had a great time. She included little surprises that made the day even more fun and exciting. Months after the wedding, friends and family are still raving about the amazing celebration that we had! Whether you are a bride who knows exactly what they want, or one that barely has an idea, Jennifer will be there to help you every step of the way!

Jennifer took plenty of notes and everything went off without a hitch! Just like I had envisioned for the special day. Jennifer went above and beyond dealing with my DIY attitude and helping put together my floral arrangements for my centerpieces.
