I came upon Bella Creations CT while searching for a baker in the same vicinity of the bridal shower venue (since I am from out of town, I wasn’t familiar with this area). Gail wa...
s very easy to communicate with, very responsive to my many questions and provided other suggestions and ideas too. I had a very specific idea for the cookie favor and knew I had to have a chocolate mousse cup dessert (bride’s fav). Although these mousse cups are not on their sweets menu, she didn’t hesitate to take on the challenge! She quickly ordered a chocolate mold and put her creativity to work. But it didn’t stop there, I also had an idea of how I wanted the desserts displayed, again, she provided the most beautiful silver platters, bowls and tiered trays to showcase these incredible treats.
Our dessert table was a gorgeous display of beautifully decorated cupcakes, cake drops, cannoli’s, mini-cheesecakes, chocolate mousse cups and individually wrapped cookie favors! The desserts were fresh and absolutely delicious. There wasn’t a morsel left (and I ordered plenty!) and the compliments were overflowing (“loved the desserts” and “amazing desserts” were common phrases).
These ladies are fabulous and their attention to detail is superb! I’m so glad I found you : )
p.s. I noticed they have a catering menu too…. I won’t hesitate to contact them for our next event!!
