While we did get some great photos, I wish we would have taken time to read more into this company. Firstly, we picked a photographer after looking through the options. We signed o...
ur contract under the impression that we would be using our chosen photographer. Only after the 2 week mark did they reach out and tell us that the photographer we picked was no longer available. We chose a new one and while she was very nice, there were several things that were red flags. I had to reach out to her on my own a week before the wedding because she hadn’t reached out. I had to set up a phone call myself as there was no initiative. On the wedding day, there were incredibly crucial moments that were missed such as: our dedication table to those who have passed, our guest book (which was very unique), my wife getting ready, my wifes mom putting on her boutonniere, our first dance spins, our guests at the venue, etc. When our gallery was delivered, there were nearly 50+ photos of cookies and tables. The same table (number 13) was photographed around 10-15 times. While I know detail photos are important, there were many random photos instead of photos of moments that were important to us. This may have been avoided if there was more of an effort to get to know what we were looking for in our photos.
Upon reaching out to the company directly, no one responded to me for 2 weeks. I then reached out to the agent who set everything up for us and she tried to get higher ups to help. Again, no one answered me for nearly a month. I reached out again and was told that there was nothing they could do for us.
I just wish we would have taken the time to read through reviews. After reading through the reviews and seeing the responses from BellaGala, it is clear that they do not help anyone who needs it. NEW BRIDES: take your time on your photographer! Everything else from that day is temporary, but your photos last forever. Make sure to really research who will be taking your photos❤️

Laura and Joe were absolutely fantastic as our wedding photographers! T...
heir energy and enthusiasm were contagious, making them a joy to work with from start to finish. For our outdoor wedding, they had a brilliant eye for using the natural greenery to frame and enhance our photos, creating stunning, organic shots. What really stood out was their optimism and creativity with poses and lighting. They had a knack for finding the best angles and light, even in challenging conditions at the hotel where we did it all at. They always had a positive attitude that kept us relaxed and confident, even being crunched for time. The photos they captured are not only beautiful but also truly reflect the joy and spirit of our special day, we cannot wait to get the full release back! Our groomsmen absolutely loved working with Joe, said he was an absolute blast during the get-ready. Our bridesmaids, loved Laura. She takes control of the room and executes perfectly. We LOVED them and I would not recommend any other team other than these two

While we haven't gotten to see the complete final gallery yet, the sneak peaks he sent the very next morning absolutely blew us away. The lighting, the colors, the candid moments… every shot was breathtaking. We’ve received endless compliments from family and friends, and we’ll cherish these memories forever!

We had the honor to work with Ty B for our special day who also brought along Tori. Prior to the wedding, we had a quick phone call to go over schedule in which Ty suggested we add...
a "receiving line" to greet all the guests into cocktail hour -- which was a genius idea! This especially took the pressure off of visiting each table during dinner (spoiler alert - we still tried to visit during dinner but ran out of time). Ty B was such a joy to work with. He showed up to the venue before time to search for good spots. I praise him for trying to keep us girls on schedule as we were running late for our planned pictures before the ceremony. I'm very excited to see our first touch once pictures returned. From the sneak peaks he shared, his vision to capture naturally posed photos is wonderful. I personally do not have the eye for such things, so I'm glad we had him. Throughout the day, he kept his demeanor light and sarcastic - he was a joy to be around. Easy and professional to work with, I would recommend every couple to request Ty B.
We also had the pleasure of working Andrew D as our videographer. He was very polite, professional, and pleasant to be around. Any important moment, he was present and recording. I'm looking forward to receiving our final videos. I'll return back once I've received them for a fuller review.

We weren't initially sure about hiring a day-of coordinator, but Mara made it hands down one of the most valuable investments for our wedding. Her response to every request was "ab...
solutely, don't worry about it" and then it just happened: no drama, no follow-up questions. From proactively coordinating with all our vendors in the final weeks to seamlessly handling unexpected moments on our wedding day (like when the bride's dress split during photos!), Mara kept us calm and confident that everything was under control. Her friendly, laid-back energy was exactly what we needed, and we honestly can't imagine how we would have executed our day without her. If you can book Mara, do it immediately. She'll ensure your wedding day is the perfect celebration you're dreaming of! 🧡

Words truly can’t express how thankful we are for Laura B, her husband Joe, and our amazing videographer Mike. From the moment they arrived, they brought the perfect mix of profess...
ionalism, warmth, and fun—and by the end of the night, they felt more like family than vendors.
Laura and Joe were everything we could have hoped for in photographers. They were calm, confident, and SO much fun to be around. Laura has such a beautiful eye for detail and captured every meaningful moment without us even realizing she was there. Joe brought such an easygoing, friendly energy that helped everyone—especially my camera-shy groom—feel relaxed and natural. Together, they made us feel so comfortable and seen! We can't wait to see the pictures!!!
Mike, our videographer, was equally incredible. From the start, he was friendly, helpful, and completely focused on making sure our day was captured in a way that felt true to us. He blended in seamlessly but was always in the right place at the right time, catching those quiet, emotional, once-in-a-lifetime moments we’ll cherish forever. His energy was so positive and reassuring—we knew we were in the best hands.
What stood out the most was how all three of them made us feel like our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. They didn’t just document our day—they celebrated with us. They laughed with our families, hyped us up during portraits, and captured not just the look, but the feel of our wedding. It meant the world to us.
If you are lucky enough to work with Laura, Joe, and Mike—know that you're getting a team who will go above and beyond for you. We are forever grateful for the beautiful memories they gave us, and for the genuine connection we made with them along the way.

I researched a lot of private photographers before booking with Bellagala—most of which would have costed us $6k-$10K for two photographers for 8 hours. We seemed to think that was...
going to be our only option, or we were going to need to settle for one photographer.
When I found Bellagala, I immediately was drawn to the photographer Ty because he had so many positive reviews where clients name dropped him. They even included some of the photos he took in the review and I instantly saw amazing talent and artistic skill. You don’t need to spend $6K on a photographer to get great photos. Bellagala worked with my fiancé and I to ensure we found a package that worked for our budget.
From the moment we connected we Ty, he we so kind and helpful to us because we are a couple that’s a little awkward/stiff in front of a camera. We had an engagement session with him first, which we considered to be our trial run. Ty did not disappoint. He gave us so many pointers that we were even able to apply to our wedding day and made the entire situation fun. He even showed us some pictures on his camera as he took them to help hype us up, or to use as inspiration to see if we wanted to try a picture pose again with something different. He’s super flexible.
Then on wedding day, he came with his second photographer Amanda, who also was super personable and easy to work with. I’m glad he brought her because when we divided into groups to get bridesmaid/bride and groomsmen/groom photos, she kept the boys focused while also having fun.
Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Ty to be your wedding photographer. Definitely check out his portfolio on Bellagalas website and thank me later when you get your wedding photos back.

Laura B was absolutely fantastic for our wedding!! She did way more than just take great pictures. Hair and make up was running behind schedule, and Laura used this waiting time to...
knock out all the pictures she possibly could to save time later. We weren’t able to have a rehearsal, and Laura was quick to help get everyone in order for the ceremony and ready to go. She was also fantastic checking in with us to make sure we were staying on track with our schedule. She was super efficient with taking photos and made sure we weren’t away from the wedding for too long. Overall, we highly recommend Laura as a photographer that will keep things running smoothly and make sure your wedding day is perfect!

I'm struggling to find words that can truly capture how incredible our wedding photographer was. From the moment she arrived, Caitlyn B. brought a warmth and energy that instantly ...
put us at ease on what could have been a stressful day.
Her attention to detail was impeccable, catching all those little moments we might have missed in the whirlwind of the day. She worked tirelessly, yet somehow remained invisible, never intruding on intimate moments but always there to capture them.
What truly sets Caitlyn apart, though, is her knowledge about weddings! She didn't just photograph our big day; she literally helped facilitate some parts because we were total newbies. She went above and beyond.
She didn't just meet our expectations; she exceeded them so much that we couldn't imagine another photographer shooting our big day. We couldn't have asked for a more talented, compassionate, and dedicated individual to spend the day with us.
Hire her, hire her, hire her. You won't regret it.
