About this vendor
We have a selection of 10+ designers like Jenny Yoo, Dessy, and Amsale in house for bridal parties to browse and try on. These come in a huge selection of colors, fabrics, and styles for the bride and her bridesmaids to see in person and make all the best decisions. All dresses are made to order and have a turnaround time between 12-18 weeks with the option of rushes if needed. Best part of the decision making process is the virtual showroom we build for the bridal party. This generally includes their favorite dresses in the colors and styles they're wanting. This helps to keep the process organized and moving smoothly.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They ruined my sister in laws plans for her wedding by "accidentally" making one dress dark grey instead of light blue. We now have ...
to scramble to find a dress for all of the bridesmaids for a wedding in a month. And they do not care at all.
It took days of arguing to get a refund. They wanted us to "just make it work". If you were thinking about using them think again. They will ruin your wedding. I certainly changed my mind about using them later this year for my wedding. Alyssa is so incredibly rude and wouldn't even give a phone call about the issue. Only a text. 0/10. Terrible people.
I came here in May to get fitted for a dress for an October wedding and signed for that specific dress. Months later the bride is getting notice that the fabric has been "ruined" a...
nd that a different new dress will need to be chosen. The bridesmaids were not notified personally of the change and alterations were not done for the new dress style. Finally dresses were received the second week of September and everybody's dress fits as if it's for another person, huge in the top and length was too long. Upon notifying merchant of my dissatisfaction via email,
received no response after a day, later called and was told by a rep that my email was "ignored" because she felt it was a message for her manager. She also stated 8/10 girls require a fitting after receiving dress, if that's the case that should've been more of a reason to obtain a new fitting. After contacting that day, never received another call/ email from bella bridesmaids. Horrible customer service, save your money, distress and go someplace else.
Let me start by saying that everything was great before the dresses were ordered but once we paid, everything went down hill. The store was impossible to get a hold of and would ne...
ver return a call or email. The employee there was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we finally went to pick up the dresses, she never said a word. Spend your money elsewhere.
The only place to go for bridesmaids dresses in San Antonio! Lauren the owner was GREAT to work with! She even came in late since all my bridesmaids work 9-5s we needed to come in ...
after hours and she accommedated us! We all found a dress so quickly which was surprising because there were HUNDREDS to choose from each prettier than the next! Our dresses were so unique and gorgeous! When one of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant and was going to be 8m pregnant at my wedding lauren made it easy for her to choose a new maternity dress!! The girls looked awesome!!!
Bella bridal at the broadway is the worst location to go! Let me start off by saying that they lost one of the bridesmaids dresses and were so rude about it. I have never had a wor...
st experience then with this place.
You would think paying 300$ for one dress and total of 2k going to them from the bridesmaids they would have great service but that is not the case. I went in for a fitting and the girl didn't even measure me just made me try on dresses with no help what so ever and picking up the dress I called over 20 times and texted and they text back after 1 hour saying oh we are busy with another party when I get there she was completly free. This place is nice/ clean and has a wide variety of dresses and the quality of the dresses was good but the service is terrible. If you go with them go with any other location besides BROADWAY!!!
Lauren and her Bella crew are simply A-mazing! If there was a way to give you 10 stars I would!!
I would have to say they have the largest selection of bridesmaids dresses in town!...
We decided to work with Lauren after shopping other wedding dress/bridesmaid stores and the customer service and selections were incomparable. Lauren is very knowledgeable with her craft and is able to help select the perfect dress for your body type, taste and style! I have 3 weddings to get bridesmaids dresses for and I am buying them all at Bella!
Thanks Lauren and staff for being such a class act!
My bridesmaids' dresses were gorgeous! Photos turned out perfect and they all looked amazing.

dresses. They have a variety of different designers and were able to find a couple with the color we were looking for. We went with several different Wtoo styles for my bridesmaids to choose from and were excited that there were Bella Bridesmaid salons in multiple cities close to my friends to accommodate us. Unfortunately most of the shops did not have the dress styles that we were looking for and they were unable to try on their dresses prior to ordering. For the most part measurements were accurate, but 2 of the 5 dresses were the wrong size when they arrived. Thankfully it was nothing that could not be fixed with alterations, though I wish there had been more time for my friends to accomplish this. Despite stating that our dresses would be in by the 5th of May, they arrived more than two weeks late and without any communication from the shop. Even when I called they said they would have to investigate it, and then got back to me several days later when they said the dresses arrived. Overall the communication was not great and I would hesitate to choose them again. Ultimately my bridesmaids looked beautiful in their dresses, which is what really matters!
Hands down, the only place you need to go for your bridesmaids! Lauren and Selina are amazing; so sweet and genuinely enjoy what they do. They are top knot here when it comes to pi...
cking not only the right style for your figure the color for your skin tone. Thank you ladies, for making this the easiest yes I've made for my wedding!
The small shop can be deceiving. They have so many dresses to choose from, it's hard to make a decision! The girls there really know their inventory. The only hiccup was I told the...
ladies all my bridemaids were to be in different dresses and in different colors. They assured me that they would make sure all the orders were different before it was submitted. Thank goodness they sent it to me for final approval before submission, my maid of honor caught that the same dress was placed for two bridesmaids. The mistake was corrected and the dresses were gorgeous.
