If I could influence anyone to hire anybody from my wedding vendors it would be her.  Bellagala was so wonderful to work with, having meetings with them was smooth and comfortable. They are very sought after thus was disappointing when we couldn’t also book florals with them! (Though we did find wonderful florist) we were able to book a coordinator though there weren’t many available left! So I highly recommend booking sooner than later! But again Sarah took care of everything, we had FaceTime meetings to chat, she made me feel comfortable half the time I felt like I was chatting with my old friend! Any difficult vendors she managed them, when I was trying to determine if I needed another last minute vendor she waisted no time in seeking availability and even found some days before my wedding. Never discouraged what I wanted always found a way to make it happen!! We love love love Sarah!

se 5 stars. Long before the big day, Katie stepped up and generously dedicated extra time to meet with us, answer questions, and make sure we felt supported. On the day of the wedding, her execution was completely flawless. She is incredibly proactive, anticipating every need and handling potential issues before they could even cross our minds, keeping everyone calm, organized, and focused. She managed complex family relationships flawlessly, ensured vendor alignment, and paid incredible attention to every tiny detail, and executed our timeline and setup with absolute perfection. Because of Katie's unmatched professionalism and dedication, we were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day stress-free. We even enjoyed our dinner together, and were on schedule all day. Katie is an outstanding professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with, and we recommend her a million times over!

entive, responsive, and a god send. We were having issues with the venue coordinator and Lauryn stepped in and smoothed EVERYTHING. We were comfortable with her from the start. She is smart, organized, and relatable. I know her day job is corporate event planning and it truly shows because she is a pro. If you’re going back and forth on whether or not you want to hire day of help, I highly recommend it because we got her 30 days out and 12 hours the day of. Once that 30 day mark arrived I felt comfortable texting her anything I needed and we went back and forth like we were friends. By the end of the wedding day, I really felt that way about her. If you are considering event planning through Bellagala ASK FOR LAURYN! You will not be disappointed. She worked her butt off for us!

If we had questions, we did not quite know who to email as we had talked to so many different people. It would have been nice if maybe 3 people were assigned to our wedding and they handled everything. Bellagala is so big that they had a different person for literally every different aspect for a wedding. It was just confusing. But the wedding day did run smoothly.

I cannot recommend Kassidi highly enough, she is an absolute gem and made our wedding everything we dreamed it would be.

We hired Dana for her attention to detail, her experience in the industry, and her ability to ask the right planning questions—many of which couples might not think of on their own. To her credit, she is detail-oriented and does ask important questions during the planning process. However, the way those questions were often posed came across as condescending rather than supportive, especially when we didn’t have immediate answers or lacked knowledge on certain niche aspects of planning. Instead of feeling guided, I often left our meetings feeling more anxious and unprepared—despite having spent over a year organizing every detail. After our first planning meeting, I had strong reservations about continuing to work with her, but felt unsure of how to proceed or request a change. Dana also made unnecessary and somewhat dismissive remarks about my cousin and brother contributing their professional services to our wedding—both of whom are experienced and respected in the wedding industry. On the wedding day, we received multiple complaints from guests and wedding party members about rude or condescending comments made by Dana. While her primary responsibility was to manage setup at our two venues, the majority of coordination was handled by our photographer and DJ, who stepped in when Dana did not take initiative. A particularly disappointing moment was when we noticed a missing photo from our remembrance table. This was incredibly emotional for me, as we had recently lost that family member. While our photographer suggested printing a copy onsite and asked Dana to check with the venue, her immediate response was, “I’m sure they don’t have a printer.” I had to press for her to simply ask—and it turned out the venue did have a printer, allowing us to honor our loved one properly. That lack of effort in a sensitive moment was disheartening. At the end of the night, despite having help from our parents during cleanup, Dana loudly instructed guests to carry boxes to the shuttle. Asking for help is one thing—but directing guests in that tone, especially when she already had support, felt unprofessional and unnecessary. To be clear, I don’t believe Dana is a bad person. She has strengths, particularly in her detail-oriented approach and logistical questions. But unfortunately, our experience with her was not a positive one. Her tone and attitude added stress rather than alleviated it. For the amount we invested, we expected a coordinator who would go above and beyond to make our day easier—not someone who did only the bare minimum with the help of our family. I hope this feedback helps other couples choose the right support for their big day. A coordinator should bring calm, encouragement, and solutions—not additional stress.

I never felt too stressed or scared about the day. We showed up on wedding day and everything was taken care of that needed to be, and every request I had was followed through on - from making payments, to easy-going zoom meetings to go over details, down to having a staff member follow me and fluff my dress and veil before walking down the aisle. They are all so amazing, I recommend to anyone who doesn't want the stresses and hassles of coordinating their wedding day!! Thank you all so much.
